Very bad experience today with this service center. Tim Cain, the supervisor, is not focused on customer service--nor is his team.Today my husband took our vehicle in for a warranty-related problem. Keep in mind, we pay hundreds of dollars a month for a top of the line warranty. The warranty company told us to take it specifically to a Nissan dealer, where it would be fully covered. The attendant took the car and said she would call the warranty company. While my husband patiently waited onsite, they fixed the problem even though the warranty company told them it wasn’t covered. Then they came out with the bill. Never came out and told him it wasn’t being covered under the warranty.Oh, and then they wanted to do an extra $300+ worth of work, which we didn’t need done. Thankfully, my husband knows better. This car was purchased in May and in excellent condition! My husband paid the bill. He called later, and the supervisor was very rude and patronizing to him. Tim Cain said, “Bring the car back in. We’ll UNFIX the repair and give you the money back.” REALLY???
Folks this place is an absolute disgrace to get your car serviced. Tim Cain the supervisor is not about customer service nor his team. Their communication is poor, and here is my story. I brought my vehicle in for a warranty related problem. The attendant took the number to my warranty company and other associated information. I pay hundreds of dollars a month for a top of the line Nissan warranty. Now the mechanics take my car into their shop and fix the problem. HERE the problem with communication happens. The associate calls my warranty company and finds out that this is not covered under my warranty. They go and fix the problem without talking to me first. When all finished up they come to me with a bill. The whole time Im thinking this is covered under warranty. Now the bill was 53$, whatever. There was an estimate of 320$ for things that I never even requested, UNREAL! Ending on all this I pay the bill and they said they were doing me a favor. No Nissan service center how are you doing a customer a favor when they think it is or should be cover under their warranty? Tim/Nissan need to first talk to your customers about the problem instead of going ahead and fixing it and then charging them for fees never agreed on. Folks dont trust the tricks they try to play with you. It is better if you find your mom and pa place who you can trust to fix your car problems. And dont let them trick you into fixing other things with your car that really dont need fixed and then inflate your bill.
Cant say enough good things. Everyone here is so polite and willing to please. They really go above and beyond.
