This is the only place I buy car parts, staff is super nice and goes the extra mile to help you.I went here to change my battery and they gave me everything I needed to do it, tools, terminal cleaner, and even loaded it on onto a cart so I could do everything right in the parking lot. Unfortunately they dont change batteries themselves anymore because of liability reasons

Do not apply at this store they give you interview and take all personal info and say they will call you after drug screen done and they dont be careful what you give Im glad they didnt call got better job at delivery at a better pay they only offer 8:50 he so ask upfront they sell good parts but this turned me away called several times to see status they just kept ignoring bad for hiring know wonder why companies are short handed if I had known upfront there low wage I would not have let them have info very deceiving and will be contacting atty to get info removed from them I had very good reference all I really ask is they call me they have number to discuss removal of paperwork this is a personal matter at this point

Had to make 2 trips to the store to get the correct parts (wrong parts in box) and an additional 3 trips to recieve the parts that came from another store. 2 of those times were given to me incorrectly by the salesman Rocco. I like the store and the other workers, but he seems to be out there.

I just prefer NAPA parts over anyone else. And their very close.

Went to have the voltage of my battery checked- fabulous service! Checked my voltage, and then said they wanted to look at one more thing before making the decision- installed the battery for me, double checked everything and THEN completed the sale just to make sure it was what was needed. Truly appreciate the service and support!

Good place to get your auto or motorcycle needs from. The guy at the front desk who helped was awesome at his job and went above and beyond. The only one knock I have on this place is when I needed a radiator for my honda a few years back and i called and they said they couldnt get one and referred me to some place in Michigan. Overall i think 4/5 is appropriate.

The staff are great. they dont try to sell you on the higher price items because I am a woman. I feel I get treated fairly

They were able to look up and get what I needed had to wait a little bit because they were busy and working on getting the customer in and out

NAPA is old school with more of a selection than most auto parts stores. But with more of a selection of off the wall stuff that you cant find anywhere else. Been doing business for many many years and have never been let down.

Extremely slow service.Im on the clock and literally, literally was waiting for 25 minutes!There was like 6-7 guys behind the counter and chatting about their plans for tomorrow.Will be going to napa in JeannetteBetter service there.

Again another Merchant it used to be johnny-on-the-spot, run up and help you.Used to be personalized attention, and now Im happy to get any attention at all. Yes of course in park is due to busy times. They paying so much attention to the garages that they dont have enough time left to deal with The walk-in customers. I grant you that the shops and garages are the bread-and-butter however we are the ones that put the word out that this is the place to go.For example my go-to guys are at the Zone(AutoZone of course). When youre in the Zone .... well, you know the drill. glwt.

All i am saying is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL whoever i talked with..I wont be going back there again.

Kept on hold 3 separate times just trying to get a brake job done. Given the wrong parts twice. Not happy with the service weve received.Edited to add that Im currently on hold for 9 minutes and counting.

My first impression was not good.I walked in and stood by the counter, there were two guys behind the counter..one on the phone, one helping someone else. I stood there for 5 mins....another employee walked passed me..and disappeared.The employee that was helping a customer turned out to be friends with the customer, so instead of taking a minute to stop his friendly conversation with his buddy about how his life is at the moment to ask me if i needed help...he just ignored me like i wasnt there.Finally, another employee came out, he must have just clocked in. He was very pleasant and willing to help! Got me what u needed and this two friends were still talking by the time i cashed out and left.That IS NOT good customer service! But im very pleased with the man who ended up taking a second of his time to help me. Since there were 2 others who couldnt be bothered.

They took the time to find what I was looking for and gave me several options to choose from. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

Never knew they could make hydraulic lines. no idea how competitive they are on pricing, but walked in, threw the nasty frayed line on the counter, 10 mins later they handed me back a new line.
