This company is the best in the area I have been dealing with mower and small engine repair for three years now and their team is top notch in every department! Service and repair is the best they are honest and very quick at every repair with Paul will stay on top of your repair! You can tell the mechanics really know their stuff. The sales and parts team Brent and Rev are very helpful with helping with anything they can! We have been using this place for two years now and I don’t see any change to that for the future!

Stopped here to check out the Toro zero turn line. Shopped full circle with other dealers, lowes, home depot, and came back and bought one from Mike. He is very familiar with the mower, owns one his self so very knowledgeable. Im very impressed with BT South, they service what they sell, quality landscape equipment.

This is in fact a Toro Center that I get my mower parts for and theyre very professional and they always seem to have the parts for me is absolutely huge and he got some pretty nice looking mowers in there.

I have purchased a brand new saw from this place and get the saw home and pull and pull barley runs they adjust it runs okay for maybe a month back to shop due to not running right then they charge me 43.oo for adjustment again I do not recommend buy anything from these people they will rib u off they sold me a bad saw plus my case was busted on saw and they basically said not there problem and they wanted another 300.00 to fix dont buy from this place

Bought my mower at another dealership and was not impressed with the customer service. Called to see if they could work on my mower because of a rat/mouse issue and they more than accommodating. Everyone I talked with on the phone and in person was very nice and willing to help out. This service didn’t fall under warranty, but I was in no way felt like I was being gouged. Helped me unload and load each time and took the time to explain what they did. I will definitely be using them for service work in the future.

I went there in the pouring rain to get my chainsaw fixed. I had a tree on my house. When i explained the situation the guy behind the counter ran in the rain to the parts place and gave my chainsaw to them and the parts guy brought it back in 10 minutes fixed. I can’t stop a tree from falling through my house but I can be grateful for people that go that little extra mile to help someone out

I was very impressed with BT South. I was shopping for my first zero-turn mower. Half a star for answering the phone professional . However Definitely not a place of a knowledgeable service dept. Giving the model number size and make they after 12mins cannot seem to get it or pull it up . ebay, amazon, google and every other tractor or repair shop pulls up the item right away but BTS shunned me away as they either dont know how to use common electronics or they understood i wanted pricing and the realized they couldnt rip me off at a higher than normal pricing .. Plenty of other local places with more knowledge ..

Not an official Kohler service center. They will not honor the 3 year warranty on Kohler engines for all power equipment. I have a Power King stump grinder with a Kohler engine. After calling the day before to see if they would honor the 3 year warranty on my particular stump grinder with a Kohler engine, the person I talked to said yes as long as it has a kohler engine they would look at it.I went there today and the guy at the service desk looked at me like I am an idiot, because they dont sell or work on Power King power equipment. Its not the Power King stump grinder thats messed up. Its the engine. The engine, which Ive had for less than 4 months has been fouling out every new spark plug I put in it. Its already ruined 3 spark plugs and Ive only used it about 3 or 4 times. The engine is defective. I think its pretty bad to list yourself as a kohler service center when you wont even look at it because its not a Toro.After calling Home Depot, which sold me the stump grinder, they reached out to another service center in Alamance County. The other company said they would work on my stump grinder as long as it has a Kohler engine. The guy, from Branson, who told me that they wouldnt look at my stump grinder, better hope hes right for not looking at my Kohler engine. I will be sure to call the Kohler warranty center sometime this week when its open and get down to the bottom of this.Edit: So I followed up with a Kohler representative. He said all Kohler Engine Dealers are supposed to honor the 3-year warranty on Kohler engines. So this one guy at Branson Tractor South is either ignorant or lazy. I called Patriot Small Engine Repair in Graham, NC and they said if I bring them my receipt theyll take a look at the engine.
