If its older style plumbing related they just may be one of the only parts source left . Many parts in stock and with awesome staff with great customer service makes this place one that I will be using for any plumbing needs in the future .

Needed new guts for my toilet. From the moment I stepped into this shop I was treated attentively and courteously. I had a old outside spicket that was leaking. My sprocket is a old brass specialty unit. Mark had the parts that the others did not have. He showed me how to install the parts. It works like new now. thanks Mark Stoutz

Mike has knowledge beyond comprehension for old plumbing parts valves and stems (likely much more, but that’s what he has helped me with on multiple occasions). He will also gladly walk you through replacement and let you know of any tips or things to watch out for before you spend an hour on YouTube searching for a solution to where you went wrong. Nothing like it anyplace else.

I can not stress how INCREDIBLY WONDERFUL this company is! I brought in a part that several plumbers couldnt fix/ find, etc etc etc even AFTER they charged me upwards of $150 each.I went in and was immediately helped and was trained how to put everything back together!I tried to leave the excess change from my part cost (about $3) as I drove from Winston Salem (30+ miles away so I spent more than $10 of gas roundtrip and he REFUSED to take more than the cost of the part!)THIS IS AN OLD SCHOOL DO-IT-RIGHT, CUSTOMER ALWAYS COMES FIRST, HONEST BUSINESS THAT WE ALL NEED TO SUPPORT!Please, I beg you to give them a try. . you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

Mike was very helpful in getting me to next steps in a project to replace parts in an older Kohler toilet tank.

I went into the store looking for a flapper for my toilet, specifically an Eljer touch flush assembly. The man behind the counter said let me tell you the story behind that particular flap. He then told me he normally keeps 40-50 in stock but they have been on backorder. He had been checking around and no one has them right now. Then he said he might know a guy with one on his truck but it would be a third party sale. I asked him what that means and he said normally they run about $15, but this one would cost you $25-30. I told him Ill keep trying and he said good luck as I walked out the door. I then drove across the street to Guilford Plumbing Supply and bought it off the shelf for $10. This was my first and last experience with this store.

Had a plumber come out to change my shower valve stems and was told by the plumber I would have to tear down the wall in my shower before he could change my valve stems because they are outdated and no place has them. I found the plumbing store on the internet took my old valve stems to them and Mike had them in the store. Saved me a bunch of time and money.Thanks Mike
