Went with my mom to get her hearing tested and had the most outstanding experience! All Covid safety protocols were followed. The technician, Brandon, was wonderful!! He was very clear and thorough with the whole procedure and took his time to explain everything! I highly recommend Brandon and miracle-ear!!!

Great staff at the Greensburg office. Patty Hovanec takes care of any problems I have with my aids. She has been a big help. Both receptionists, Debbie and Cheryl, are excellent at their jobs - very welcoming when you enter the office.

Technician and receptionist were very pleasant. Answered any questions I may have. Cleaned my hearing aid and checked my ears for wax buildup. Rescheduled me for my next appt. in 6 months for my annual hearing test and cleaning. Im posting for Marge Mains. Her experience at Miracle Ear in Greensburg has been a great one. She has suffered from hearing loss and tinnitus all her life and she had just accepted the fact she would never hear any better than she did. At the urging of everyone in our family, she finally went to Miracle Ear and for the first time she heard everything we said in our normal voices. She was amazed! She kept saying how she wished she had gone alot sooner! She has also broken her hearing aid twice and they have brought her in and fixed it without charge. She is so happy that she went that she convinced her sister to go too and she got hearing aids too! They both can now hear their TV at a normal level and no longer need their tv ears! We all cant say enough good things about Miracle Ear in Greensburg!
