My husband and I went into BBB to purchase two matching shower curtains for our house and after we found the perfect one, the sales clerk checked to see if there were any in stock and the only two they had left were the two that were hanging up for display. Though the sales clerk was very helpful in trying to help us however the manager would only approve for us to buy one of the curtains, not two! I felt this was terrible customer service because she knew we needed both of them but disregarded what we needed and of course we then took our businesses elsewhere!

If your goal by visiting Bed Bath & Beyond in Greenville, NC is to have a relaxing and respectable shopping experience then please LOOK ELSEWHERE! This is the second time my partner and I have attempted to shop at this location in the last two months. BOTH times we have been FOLLOWED around the store by their associates. This time we did not even make it five minutes into looking for a trashcan and shower head before being followed through every isle by an employee. I am not sure if they are assuming we are stealing, but it sure feels like it to us. On that note, for a store with such a high price tag, it seems counter-intuitive to use your employees as security guard Hit-Men. As someone who has always been followed and profiled, I noticed the behavior immediately both times and this time we left the store. We wont be returning until one day we hopefully feel safe and welcome. I will be contacting the store itself and the company.

They paid me $8.50 per hour to work for them at my age of 33 years old and I had many years of experience. What an insult. I quit after 2 days. A lot of internal issues within this location regarding gossiping and the manager Mike was very rude to me during my training. Then I had to buy my own shirt on my first day at a big box store. Then Mike, renamed my name because he had a duplicate employee named the same as me - Im not a dog, come on now. Its a very bad place to work. I wouldnt even shop there, because the way they treat employees. Then Mike kept putting his hands on my back. We are in a pandemic stop touching people Mike.

Just saw some women without masks on mosey around the store, and asked a staff member if he could talk to them. He walked past them multiple times, even standing right next to them and looking right at them, and didnt say a word, even when others were looking cautiously like he was going to do something. At the time we were there, there were a lot of high risks folks too, so I hoped hed show a little prudence for customers.If you care about your health during this crazy time, Id shop elsewhere. Its not worth going to a place where they let that sort of thing slide a year into the pandemic.

This store is MILES above the Wilson NC store. Far, far nicer staff and more interested in actually helping you while your there. I will definitely drive all the way here to AVOID the Wilson store.

Bought four grapefruit spoons. Cashier told me where they were after I tried to find them. About 6 feet from where I was looking. Always clean.

Went in looking for bar stools for my kitchen. Was greeted as I entered. Circled the store and didnt see what I was looking for. On my way out a man asked if he could help me and took me to just what I wanted. Had 2 on display, needed 4. He went in the back to check and before too long all the staff was looking. Had to order 2 but they gave me my coupon discount and free shipping. Thank you to all of the staff.

Always clean. Have amazing inventory. Some isles are a bit crowded and sometilhings are a bit pricey but have found the quality of their wares are worth the extra cash. Folks are always friendly and helpful.

More store than I expected. I went in to pick up something for a friend and frankly I was amazed. I expected an assortment of home decor and found a lovely little store packed to the rafters with goods of every description. I was sceptical of them having the coffee my friend had sent me in for. But they had it as well as a wide array of small appliances for kitchen. Also soft furnishings for bedroom and bath.

Extremely good about taking their coupons! I can usually find good quality home items. Not the cheapest place to shop, but the selection and quality is usually better.I cant shop for a long time because of allergies. The scented candles etc are a little overpowering for me personally.

I went in looking for a specific curtain. The gentleman who assisted us was beyond friendly and helpful and did everything he could to help us. Unfortunately, they did not have what I was looking for. But he went out of his way to check stock, online and other stores. Would definitely go back again.

Needed a hard to find item for organization at home. Ordered on line to pick up in store. Arrived, asked for, paid and was out the door in 12min. LOVE IT!!!!

They were out of one of the items I was looking for, but had everything else, and the staff is courteous and helpful.

The manager on duty, Debra, was one of the most helpful and patient managers I have ever encountered. We had a return, which had been discontinued, and she did everything possible to make sure the situation was handled. Absolutely professional the whole time and smiling as we left. Id give her 10 stars if I could!!!! Great customer service :)

The employees are nice & helpful but the store is small and feels cramped plus they overstock some areas so that can make it hard to find what youre looking for. Good selection and I love BB&B, but this one is just a little unorganized imo.

This is the first time Ive visited a Bed Bath and Beyond in a number of years. I wound up at this location because my normal store has closed in Rocky Mount. The store was neat, clean and organized and the staff was very nice. I was a little disappointed at the selection though. It seemed like they had a lot to choose from but not at all price points. I did however find a couple of things that I was looking for off of my list so not everything was priced for the well-to-do. I will be going back to pick up a few more things.

The fragrance is horrible. Gags you through the whole store. Great stuff and we buy quite a bit. The hard part is with sinus and allergy issues the fragrances mess with you. Have to get in and get out. Im never going un this store again. I know i cant be the only one. Today was the worst yet. No more. I hope they sell enough of that stinky stuff to keep their doors open.

I love going in here and walking around. I always seem to find something that I didnt know I needed. They carry a lot of hard to find kitchen products. Ive also found pet products that I havent seen anywhere else.

Manager, despite many calls on her walkie talkie for her attention in far flung locations of the store, took time to locate a slightly misplaced item for me. The cashier, the only one, with a very long line, was still pleasant and professional. They need a better staffing plan though.

Great selection of items for the bath and they also carry a variety of things such as coffee to fit the Keurig coffee brewer.. Many items that I would not expect to find. Their selection is too numerous to add.

I absolutely cannot go in this store again. The fragrance is atrocious. I wanted to look around and couldnt. I was getting nauseous. By the time I got home I was stuffing up and sinuses bothering me. I know the workers are in it every day but customers ate the ones that suffer. I like buying stuff there but I cant afford to go in there as I suffer from sinus and bad allergies.

My experience was fine except for I bought some gummy bears only to get to my car and see that they are dated with an expiration date of 6 months ago. Yuck!

I enjoy the variety of household needs and selection of candles and essential oils.

Took back a return with no problem. The only problem I had was getting the cash back and spending$5 more that what I returned. 😆

No cashiers open. Single Customer service person having a social hour with a friend and ignores waiting customers. Half staff busy loading shelves but nobody up front to check out customers. Waited over 4 min without any acknowledgement then another 3 before they could open register. If you want to be ignored, this is the store for you!
