Good experience overall. Alfred, Kristen and Dennis did a nice job in answering all my questions before buying the car.During the delivery day, I was in and out of the showroom within 30 mins. All were in sync with the deal details. Marc (the finance manager) did a nice job in explaining and completing the paper work.Alfred, did a nice job in showing the car and explaining the car features.One side note, the extended CPO warranty for 2 years was approx. close to $5k. That was only the downside of the deal, but its okay, you can find a good deal somewhere else.

I came to BMW without having an idea of what i wanted my first car to be, all i knew is that i wanted to gift myself a car for my birthday! Lol David Quaglio was the best !!! He was super helpful in helping me make the right decision and i love that i didn’t feel rushed!

Jose, my sales person, was very patient with all the questions that I had over the course of a few days. He responded quickly and at no point was he pressuring me for the sale. As an out of state buyer, he directed me ahead of time how to simplify the transaction. My financial agent was also very professional and took care of the paper work in a timely manner. Our family has purchased more than a dozen cars from this dealership - but expected customer service that was just par. They couldnt even meet that. Went in, in person, spoke with Kristen Zallo here - she and/or her vehicle appraisal department was supposed to get back to me. No one called. Very poor customer service.

My experience could not have been better. I saw the certified pre-owned car I wanted online on Friday, had an appointment to see it Saturday, and drove it home on Monday. Recently, an unlicensed driver ran a red light and totaled my BMW X3. (Quick note on the safety of a BMW: after being hit so hard I was pushed across three lanes of traffic into a wall, the only thing I broke was a fingernail. Thank you airbags from every direction including my knees... and, well, building one tough car, BMW!!)I was extremely stressed about buying a car again. Enter BMW of Greenwich. Tia Chalos is an absolute rock star. She exceeded my expectations at every level - from her ability to connect to her diligence in ensuring every aspect of the transaction was effortless on my part. There was never that hard sell feeling. In fact, by the end of it, Tia felt like family. She will truly work for your best interest!!Now enter financing... I only spent maybe 15 minutes with the finance manager, Rob DeFeo, to sign my paperwork. But again, no hard selling for all the additional items you can purchase from an additional warranty to service/maintenance packages to GAP coverage (BTW, the GAP coverage is paid monthly and is pretty cheap compared to what could happen in the event of a total loss accident... believe me). Rob was super informative and patient to explain the answers to each of my questions. Extra points for the high tech desk that serves as a 3ft x 3ft computer screen to review all documents together with ease and then a copy of everything provided on a flash drive. Thank you for saving the trees!Long story short, BMW of Greenwich is first class service all the way. They have made a life long customer with me!

I have never experienced such a seamless car purchase before May 1, 2021. A longtime client of BMW of Greenwich, I had an appointment with Gregory Scott with the intent of trading in my X5. Not only was Mr. Scott considerate, swift and sharp, he was informative, flexible and understanding. I had to leave the dealership for an hour and when I returned, Mr. Scott was ready to complete the deal for me. He made my return to the dealership 1000% worth it (yes, 1000%). Terrible dealer. Nothing but lies. I put a deposit of 1k down and inquired about a car on the Autolist app. At first they said I could lease a car that was a loaner and I had to wait a week for the cars bumper toGet repainted due to a few scratches. I said okay atleast I will get the car I want and can finally trade my 7 series in. I wait a week and they now say I can’t lease the car I have to buy it. AFTER I PUT DEPOSIT FOR IT they SELL THE CAR TO SOMEONE AND TRY TO SHOW ME THE SAME CAR W LESS PACKAGES SAYING THIS IS IT. I Drive 40 miles to see a DIRTY CAR. What a disappointment. On top of that They wouldn’t even take my car if I didn’t buy anything. I dealt with CHRIS SMITH. And complete waste of time. Lies on top of more lies. Wasted like 2-3 weeks of my time.Also it’s been TWO WEEKS and still have not got my deposit back….

The service I got from Gregory(Greg) Scott was amazing. Not only did I get the best deal on my new X1, I also got the best customer experience in my opinion. One of my biggest fears was overpaying for the car so I spent weeks on research and visited four other BMW dealers in the state to compare offers on the X1. Im surprised at the difference in experience between Greenwich and the other BMW dealers. The competition wasnt even close, I knew Id buy from Greg 5 minutes after meeting him. Greg was clear & transparent with the numbers and really made feel like my business was important. Her associate Marc in finances was very easy to work with as well. She took the time to make sure all our questions were answered. Gave us a very detailed video of the car before we drove there. I went to look at a cpo BMW X3 to replacing my fast aging 5 series. The dealer refused to let me test drive the vehicle. When the salesperson asked the sales manager why, it was stated that it was because I was under 25. Yet I know many people that have test driven cars here that are under 25 without issue. Greenwich is surrounded by young professionals from Manhattan and Stamford, so it seems they would be missing out on a lot of buyers if this was the actual case. Luckily I was able to walk down the street and find another vehicle (at a dealer also owned by Penske). Would not recommend this dealer to anyone under 25!

I purchased a 2021 Sau Paulo Yellow M4 last week and was thrilled with Jose and the deal.Freehold BMW wanted 5k above MSRP and a dealer on Long Island wanted 10 k above MSRP.I was able to agree on a price, NOT ABOVE MSRP, and negotiated the deal over the phone, drove 1.5 hours from NJ to CT and drove the car home!I was told that Greenwich is a Penske dealer and they do not sell above MSRP.Buy here at Greenwich if you value your hard earned cash!

Review is related to BMW Service. Have bought multiple vehicles with Greenwich BMW over the years. Ive had very mixed interactions with the service advisors, some are okay and some are just flat out awful treating you like youre wasting their time. I didnt feel the need to post a review but now this is the second time Ive been told various items were included in a standard service visit just to secure the appointment then upon arrival I was told none of it was included and they tried to upsell me a bunch of nonsense to make money- brakes, tires, etc. I understand that service is highly profitable for the dealership but honesty goes a long way with loyal clients. This time I was told that a basic service included all fluid levels being checked and topped off, an oil change and complete diagnostic check of the vehicle to see if any other issues existed. Upon arrival (I had to take the morning off from work) I was told the only thing that was included was a lousy oil change that I could have got done anywhere for 25% of the price they charge. The other fluids (even windshield wiper fluid..serious?) were additional service charges and the diagnostic was almost $200. Why am I being sold one thing to make the appointment then being told that none of that is included upon arrival? Very deceptive. I am giving two stars because the loaner car process is straight forward. Will be considering other dealerships going forward.

After a terrible experience at BMW Darien we decided to go to Greenwich. Patrick was great we were able to do the entire deal via email and phone. When I asked for photos he sent them right away. They were able to beat everyone’s price and we were able to drive the car off the lot in a day.

This is the third purchase I’ve made from Tia at BMW of Greenwich, note there are two other closer BMW dealers closer to me but the service I’ve received each time not only exceeds expectations but is the best care buying experience I’ve had. Tia is simply outstanding, if it weren’t for her I’d likely be driving another car or purchasing from a more convenient dealership. Now to be fair, she is supported by a fantastic team- Kristen the sales manager, and Joe the general manager all contribute to the experience and all three work very hard to earn my business.
