I stopped in to have my hearing Aid looked at after having problems with them. They very professionally cleaned them and answered all my questions and did not pressure me to purchase there brand. Very nice atmosphere to do business with them. Thank you Beltone.

The tech took her time with my husband. She gave home a larger part to fit into his ear canal so he could hold his hearing aids in place more easily. Hopefully this will encourage him to wear them more often.

I have Beltone hearing aids which I purchased in Louisiana. One hearing aid developed a problem in which the output was very low. I called the Beltone office in Greensburg PA near where I am visiting. Marcy at the office was very helpful and got me an appt the first thing the next morning. Although they had trouble accessing Louisiana records, they took the bad unit in the back, dissembled it and cleaned it. Within 10 minutes it was working perfectly. The technician added a new sports retainer and they gave me a handful of new batteries. The cost for this service - nothing - it was free.I want to say that the Beltone office in Greensburg is a credit to the Beltone company and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.Also my Beltone hearing aid has rarely given me trouble since I bought them in 2017, but when there is an issue their local offices provide excellent support.

The lady from Pittsburgh that was filling in at this location was great.... help me out a lot and got thing set up for my hearing aids i would greatly recommend beltone hearing center all together then any body else

Worst experience Ive ever had at a medical facility . Showed up for my appointment and there was no audiologists there to do my hearing aid test.The secretary treated me with disrespect With no Regard for wasting my time. Stay away from this place do not give them your business. There is something very very very wrong with this organization.

They are very nice to work with. The hearing aides are perfect.
