I live north of Atlanta and I was looking for a Triumph Speed Twin. I negotiated the purchase over the phone and via email with Monica, who was friendly and very responsive to the many questions I had. She had all the documents ready for me to sign upon my arrival and the transaction was done in 10 minutes. Diego handled the delivery and was very caring, thorough and competent during the bike orientation. Although they are not around the corner from where I live, I am planning to have the bike serviced there as they will provide me with a loaner. Definitely a five star experience.

After I didnt receive a call back I proceeded to go up to the dealership and was met at the door with negativity. After being told the finance company I wanted to use was a P.O.S (So they said), I was told Id have better luck selling my bike on my own (they could of told me that over the phone instead of wasting my time. I didnt even get a chance to tell them I had a cosigner due to the lack of customer service. You can tell they didnt care about anything in regards to me. I went to a different dealership 20 minutes after leaving there and was met with positive reinforcement and now I am about to start my new journey in finding the perfect bike for me. Purchased a new Monster 821 Stealth a couple of weeks ago from Sales Professional Monica Villena. After we finished with all paperwork and I was leaving, there was an issue with the bike, so they kept it to diagnose and repair. She immediately put me on a Streetfighter, just so I could have something to ride until my bike was fixed, without me even asking. Thankfully the issue turned out to be just a fouled plug, they repaired it, called me, and I was able to go back and take my bike home before they closed. Monica Villena is an awesome Sales Professional and I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable about the products that Touring Sport sells.

I bought a Kawasaki klr650 in early April 2020.l live in NC, I have had five temporary tags.This pass winter l didnt need one,it is the middle of March and no tag 2021.I paid 300.00 dollars in the deal for my tag.when I call about it they will be glad to send a temporary, but when you ask about myy tag,always the DMV is slow...What Kind of business is that, never again. I dont care if they give them away

AWESOME!! I purchased my Ducati Super sport S on line without ever seeing the bike in person or visiting the dealership. From beginning to end the process was flawless. Diego was the sales professional I had the great pleasure of dealing with and he made sure that every detail was covered and answered every question I had....I also dealt with Jacob and Jared during this process and they were great to deal with.....I had the bike shipped to me in Pittsburgh and when the transport company called me and told me they were going to show up at the dealer at 7PM when the dealership actually closed at 5PM....Diego stayed an extra 2 hours after closing to make sure my bike was loaded properly and he even took pictures of the process! I took my 2020 Diavel 1260s in to have some work done on it yesterday and they service manager let me know the bike would have to stay there for a couple days in order to complete everything. I live in Anderson so I didnt really have a way home and before I had time to try to make arrangements the service manager offered for me to take a motorcycle home until mine was finished. This is by far the best service department I have ever used in my life. They are always courteous and very clear with what is going on with your bike and they go above and beyond to make sure your service is pleasant!

Wanting a new Ducati Scrambler, and not wanting to deal with the arrogance factor at the Charlotte Ducati dealer, we took the 1.5 hour drive down to Greenville, SC, to work with Diego M. at Touring Sport. Let me start off by saying I was very pleased overall with my sales person Monica, whom was extremely helpful and answered my questions in a timely manner.My issue was the overall transaction process. I made my purchase under the assumption that I was receiving a 36 month warranty, as listed on their website ad for my motorcycle. I financed the motorcycle used from them and when doing the paperwork Eddy the sales manager made no mention that it was as is and the only warranty was whatever was left through the manufacturer. When I was advised of this after asking, I called the manufacturer who informed me that the bike had 8 months of warranty left on it, whereas I could have spent $1,500 more on a brand new bike and received 36 months warranty. When me and Eddy discussed this it turned into more of a blame game of well we both were wrong for assuming. Being this was my first used bike, how was I to know that if I see a motorcycle listed to have a 36 month warranty that I wasnt receiving this and that the ad was wrong?Needless to say I was advised that he would reach out to service about a service contract and have not heard back. I can only image what that meant was that I was not going to receive any form of warranty but yet a discounted rate for their service department over an issue that was not my problem yet has sucked me into a false representation of warranty on a motorcycle to buy a sale from me.At this point I have left 2 messages for Eddy and requested his email address and have not received a response back. AS WELL Ive also emailed the General Manager and yet to have received a response back. As someone who works in the motorcycle industry and deals with customers hands on, this is not a way to run a business.

Clutch and rear brakes went out while I was riding, I had just brought my bike out of storage. Luckily I was only a few miles from Touring Sport and babied the bike there. I was expecting it would take a while and cost quite a lot to have someone else fix what was wrong, but I was so wrong. Not only did they get me back on the road quick, but it didn’t cost very much at all to bleed all my brakes/clutch and fix a recall I had on my bike. Incredibly thankful for their quality of work, I normally do this small stuff in my shop. But it’s nice to know they are excellent at it. I plan on scheduling any major service I need with a Touring Sport in the future, but I still have very low miles so it will take a while. Thank you guys!

Go there and see Diego, easiest motorcycle buying process Ive ever had. Was in and out in about 1.5 hours including test driving multiple bikes.

