Superb service from Mr. Billy at the parts deck he solved a very difficult problem with my mower deck spindles on a John Deere D1 30. Evidently that year had several different decks and a wide scope of parts he was happy to make several trips open several boxes and solve my problem.This organization got my business because of this hard-working man. I highly recommend this parts department

Well, I had called to request work to be done on my John Deere lawn tractor (JDLT) in February 2020, before all the COVID-19 stuff. They said they were running a promotional deal, that I was supposed to be part of, they told me so, and they had a huge back order, so it would be a couple of weeks before they could come get my JDLT. The promotion was that they would provide FREE pickup and drop off. Well, a month later I had to follow-up with them to find out why they havent come and picked up the JDLT. They had no excuse, but scheduled to pick it up in a few days. At this point, my trust was dwindling, so I took pictures of my JDLT, just in case. They came and picked it up, for FREE, right.Another month and they hadnt called to give me a status, nothing, once again I had to follow-up with them. They told me it will be in within the week. Week and a-half and, again, nothing from them. I followed up and they said it was in the garage and the mechanic should have something by Monday and he would call me. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, nothing. I called Friday, the mechanic needed more time because they couldnt find what is causing my problem, but Anotherwhen he finds it he will call me. In another week, nothing, I followed up with them and they said it should be delivered in a few days, they made an appointment. I asked how much, they gave me the cost and I asked what was done, they said standard maintenance, they couldnt find what was causing the problem. I asked if they tested it, they said yes. I asked did they see my problem, they said no. Well, it arrives and I notice they are charging me for the pickup and delivery. You are probably wondering what my problem is, still a problem. I have three blades and in-between them as I am cutting there are two mohawks. Being an authorized John Deere shop, they are unable to repair my John Deere Lawn Tractor, they do not communicate, they do not take initiative to be professional and they do not hold to their promotions. Again, I will have to contact them to get them to do the right thing. Sad!

Stopped in to find some seals for a hydraulic cylinder and even though they couldnt help (needed JD part number), they recommended some other places that likely could and also took the time to come up with some repair ideas. Good guys.

This company hires the most reckless drivers I just watched a driver with license plate ending in to 101 cut off two different people at a high rate of speed while yelling at somebody on his cell phone inches away from his dashboard on I-85 North heading towards his work facility I called the service manager Justin and let him know that I will be filing a police report for a reckless driver on the road it was texting and driving and they seem not to have a care wonderful way to advertise your company
