I have been a patient with AIM Hearing for about 8 years & I have always received outstanding service & care. The doctors always make you feel that they genuinely care about your health. They stay up to date with current technology & health matters and keep patients informed. The front office staff is always friendly, courteous & exhibit great customer service skills. I moved 2 hours away from Greensboro, but travel back there for hearing care needs. If you are looking for an excellent hearing & audiology care team, AIM Hearing & Audiology will take great care of you.

The most comprehensive hearing test I have had! I have hearing tests done five to six times in the past, and this was by far the most extensive tests I have experienced. The different tests were explained as they were done, and afterwards the results were explained. I was not rushed, and there was time for questions and answers. The doctor has followed up with me and my wife and I will be returning for consultation.

I accompanied my dad for his audiology test and consultation. It was extremely thorough and the doctor spent over an hour with my dad. She was extremely patient and explained all of his options in great detail.

Shanon and her husband took time to to attend every detail of my Dad’s examination of his hearing. I highly recommend their expertise.

Absolutely fantastic service. They spent an hour and a half with me testing my hearing and going over my options of a hearing aid that best fit my loss. I have taken my elderly mother to AIM since her first hearing evaluation in 2015. Our primary physician recommended them to us.Both Dr. Emil and Dr. Shannon are professional and compassionate in their care for patients. They understand the difficulties caused by poor hearing from their own experience, so their desire to improve patients’ hearing runs much deeper than a desire to work in that field or to run a medical practice. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and competent, as well.Although hearing aids can be expensive, the cost we paid to AIM 5 years ago has covered almost every visit since then. If you calculate the per year cost for 2 office visits and for Mom’s ability to hear (priceless), it is really a small price to pay for such an important purpose.I thoroughly believe hearing is essential to quality of life and brain functioning. I can’t imagine how much more dementia would have taken from my mom’s life if she lived in a world where she could not hear clearly. Thanks to AIM for helping us stay connected to her through sound, music, and conversation.

The doctor and her staff, from the front desk to the individual who did the hearing test, were warm and friendly. This was my initial visit, but it felt like I had been in their care forever. The testing was thorough and everything was explained carefully. Options were explained and I feel very comfortable with the decisions I made and Im actually looking forward to picking up my hearing aid.

Excellent service and expertise

Took my grandmother here to get fitted for some new hearing aids. The team is fantastic. They are all very patient and kind and very knowledgeable. We are going back next week to receive the aids. I cant speak on how they work as of yet but the testing was very thorough and experience was wonderful.

The staff is super attentive and responsive to questions and concerns. They are really willing to make sure you are happy with the best solution for you.The only thing I would improve is call back times. They tend to be over an hour responding to messages left on voicemail.

AIM Hearing is very skilled and knowledgeable in the Hearing & Audiology field. I normally see Dr. Shannon Frymark. On my recent visit, I saw their new assistant, Chelsea Turner. She was knowledgeable, caring and exhibited great customer service skills. Thanks to AIM Hearing for diagnosing my hearing changes a few years ago, which were a result of my prosthesis from an earlier surgery slipping out of place. This diagnosis led to my having a re-do surgery, which allowed my hearing to be restored to a higher lever than before it slipped out of place. I highly recommend AIM Hearing.

I’ve just started at AIM hearing but was so impressed with my visit today. I saw both doctors, one for testing and diagnostic and Shannon for hearing aid options and counseling. As a doctor’s daughter and the mother of a physician, I found everyone very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I like going to a smaller office as the personal attention is wonderful for someone experiencing hearing loss and new to the exploration of hearing aids. I feel I’m in good hands and am excited about getting my new Widex hearing aids and and working with the AIM practice for many years to come. It is clear their knowledge of not only audiology, but the newest technology, is great and I feel very comfortable in their professional and kind hands.

