Prices just keep going up and up, service down and down. And when you talk to someone about a complaint, the buck is passed on to someone else or the route driver. Dont wait by the phone for a return call, its not coming. Used to be a great company, guess they out grew customer service and satisfaction.

This has been the biggest nightmare of a service. Do not trust a word that these people say. Great pro scam artists at work in the sales department. Even if the service was top notch, it still wouldnt be worth what you end out paying for in the end. Please beware and look into what most of there customers really have to say about doing business with this company before you get involved with them.

The SSR John Knox is very professional everytime he delivers to our property...He is always very friendly and smiling. A great company to do business with....
