I recently moved to the area and needed some vent work done and also needed a HVAC maintenance setup. Air Treatment was able have someone come out and give an estimate the next day. 2018 we had AT install 2 new York units. We have a yearly maintenance contract. Immediately we noticed the units did not cool well in the summer or heat well in the winter. Each yr we called and they would come out never really solving the issue. Our electric bills were also extremely high. I understand the business now has new management. Recently we called again as neither unit was cooling well. The technician Austin did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue. To date one unit had been repaired and the other scheduled. I understand York has issues with these units. The uncertainty to me now is who pays for the repairs. I do give Austin high marks but reserve final comment on the company until we understand who will cover the repairs on units that were clearly defective from the start. Not to mention the several thousand dollars we incurred in additional electric bills over the years.

Air Treatment, under brand new management, is a completely different company. The service manager, Steve and the head Technician, Jeff, came out to evaluate the whole house system that we had installed 2 years ago, that has given us nothing but headaches. Air Treatment and it’s management have acknowledged our frustration with the ongoing unresolved problems with our system. They listened and understood we needed a resolution to our problems. They work with their customers and want to make things right to provide complete satisfaction. Their philosophy is a happy customer is a loyal customer. I can’t give Air Treatment and their whole line up of management staff and techs enough accolades for their impeccable customer service. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is a rarity in the business world-not just heating and air. We are highly satisfied customers!

They replaced my old heat pump in 2014 and installed a ductless system in my addition in 2019. My electric stayed the same with their recommended systems even though I was heating and cooling 400 more square feet. Always on time. Great communication.

The technicians name is Hector. Hector was personable, professional and best of all he was knowledgeable. If I had a question he was not sure of he called the office and got an answer immediately. Totally no pressure…he gave me ALL of my options with prices and I made the decision to get a new AC to replace my 18 yr.old one.I will request Hector for all of my maintenance and repairs. He takes pride in his work.The installers of both my Upstairs AC and furnace were Jorge, Jose and Brandon…. Very polite, personable and when they left everything was as clean and neat as when they came in. Highly recommend these gentlemen!

Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained exactly what was wrong with my AC unit and fixed it quickly. He also explained the maintenance program available and I will be getting that at a later date. He also answered all my questions about the temperature settings on my units.I highly recommend Air Treatment and especially Tyler.

Update! My issues with this company are Punctuality, Communication and Mechanical Engineering. I had HVAC installed in October 2020 and it has never worked properly. The weekend emergency tech is rude and recommended leaving the unit off for 8 hours and get it looked at on Monday. After 3 repair visits that I had to take a full day off work for each one the service manager stated it was installed incorrectly from the beginning and would need replacement. I took another day off work on the day he stated it could be done and no one ever showed. After multiple phone calls a whole new unit was put in which involved another day off work. Within 24 hours I had to call again as the new unit did not fix the problem. We scheduled ANOTHER day for repairs. When that day came they were, again, a NO SHOW. I called the office and was told they had no idea I had an appointment. They sent a technician out late that day and he did part of the job but not the full job. They had to send another technician out, on Saturday, to finally complete the job. The office personnel do not keep the calendar evidently or there is a supreme breakdown in necessary communication and are of no help. As a widow with a child in college this expensive system cost WAY more than it should have with 6 days of missed wages... Especially when the solution to all these issues was a return and a supply being placed in the hallway where they placed the thermostat. I will state all of the technicians are polite and friendly but the orders they are given are lousy at best. I heartily do NOT recommend this business.

The service person was knowledgeable and polite. After checking out all of the components and connections, he suggested that my recurrent AC issues may have been caused by a thermostat damaged during a recent thunderstorm. There is more evidence to support that theory and I asked that the the thermostat be replaced. Air Treatment works well for me.

Air Treatment was called out on Tuesday morning with the ac not working. They responded immediately, found the problem. They scoured all over town to find the part. It was installed promptly on Wednesday morning.

Our heat went out at roughly 3am on a very cold Friday night. I called several companies in the morning to see if I could get anyone out on Saturday to fix the problem. Air Treatment returned my call within a few minutes and told me they would get someone out asap. Joey showed up and was very professional, he had the issue diagnosed in less then 10 minutes. Less than 20 minutes later my heat was back on and working better than ever! The original installer had mis-wired the blower motor, only allowing it to work on one speed.The price was reasonable and the service was impeccable! I will use Air Treatment from now on.

Sherman, the tech who came out, and Melissa the dispatcher for the company were all super professional. Sherman was patient and listened to what I explained, and was also patient and very thorough in explaining how everything worked and what he was doing.
