I stopped by the Greensboro on Wednesday to get some assistance with my cordless Oreck that was not working properly. I was greeted by the onsite service tech and he took a look at my machine right there at the front counter. After about 3 minutes, he diagnosed the issue as being a clog near the motor. He quickly repaired it and sent me on my way with no charge.On the way out of the store, I inquired about a commercial vacuum and he gave me a tremendous amount of information on all the commercial brands in their store. He was so helpful and personable that instead of returning at a later time to purchase, I decided to buy from him at that moment.Truly a great customer experience for me and an excellent service rep for you guys.Thank you.

I own a cleaning company and needed some attachments for my Oreck buffer. Carolina Vacuums not only had exactly what I needed but the staff is amazing. I had some questions about the buffer as that is a new addition to our supplies, they were a wealth of information and so kind. Also told me about a way to dry clean your carpet with a spray and a powder then they taught me how to use it. I was a little skeptical but bought some to try...I used it at my house and I was blown away! Among other cool things I purchased a Maison Berger Lampe....I had never heard of this very cool thing that has been around for over 100 years. It cleans the air and adds scent! I did not buy this on my first visit. I went home, did some research, checked for a better price but ended up heading right back to Carolina vacuums, best price and great selection of scents....you have got to get one of these things! And lastly, Stacy is the person who helped me, she’s an asset to this company as she seems to have an endless amount of patience and she shows you things without being pushy. My favorite combination when I need a sales person. P.S This place is a long drive for me...totally worth it.

I have purchased two vacuums from Debbie at the store in Greensboro - An Oreck Magnesium several years ago and yesterday, a Miele. Wow! What an awesome and amazing experience. Debbie and Anna will take care of you. They are masters at customer service and will take the time to listen and ensure that they help you find the right product for your needs. They also work hard to take care of you after the purchase as well, whether its bags, attachments, or service, they always go the extra mile. Job well done Oreck of the Carolinas Greensboro!

Wonderful, Went to buy a Oreck and left with a Miele vacuum cleaner, there unbelievable and super nice customer service.

Debbie spent a great deal of time explaining how to use the carpet cleaner that I rented. She helped me with my purchase of a vacuum last year. She is very professional and patient with assisting her customers.

We live in Kernersville and have mostly used the Winston-Salem location (I work in Winston), but I love having the option and getting the same great customer service at either location.