The work done was good. The ease of setting up appointments was great. The folks were nice. From my viewpoint, the cost is high and I have current knowledge of other similar shops charges. I can live with that as long as they look for ways to reduce my overall expense and do good work. They do good work. Make sure you understand what they are going to do up front.

I strongly advise that everyone heed the bad reviews regarding Touring. Ive purchased two motorcycles there over the last years, the last one most recently in April, so take all negative reviews, new and old, to heart. My salesperson, Monica, has always been fantastic. She deserves all the credit she receives in these reviews. To that end, most of the positive reviews here detail experiences with sales, which I believe skews Tourings overall rating to much better than it should be. Service and Finance leave so much to be desired. Customer Service is the last thing on their minds. I had one really poor experience last year with the service department and another ongoing fiasco the last few months with their finance department trying to pull a very shady scam regarding my most recent motorcycle financing. Every bad review Ive read here reads word for word like the experiences Ive had dealing with Touring. I strongly advise that anyone looking for a motorcycle take their business elsewhere. If you must buy here, I urge you to come prepared with your own financing. Do not finance through them under any circumstance. Something very fishy is going on in the manner in which they finance motorcycles.

From the first ergonomic tests several weeks ago to the test ride, Monica was very patient to show us all the BMWs, Ducatis and Triumphs, we wanted to see and experience. We never felt pressured. Been here several times, and have always enjoyed my visits. The staff is always pleasant and courteous, and theyve never pulled the high-pressure sales tactics on me. Its kind of nice having separate building sections devoted to the different brands they carry, rather than having everything under one ceiling like is often the case with Japanese manufacturers.

I walked in for service of my 2014 Multistrada and walked out with the 2018 model. The process began with me asking about the newer models. I was given personal attention and no tough sell. Monica was my sales person. She dropped everything she was doing to answer all of my questions - ones that she either knew or retrieved the answers. I did not decide on the spot, so she gave me her personal cell phone number, which I used liberally without any complaint or change in her helpful attitude. When I came back she had made all arrangements for my trade in, and together with Jacob in finance, she was helpful and efficient and met my difficult schedule. Nothing changed after the bike left the lot, after which I made arrangements to deliver items from my old bike and collect things for the new. Overall, the competence and attitudes of Monica, Jacob, Chris (service) were top notch - I will happily ride the 150mile distance from my Atlanta for service and future purchases and strongly recommend Touring Sport to anyone who wants to listen.

Getting your bike serviced or worked on at this dealership is a good experience. Service can get you fixed up, tuned up or add something to your bike. For more in-depth work with aftermarket parts and dino tuning they can recommend another local shop if you talk to the guys in service.The sales team is personable. I did not feel pressured to buy which is nice. Yet any questions I had were answered and the demo fleet is a great way to experience a new bike before you buy. I would buy a bike from them in the future.Side note, its also awesome to see Ducati, BMW and Triumph at one dealership!!

From MB, SC and rode up for service of Tires on my R1200GSA. Out in less than 2 hours. Great Service Dept. Counting to Blue Ridge Motorcycle Campground for the day.

Dont listen to the reviews over a year old, new management and great service department. Definitely recommend, I have bought multiple bikes here and they always go above and beyond to make things right if anything goes wrong.

On 8/1/19 we bought a 2019 R1250 GS Adventure and on 8/28/19 we also bought a 2020 R1250R. Our sales person for both motorcycles was Monica. She was awesome. She kept us updated on delivery dates and sent us photos of the un-boxing. She even got the low seat for the R1250R in weeks before it was supposed to be available.When we went back for the break-in service for the R1250 GS Adventure she was right there at our side making sure we were taken care of / comfortable and happy. They are a great group of people. I had a problem with my bike and I stopped by at 2pm on a Friday. They took my bike in right away and had it fixed and ready by 4:30.great service.

I recently bought a 2018 Triumph Tiger at Touring Sport. My experience with my salesperson, Monica, was awesome. It took about 3 months for me to pull the trigger and while she was responsive to my questions she did not hound me. Thank you for making my experience great!Chris, the service manager, got me out of a bind when I stopped by one day with a SNAFU. I had modified my handlebars and in doing so, tweaked it a bit too much. Anyhow, I had a ride planned out and this issue would have kept me off of the road for a bit until the part came in. Chris was able to scrounge one up for me to get me on the road and make this ride possible. Thanks Chris!! See you at my next service!!

This is a relaxed and friendly environment. Always willing to talk and they are great with window shopping. For service they are not the cheapest, but do good work and not bad for a dealership with BMW on the door.

Recently bought a Ducati X Diavel from these guys. Worked with Diego from out of state over the phone and email. Not only I got a fantastic bike with very low miles that was barely used, I also got constant engagement from Diego making sure everything went well with my purchase. They were flexible on the price, worked out my demands within a deal, figured out financing and made sure delivery company was able to pick it up within my time bracket.What really sold me to work with these guys, besides quick replies, is their ability to finance out of state without me being present at the dealership, not all dealers allow that. This was my first time at Touring Sport and it wont be my last. Great experience with sales, services and parts employees. I went there for a safety recall on my 1200GS and I felt right at home with their entire team. They had ordered BBQ for their employees and those of us waiting for service were invite for lunch. Cant say enough about my positive experience.
