Moving into Greensburg, PA from out of state already was a big move & I was apprehensive about registering my car, etc. There was also not a state inspection from the state I was moving from. I was already concerned pre-move if I would find a Nissan dealership as good as what I had in CT. Well, Delaney Nissan exceeded my expectations. EVERYONE was very helpful, efficient & pleasant. Mr. John Q. Adams explained everything to me. He understood everything, was patient and very knowledgeable. I WILL return to this dealership because of him, for my oil changes, etc. When it comes time for a new vehicle, I will come to Delaney. I also thought the waiting room was comfortable & had good coffee & snacks. ALL employees were very helpful at Delaney. But, Mr. Adams made me feel comfortable, as I could tell he had plenty of car experience. I was happy with my experience at Delaney. Thank you. I will be a returning customer.

The staff in the service department are professionals and stand by their work. I encountered a minor problem related to the service I had performed on my car, and they corrected it without question. The car was repaired to perfect condition. This is the dealership I have all of my Nissan service performed for several cars.

After being a loyal customer for years, recently found out that Delaney has moved to the bait and switch tactic on the sales floor. I worked primarily with Tim there and he was just wonderful! I came in because I bought a car from carvana that had a bad battery, and he was great about working with my warranty company to get it taken care of for me. He also found a few recalls and fixed those, and made sure I was informed about the rental my warranty covered so I wasnt without a vehicle while mine was being serviced.

The experience was great! I worked with Steve V and he was AMAZING to work with! Answered all of my questions, went over all of the sales information and vehicle information. And most importantly never once put pressure on me to trade in my Rogue and buy the Murano. I will definitely work with Steve again when the time comes!

It is a long story that spans four months of warranty work. After a four month wait for my truck to be fixed, I received my vehicle back in a condition that I felt was very unacceptable. The truck was not cleaned prior to giving it back, the low fuel light was on, there were cobwebs caked with dirt, and you could see oil or grease smudges/hand prints around the hood area where the tech was working. There was a visible sign of either diesel or DEF that had been spilled out from the filler door and ran down the side of the truck left to sit on the paint for who knows how long. After 12 years of buying vehicles and service from this dealer, I have decided this last experience was too much to ignore. This is not the whole experience or story for this incident but it should suffice. I have never had a dealership or service department give me a vehicle back in such poor condition that showed a lack of care/respect for my property that I am paying a lot of money to have. All this after having the vehicle for 4 months which you would think cause extra care or a second pair of eyes to make sure everything is up to par. The 3 month delay on the part was on Nissan but everything else was in the dealerships hands. Oh, and to top things off, after a 4 month wait I was only given 36 hours to pick up my vehicle. Notified about 11 am Thursday and told I had to pick it up by end of day Friday. So about a 5 hour window the same day and an 8 hour window the next. This was due to the fact that the service department closed the warranty work out that included my rental car for Friday. All that was done without speaking to me if I would be available to pick it up. I could have easily been out of the area for work, on vacation, or not able to leave work to pick it up when they wanted me to. I can go on and on as well. Came in for oil change with a time problem. I drive a bus and my window is between 10 am & 1 pm with allowances to get there and back from work ( Work in Wall, Pa). Your service associates are always pleasant to lighten you day. the cashier is always ready to help with questions about prices and is top notch to talk to for explanation of bill. Dont change these service providers for they are your lighthouses in a customers hope for great service!

The car buying experience was fantastic. This was my first time buying a car at a dealership, and I was treated with kindness and respect. I really enjoy the 2015 Nissan Altima I purchased today.My only concern is that the CVT transmission will go bad and a warranty will not cover it. I haven’t looked in detail what my warranty is, but this issue is happening in many vehicles which scares me.
