The work done in the Service Department is done well but the prices are absolutely jaw dropping and not in a good way. Get an estimate before authorizing any repairs or service. If you need the Desmodromic valves on your Ducati checked and/or set along with the belts changed, plan on a second mortgage on your home.

I had a great Purchase experience with Monica at Ducati! This is my first Ducati and I got the Ducati Diavel 1260S. The bike is awesome and they whole experience there was quick and professional! no games with pricing and very premium service. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about getting a Ducati, BMW or Triumph to talk with Monica or call her. She is extremely knowledgeable and showed me how to use everything before leaving and answered all my questions!

Stopped by on Friday 6-26. Was interested in purchasing a BMW scooter. Was in the showroom for about 30 minutes. There was a person working in parts, one in service and one person at a desk. I was never acknowledged by anyone there. I am going to buy from another dealer and persuade anyone I know looking to buy, not go there.

Some of the most amazing customer service Ive ever received, the entire staff was excellent. If you are looking for a great bike coupled with a tailored customer service experience you HAVE TO COME SEE DIEGO MENESES!! I was here visiting from out of town and, because I did not know the area that well, he took the time out of his day to lead me around to the best riding spots to get the best feel for the motorcycle. Very personable and not a typical pushy sales guy, this guy will take excellent care of you.
