Dont know why he he spaces out the weight. Had to slide wheels all the way back. They did load fairly quick tho.

If I could give this place a negative star review I would.😡Absolutely unreasonably tight to get backed into. They have a GENEROUS piece of land right in front of their docks that a small portion of which could be used to expand this ridiculously tight dock space but its obvious that they dont want to do that.An absolute shame and nightmare if you ask me.

Nice folks and very helpful. Tight back during busy times. Wait times depend on how busy they are. It also depends on how early you showed up for your appointment. Product production usually runs pretty close to appointment times.

If Im being completely honest I was really hesitant to deliver here after reading all the other reviews. But, we arrived early for our 2:00pm appointment, they started on us right away and we were empty within 45 minutes. No complaints whatsoever. To everyone else leaving negative comments, might be helpful if you arrived on time for your appointments and had professional drivers that know how to talk to folks with respect! We would be happy to deliver here again. Thanks for getting us in and out

This distribution center is great. Hot in and out in about 20 minutes. The employees here know what they are doing

Very, very, lazy 1 shift workers and very rude, After 3 and half hour they left me whith out unloading and second shift unloading now.I lost my 2 appointment. I hope to not come again !

Unload took 1 hour 45 min. But but but they left the trailor covered front to back in powder. Its less then hazzard material but still says inhalation can cause cancer. I understand a little fell out. But this trailer is ruined. STAY AWAY.

Im an OTR owner-op and this is my first time here. I got here at 1:30 p.m. to find out that my appointment was scheduled for 4 p.m. ...which my paperwork showed but I my understanding was that the 4 p.m. time was when shipper closed.The guy inside was nice about it he just said theyre too busy to take me early.You may have a problem turning off the main road to the side street. Depending on the time of day...you may encounter alot of traffic ...and all the four-wheelers come right out into the intersection ...and dont give you any room to make the turn....after waiting in the middle of the road with my blinker on for 10 minutes ...I finally had to just start making my turn. I pulled up as far as I could and stopped...all the 4-wheelers freaked and started honking... i just sat there with my blinker on until they got the message that nobody is going anywhere until i get in...eventually everybody moved out of the way. A few made hand jesters telling me I was number one in their book.I used to drive the East coast a lot and thats SOP for trucks out there. Id recommend moving your tandems up. I did not have mine moved up and it was slightly challenging to get in (tight).Im just hanging out here on site down next to the big White tank. They said I can park here until my appointment time.I came back to the shipping office at 4 p.m. as requested and was told a load is only partially ready and theyre going to keep me here additional two to three hours until the load is ready to go.I guess its some kind of a production and/or scheduling issue....so I get here early and hold up my end of the contract, but when I get here customer is not fulfilling their end of the contract with their commitment to load me at 4 p.m.These layover situations are almost always a management issue, and not the fault of the people who are working hard to produce the product and get it shipped out on time.Regardless of who is to blame us truckers are the ones taking up the slack for everybody else.Changing my review from 3 stars to 1 star. Management needs to take responsibility for the gross ineficiencies of their processes.
