Service was horrible! Theyre just standing around talking to each other. When one finally helped she called herself getting smart because I didnt want to pay $75 for shoes that looked worn. She said Ill just put them back on the shelf, somebody will buy them! 🙄 Well, they dont need mine or my money!

Place looked nice but the staff just hung out at the register, even though they us. When I did go to them she just pointed out where the shoes were and my 90 yo mom had to find them without help and try them on without staff help. Why not just have a shoe vending machine and save overhead??? 🤨

Was waiting to check out with a box of sneakers. I was next. There was no one else around. The cashier saw me. Then two people walked up from the other direction. They saw me standing there with shoes to purchase. No way they could have missed me. I was the only one there. The family left. I walked up to the register. The cashier says to me your not next. Yes,I am. Well your not standing in the right place. Other people put there purchase up also. The cashier stood there and stared at me. JUST STARED. keep the sneakers. I am a nurse. I do not, and never will do my job or live my life because of race or religion. I expect the same.

Nice shoe store that Ive gone to for years to get shoes but the womens aisles run small when it comes to shoes so for good fitting sneakers I usually go to the mens aisles. However Ive noticed in the last few months that they have hired cashiers who have poor customer service and are unprofessional in terms of helping customers and answering questions. I saw one cashier walk out and leave the other two cashiers to check out customers and she went to her car and left. One of the young ladies was very professional but it was too much noisy and ghetto play for me and it used to not be like that. However, Im so glad I found some really cute and comfortable Sketchers sneakers!Ill probably go elsewhere next time but in terms of the mens selection they have very nice sneakers but I rated it 3 stars because the overall the customer service sucks and the women in the store act like silly college kids.

I always check out this place for shoes first. Usually buy several pairs a year from here. Plus the staff is always very nice. Only issue I have is there is not enough places to sit to try the shoes on!!

Shoe Carnival store getting better with customer service at least I dont get followed around the whole time that Im there its different now since the pandemic

Customer service is, overall great, at every visit from each employee that has ever been encountered. The training the staff here has received needs to be incorporated worldwide with all places of business because, truth be told, proper customer service, in general, is nearly dead.

I was extremely disappointed. I used to go to Shoe Carnival several times a year for all my familys shoe needs and/ or wants because their prices were very competitive and reasonable. And customer service was outstanding. However after todays visit I will be looking another shoe store. Pricing was extremely higher than others I have seen and customer service was nonexistent and the lady at checkout rolled her eyes when I asked her if the shoes I had were on sale.

Stopped by here and shopped from my grandkids some Crocs they had what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Give them a visit for your shoe needs.

Every transaction is smooth sailing and all the associates are knowledgeable about where shoes are and etc. I have so far found what I was looking for or when I have ordered it was in stock, so that is ALWAYS a PLUS! Staff was so very rude!! No one greeted us when we came in the door, no one asked if they could help us, the cashier had a serious attitude and when I mentioned this to the cashier she did not say a word and didnt really act like it was an issue. Plus the prices were not that great.
