Unfortunately I dont know the names of the 2 employees Im writing this review on but they were both working on Tuesday March 23rd 2021 around 1pm. My daughter went into Metro on February 11th to file an insurance claim. She paid her deductible and was told shed have her phone within 3 business days. A month later and she still hadnt received her phone so I went to Metro (03/23/21) explained the situation and BOTH of the employees working took all steps necessary to resolve the issue. The employee explained that there had been a mistake when filing her claim and HE PERSONALLY FIXED THE MISTAKE! He did not have to do that and he did! My daughter received her phone today (03/24/21) and when we went to Metro to transfer everything from her old phone to her new phone, one of the employees that was working yesterday was working again today. He transferred everything for her in less than 10 minutes! Anytime I have to go to Metro, this is the only store Ill be going to! THANK YOU SO MUCH to the 2 employees who went above and beyond for my daughter and me, you have no idea how much we genuinely appreciate yall!!!!

Been a customer for 2 years in Alabama and a year here in pa now suddenly I have no service but am paying over 100$ for 2 phones I bought last year to suddenly have my unlimited 4g talk text and data prepaid phones to getting zero internet and I can barely text someone for the past 2 days. If the issue isn’t fixed soon being I have friends and family out of state I will be getting a lawsuit done I never miss a payment witch is due on the 3rd at midnight of every month!!!!!

Love the phone company itself.. had to trade devices due to defects. $15 screen protector broken. Was promised a replacement, never got one.. no one seems to know anything about it. Its been 2 months. Whats up??
The toothless, illiterate girl who tried to sell me a freaking coolpad, whatever the heck that is. Because she didn’t have the stylo that I wanted. She had no knowledge of cell phones and seemed kind of mentally challenged to be honest. She wasted my time and will I will go to another location from now on. This location used to have good employees who were good at doing their job and now it seems like the company just hired anyone. They need to educate them a lot better.
After going to the Jeanette location and the Westmoreland Mall Kiosk I ended up going to this location by Save-A-Lot. Reba was a fantastic salesperson. Friendly, good conversation, knowledgeable, and fast. I will go to this location from now on.P.S.No one was even at the Westmoreland Mall location to help me and after waiting around over 2 hours I left. The Jeanette guy was there (which is more than the mall kiosk employee can say) but didnt seem to know what he was selling.

Metro pics is a great company. Metro is T-mobiles sister company that is taking over T-mobile completely. They offer cheaper phones at the Metro stores & kinds let the blind think that they are getting a better phone & deal when honestly you are being ripped. If you go online & buy a Metro/ cricket/at&t/t-mobile phone it can be switched on to their network. Were talking GSM phones as compared to CMA phones. They are basically the same except GSM is tmobile & at&t. So basically you can get good GSM I phones used on the internet or Samsung Galaxie series & have them hooked up throughMetro for 60 $ you can get 60 gigs of 4g LTE data & a hotspot. As of 6/11/18 this is what my friends pay.😉
Inexperienced and unprofessional employees now.I was treated like I looked like a big bag of money to the salesgirl.She didn’t even know the answers to my phone questions.Terrible location as of late.