I was hesitant to make my appointment and not ready to hear what I thought would be a recommendation: hearing aids. But from making the appointment to filling out information pre-appointment online, to the actual testing to the explanation of results -this experience was great. The physicians and auditory evaluators were professional, generous with their time, and excellent with explaining my moderate hearing loss. I was provided with a folder of material to study. I never felt pressed or obligated. I would recommend AIM to anyone who even thinks they may have some hearing loss.

Instruments are expensive but the customer service is good. They were even willing to make personal visits to my elderly mothers home to help her during the adjustment period. There was a willingness to go above and beyond.

My 4 year old son had an appointment. He was greeted by a dog when he was called to the back.. He loved it! I think it helped him get through the exam. 100% recommend 👍

I have been struggling for years with hearing loss, it had finally gotten to the point I was having problems with work. I work with the public. I dreaded going places, because it was so hard to hear people talk to me in public places. Sometimes even one on one.The very first appointment I was treated like a person not a dollar sign. Dr. Frymark spent time with me explaining what my test showed. She asked questions that helped her understand more about my needs.That appointment lasted at least an hour. For my next appointment she accommodated my schedule and spent I know 2 hours showing me how to put my hearing aids in and made sure I felt comfortable taking them in and out myself. I have become so much more confident since having my hearing aids.Dr. Frymark does not just give you the hearing aids and send you on your way. The follow up is awesome.You could no ask for a better experience. The office staff are phenomenal.

I had never had a hearing test or any evaluation of my ears or hearing, so I had no idea what to expect. Both Drs. Frymark treated me respectfully as if I have a brain. While much of the technology and procedures were new to me, they explained what was happening and why. There was compassionate care, and easy-to-understand evaluations. The office staff is delightful and accommodating. I commend AIM Hearing for meeting my needs.

Having noticed a gradual & sizable decrease in my hearing ability I scheduled a hearing test/exam at Aim Hearing & Audiology. The actual hearing test which was extensive and thorough was conducted by Dr. Emil Frymark. He was courteous and informative. He also answered the questions I asked.Dr. Shannon Frymark reviewed the results of my test and using a comprehensive program displayed my specific results in a format I easily understood. She also reviewed the various options available to me to compensate for my hearing loss. Dr. Frymark was also professional and genuinely concerned about my condition.As far as doctor’s office visits go I would rate this at 5 stars. Very professional and helpful. However there was one thing that happened to me later which made me wonder about “cause and effect.” I woke up in the middle of the night with a painful headache which hasn’t happened to me in 12-15 years. I am not saying that the various rounds of hearing tests caused my headache many hours later but it just seems like an unusual coincidence. I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience.That is the only reason I am not rating Aim Hearing & Audiology at 5 stars.

The doctors and staff are all you could want them to be at Aim Hearing. They are highly skilled at evaluating the need for hearing aids and adjusting them to optimize your hearing. Ive been going to them for over 4 years and being able to hear much better has changed my life! You can get cheaper hearing aids on the internet but you cant get skill and service like they provide and that is what really makes your hearing aids work properly!They are also very giving to the community-when I called to let them know about a low income family where the child is in need of a hearing aid and has never been able to afford one, they found a way to donate a hearing aid to that child. What more could you want in a practice you deal with? I highly recommend them and am confident that if you give them a chance, you wont be disappointed!

Awsome experience

Amazing experience!!I was from out of town and experienced sudden loss of hearing in one ear. They took me in that day and were able to connect me with an ENT the following day since this was an emergency and could not wait for me to follow up with my own ENT in Florida. Dr Shannan even called my ENT’s office (my ENT was still in surgery), faxed over my audiogram and spoke with the NP to get the needed meds called in. My sincere gratitude to Ann, Michele, Dr Emil and Dr Shannan Frymark.

I could not have asked for a better experience. The audiology test in the soundproof room took about 30 minutes. That audiologist sent me to a Dr. that gave me the results. She was careful to give me all options and in no tried to sell me anything. She provided me with a free book explaining the hearing process to better educate me and then sent me home saying I could make a future appointment later if I decide their hearing aid service was of any interest.
