I dont know where to start, but Ill try. Ive worn aids for almost three years. They helped but I felt that they werent helping enough. An ad popped up in my email one day for a free hearing test and I decided go for it . I am so glad that I did!It lead me to Hearing Solutions! Jacob and staff are so friendly. To clean up my hearing aid

I have worn hearing aids for many years. Some brands are definitely better than others, however even with a premium brand/model you MUST have an audiologist that really knows how to program them effectively! Hearing Solutions in Greensboro, NC has the BEST trained and capable audiologists I have ever met... AND they only sell the brands and models that work the best. I have worked in the high tech industry for over 30 years and really appreciate finding high-tech audiologists!! Youll love them... they are helpful, talented, convenient and you will feel like they are part of your family.

Ive been bringing my mother to Hearing Solutions for a couple of years now. Shes 93 with a little dementia. One of her caregivers who was a client of Hearing Solutions did not like the care and attention my mother was receiving from her previous Hearing Specialist. So we changed over to Hearing Solutions and Ken (we call him Dr. Ken) became my mothers audiologist. Its been total night and day. The attention and care my mother has received at this office is priceless. The whole staff including Lynn at the front desk are so personable and caring.Ken tested and fit my mother with great hearing aides that were 2/3s the cost of the previous ones that didnt work half as well. But, there was a consistent problem. My mother kept losing them, and due to her dementia couldnt remember were shed placed them. After this happened a couple of times, Dr. Ken came up with an awesome solution that has solved the problem. He got the hearing aides replaced for my mother at a nominal cost with an attachment on them to keep her from losing them. Thats just it, they care at Hearing Solutions. They could have simply kept replacing them regardless of the cost to us. But, rather they exemplified just what their name suggest - Hearing SOLUTIONS. I am 44 and had to get hearing aids. I shopped around and visited 2 other centers. Hearing Solutions had the best staff, options, and they used Real Ear Measurement to ensure I had the best settings for my hearing loss. Hearing Aids have been a part of my life for the past ten years. I purchased my last pair from Hearing Solutions in Greensboro, NC. The professional staff, Ken and Jake, have always been helpful. The Oticon Opn 3 miniRITE hearing aids contain all the latest technology and when fitted with custom ear molds provide me with optimal high frequency recovery which is where my hearing loss is most severe and which is important in speech recognition. Hearing Solutions used Real Ear Measurement Technology, REM, to aid in the programming of the hearing aids. I noticed a profound improvement in my hearing ability after the hearing aids were adjusted with the added benefit of the REM data. It is my understanding that Fewer than 30% of hearing professionals use REM technology in the fitting process and if it had not been used on me I would not have been able to enjoy the full potential of the new hearing devices. I was fortunate that Hearing Solutions recognized the importance of investing in and using REM technology in their fitting process. Ive had experience with just about every manufacturer from Beltone to Zenith. I try find a dispenser that is knowledgeable and understands the products theyre selling. If I find the right man (or woman) I tend to stick with them. My last guy went south, so I was searching for a new one. In my research I ran across Hearing Solutions.
