Had a softner i bought from there go down. An associate told me hed come look at the unit, said hed call me back that afternoon. Four days later. Nothing. Another associate of his even called him when i came in for a water test to make sure hed contact me. Guess ill go elsewhere from now on. Dont appreciate being ignored or lied to.

Although I only called to ask if their neighbor business was still open, the gentleman on the phone was very polite and professional, and gave me a recommendation for an alternate business for what I was looking for. It wasnt the service they normally offer, but in my book, good service is good service.
