I absolutely love this place never ever had problems they are all so nice! Jelewery is always perfect! My dad has brought me several rings from there because every year for Christmas and I’ve loved every single one!! Ive gotten multiple industrial bars, belly button rings, and cartlige studs from them!

I was ready to make my purchase and I stood there waiting for someone to check me out. There were two guys standing there doing nothing but chatting and when I said excuse me 5 times, one of the guys looked at me said Hell be there in a minute with an attitude and the other guy didnt even turn around. Then went right back to talking. I know the mall is dead, you already have a one star rating, and you dont care about anything. But if youre not even trying to sell your merchandise you should just close shop.

I went there with the intention to get my daughters ears pierced. The young male who was there was very unprofessional. He seemed irritated when I asked him a question and at one point rolled his eyes. Really bad customer service and will not go back there.

Horrible customer service, theyre jewelry is cheap and unauthentic. Employees try to rig the system by typing in incorrect name and phone number so you cant exchange, nor return items in efforts to keep their commission. Never shopping there again.
