Great place. People there are helpful . The manager,Amber was awesome. Bought a Cub Cadet Mower (which Im totally happy with)and brush trimmer cub cadet too. Price was excellent.She was great. I will be back for future purchases. Very recommended.

This store specifically is so clean and organized. It was so easy to find what was needed. The employees were so nice too. Tyler and Kaylee were an amazing help as well. Kaylee went out of her way to load my bird seed into my car for me. She told me to fill out the survey on the receipt. Definitely recommend shopping here!!

Went to shop on sept 11. Dont remember his name at the register but really needs to show more respect to customers thats for sure! Asked about a product (rm-43 vegetation control) and he acted like he didnt know anything. Just needs an attitude adjustment when dealing with customers.

We love this store!!! It’s like the Chick-fil-A of tractor supply!!! The employees are friendly and never to busy to help. Jess and micaiah are the BEST!!!! The store is clean and organized. The employees never have issues when it comes to loading NEVER !!!! We came twice in one day and the very next day. They Greeted us with smiles!!! Any issues they solve them quickly and nice about it. This is the only store me and my wife will come because we know we are going to have a great experience.

I first discovered the store looking for a specific pet product. Didn’t know this store even existed but I quickly fell in love. They have great pet products at even better prices. I also like the loyalty program that they have! The staff are always friendly and nice 👍🏾

I love we have a Tractor Supply close by. It was a lot riding to Summerfield every month. Employees are very respectful and also helpful. My family has been shopping there since it opened up and never had a problem. It is also very clean and easy to find what I need. Tractor supply gets 5 stars from my household. Just get more dog collars.

Good place, clean and helpful employees

Everytime I go to the Tractor Supply the staff is super friendly and helpful! It is always a pleasure to go to this store. Even when they lost power a couple months ago, they opened the store and let a few customers in at a time accompanied by staff. I appreciated that & they were still very kind even though that was probably a challenging day. Also, love the after Christmas deals!

Every Tractor Supply Ive been in has been friendly and helpful, especially the local one for me in Greensboro on Elm-Eugene. I was asked 3 times if I needed help the last trip, and I literally was in there less than 5 minutes to grab one thing!

I went to go fill up my propane tanks today and arrived there around 7 which they was clearly still open and was told that they was not filling up tanks anymore which I was confused because I had been before after 7 and got my tanks filled up that time so I’m not sure what was different today maybe they was just being lazy and didn’t want to but that is their jobs though right ?

Went to buy a shock collar only to find out that the collar was not available. I asked a store associate named Jessie if it was possible to find out if the next closest TSC had the collar. Jessie went above and beyond to help us find the collar. He was a very kind and helpful young man. My husband and I left the store knowing that our situation was handled so well. Thank you again Jessie.

I love this store. We get our 50 lb litter here for 10.99. The staff are soooo nice.

Stopped by to pick up a couple quarts of oil, but they rang up more expensive than the shelf price. After a quick trip back to the shelf to verify the price, I returned to the register with a photo and with no questions asked the cashier adjusted the price. Quick and friendly service, I will likely be back since its close to work

I love this place! So much cool stuff, but I go primarily to purchase pine horse bedding litter that I use for my dog and cat. Great price on 40lbs of environmentally friendly litter. 5 bags, totaling about $25, lasted me four months with heavy use from one cat and two dogs (yes, toy breeds can be litter box trained!).

Nice store. Only had one five gallon bucket of hydraulic oil type 46. Had to go to other places to get more. Need to keep better inventory of stock.

If youve never been into a Tractor Supply store, you should go. They have an ecclectic mix of products that, while you might not need them now, you may need in the future. Plus everyday items that you can always use, and at reasonable prices for everything.

Great place for specialty items like deck belts for riding lawn mowers. Even though another store said they had them, they really didnt, it was online only and would have taken a week to get it in. Save yourself some time and go to Tractor Supply in Greensboro!

I purchased a bag of Diamond dog food and it was full of mildew. This dog does not have an adequate supply.

Its a chain but the staff there was very friendly and helpful. The store was also very clean which is always a pleasant surprise in some places.

Their website says they had multiple types of grass seed in stock. All they had was Kentucky 31. You would think they would have some lawn supplies like grass seed. With that said they are a great place to buy quality dog food for a good price.

Slow moving checkout process, but very pleasant checkout staff. Located close to the interstate, with an easy on/off access. This location looks smaller than most others, but seems to have the same great selection.

They have everything you need and the staff there is AWESOME, so friendly and willing to help. Also really cool that you can bring your dogs. Yep, the dogs get a LOT of love from the staff.

Went for dog food and woodstove smoke stack piping. They had the dog food but the smoke stack was almost completely out of stock. They only had 2 or 3 elbows. The cashier Big Mike is super nice. Not sure if thats hos name but thats what my family calls hime.

Tractor supply is a pretty good place to go when you need minor farm essentials such as chicken food, dog food, horse shots and much more. My personal favorite part about this place is the great staff that are willing to answer any questions you need so dont be afraid to ask

Came to exchange a damaged Christmas gift with tags still on. Cashier claimed they didnt ever sell it and then I brought one up to the register to show her from their sales floor while leaving mine at the register. After that she got a bad attitude about the exchange value and informed me that it was worth even less than the already clearance value so I cant even do an equal clearance to clearance exchange of the clearance sales price shown on their floor for the item since she claims it rings up for even less AFTER I showed her they did indeed have the item after all but unfortunately a much too large size for me and also damaged! Manager was polite and helpful otherwise this would be 2 stars.

The Tractor Supply in Greensboro, NC is a great store. Most employees are friendly and so I havent experienced any problems or concerns. Good customer service.

Came here to get my cat a rabies vaccination on a Saturday which was super convenient. Staff of the store was helpful in guiding me to the right spot and the vet and staff that administered the vaccine were very nice and affordable.

Great place to get needed farm supplies. They have animal food, feeding bowls/trays. Also have lots of equipment for atvs/utvs. Also many clothing options including carhart. I shop there all the time.

Customer service here is far better than that of the Asheboro Tractor Supply! Staff here go out of their way to ask if you need help and are very courteous!

Went in for 52 lb bag of dog food and was told by 3 floor employees could get a raincheck. When I get to the front register and ask for a raincheck cashier says we dont give rainchecks and tells me to order online to get the deal.. Cashier Jim has no clue how the system works very unpleasant experience.

TSC oakridge, nc, i could have gone to eat lunch and came bck b4 the two staff members were able to dump water out of and off of my unconstructed wheel barrel . At least an additional 20 minute wait, after waiting in a line and paying for it.I believe this store should conduct ie., time studies, in an effort to restore efficieny and quality service to its customers.
