Those working here are extremely professional and extremely nice. The estimator sat down to go through everything the shop would be completing during the repair including every piece they had to remove. I found it extremely helpful and comforting to know my repair was going to be taken care of by those who know and understand the process and job. The work they did to my car looks amazing. The process was speedy and painless! They also have the best deal for rentals one could possibly find. The women assisting all those at the front desk especially made the process smooth as she continuously kept in contact with me. If I ever need my car repaired again I would insist to have it repaired here. Amazing!

Had my bumper repaired here. They did a great job. Had to wait on some parts but that was a minor inconvenience.

Somebody wrecked into me. I took my Nissan here because I knew that a dealership would fix it to the state it was in prior to the accident. I couldnt be happier with the work done. It looks like there never was any accident and the job was done in a timely manner- (eight days as estimated). The employees I interacted with were also very friendly. Would highly recommend! A++

Star body shop has repaired my car three times. Each time it has been repaired to perfection. These people are nothing short of a miracle.I cant thank them enough for making my car so beautiful again. Thanks again for a job well done!!! I highly recommend this shop.

No problem with there work, the issue that I have is when I called to set up appointment left voice mail for them to return call & insurance company had them to get back to me, they didnt, had to call again to set up appointment.

I took it down to them to fix the rear quarter panel on my nissan and when they fixed it, they messed up the back door, scratched the window and trunk, smashed the ceiling. When I got it back the radio didnt work and the back passenger taillight doesnt work. The door light sensor doesnt work. I had to fight with them for a month for them to fix it and then never did. So if anyone wants to get anything done, DO NOT GO TO STAR!

We have had several repairs completed at Star Collision. Each time, the staff was courteous and professional. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion.

Awhile back I had front end damage from an accident and my insurance company sent me here for the work. Once it was done I mentioned I couldnt get my car because I was at work and wouldnt be done before they closed. They told me I could pick up the car and leave the rental there. They had a box for the rental car keys. I got my car but it was dark so I couldnt look at what was done. Everything looked good to me. The next day I immediately could tell the front end did not match the rest of the car. The paint did not match at all. You could really tell the difference. I called and they said there was nothing they could do since I already picked up the car. Very disappointing. Will never go here again.

I have had a few cars here for repairs, and they have always done a great job. It has taken a little longer to get my vehicle back at times, but they made things right.

I would actually give zero stars for this place. My car was taken in for deer damage which they didnt completely fix. Then the car comes back with the glass being broke on the drivers side outside mirror which is not where the deer damage was. You all claim its a collision hit for the drivers side. Really? It was not broke at all when it was taken in. And if it was a collision hit as you say then why isnt the whole drivers outside mirror damaged and not just the mirror. I will never bring my car back to the auto body shop. Im telling everyone I know not to bring cars to you cause it will come back with more damage than it went in with.
