Only reason they got 1 star is because Peter and Anthony (in service) were helpful. I brought my vehicle in the girl that answered the phone I guess she was a receptionist was rude and couldnt care less about the issue that I was having when I told her I could barely drive my vehicle. Then when I got there they didnt have any cars which I know is BS, and then they couldnt bring me to a rental car place either. The next day I tried to call to check on the status of my car but no answer I had to go there and big surprise that the girl wouldnt answer the phone because she didnt want to take my calls, and she refused to get my car into the shop that day. Peter got my car in on Monday after we spoke on Monday afternoon, and it was fixed within 2 hours. That place has gone downhill.

Just leased a Grand Cherokee from Eddie, he was so easy to work with and he went out of his way to give me tons of options of everything I was considering. I went in there with a blank slate and he took his time letting me test drive and look at multiple different models.Everything was a breeze.

Went here telling the sales person what I wanted to spend monthly for a 2nd car just for commuting purposes. Well anything I said went in one ear and out the other. I stead of telling me that wouldnt be possible they tried with starting price of a 45K. Wish people in sales especially car dealerd would actually listen to customers instead of trying to push their own agenda. We actually bought from another location with everything I wanted for the price I wanted. This is what happens when you try to support neighborhood shops instead of listening they ran us out the door but it is said when one door closes another opens.

Worst place - they take sales to a completely different place. You basically have to beg them to do business and then even when you go there for an appt. After asking why you are there the door is locked and then while you stand outside. These people could care less about clients - Clearly selling cars in Greenwich has them like they dont need to be attentive to customers

Finally, they got the registration yesterday (Wednesday), but I still havent received it. I cant drive my car. If you buy a car from them, get the registration yourself. Dont use this service. It is a bust. Im very frustrated.

When I started shopping for a car, I mentlally prepared myself for combat. Even though I have a supplier discount, I know the reputation of car dealers in my area, and Fiat-Chrysler dealers in particular are usually at the bottom end. I expected to walk in and be told that supplier codes werent accepted, and to see a four-square even though I wasnt trading in and was handling my own financing.Never have I been happier to be wrong. :)By case of happy accident, I had sent my quote request from the office, which sent it to Jeep Chrysler Dodge City near my office instead. Christina contacted me via e-mail and even before my first visit we determined my desired specs on the car, after which I went and test drove a representative sample. And even though there were some stumbles along the way (turns out they couldnt custom order at the time and I had to adjust my specs so they could find something), we worked through them and ultimately it turned out to be a very smooth and successful transaction. No four square, just a straight out-the-door price. No attempt to push me to their financing, and we even skipped the F&I office completely, where a lot of dealers try to make extra money.Bottom line is that this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car, and not only would I give them more of my business, I would send others there as well. Let me start by saying that - I hate car shopping & I especially dislike car salesmen!However when I went into the Jeep Chrysler Dodge City dealership they were great, there was no hounding or hovering over me - they let me explore the jeeps without the constant presence one usually gets at these places. This was, unfortunately, one of the worst interactions/experiances Ive had with a dealership to date. I typically dont file complaints and escalate situations, but I personally feel that if youre shopping, there are other dealers that are more deserving of your business. Ive filed a complaint with Chrysler corp regarding this location and their rude and unsupportive behavior. I hope people read this and purchase from an alternative shop, as there are plenty in the area. This said, perhaps Ill hear from the GM of the location and get some support. I worked with Christina on my purchase of a Jeep Renegade Limited. I inquired online via True Car and she contacted me and helped make this an easy process. I went to the dealer a total of 3 times. 1st to meet her and test drive and work out the price details, it was so refreshing to work with a sales person that came across honest, and simply delivering the information and transparent. My past dealings with sale personnel has been horrible as it becomes a haggling for pricing, and pushing extra packages on you and things you really do not need to bump up pricing. I even said to her that I appreciated the manner in which she was conducting business and that it was refreshing and brief. I then came back for a second time to test drive the actual vehicle I was going to purchase and work out the final numbers and sign the contract, once again she was pleasant and the transaction was done in a matter of 20 mins, which I also appreciated. 3rd time was for pick up, I signed the financial loan agreement, and Christina spent time with me showing me all the features of the vehicle and answered any questions I had. Prior to walking out the manager made it a point to thank me for my business. Overall I had a wonderful experience, I am so happy with my purchase, the Jeep is awesome and will contact them if I have any issues. Also, I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a Jeep.

Although I feel treasonous by buying a Jeep from what is now Fiat, my experience with Jeep Chrysler Dodge City was a very good one. There was a hick-up in my lease. One of the leasing companies offered $xxx for the lease, but denied it. Chrysler picked it up. I very much prefer to deal with Chrysler than the other foreign bank, however they increased my payment over the course of the lease by $500.00. Felt like a rip off - a bait and switch. Very awkward. However, the Patriot I purchased was the perfect fit for my needs, and considering the condition of Detroit right now, I feel less un-patriotic. Christina was my salesperson. I feel that she and the sales department had done everything on my behalf to offer the best customer service that they could in face of what seemed like a shady deal. I feel very comfortable with being a member of the family there, and considering my own poor financial affairs, I am very grateful to them. Anyway, Ill see them at the end of the lease to purchase the car. My son will be driving by then. Perhaps Chrysler will give me a great deal on it :0}. This has to be the most unorganized and poorly run service facility in America. From the Manager to the janitor, what a complete joke. 6 months for a radio to be fixed and when I call to confirm my appointment they have no appointment scheduled ANDDDDDDDDDDDDDD they had the radio for 2 months and sent it back. I was never informed that the radio had come in. I was told its on back order, so I waited patiently for it to come in. I didnt scream and shout, just waited as sometimes things are out of stock but they had the radio the entire time. What a joke. I pay my note every month, never a problem there, but when it comes to them doing their job they fail, every single time. What an absolute joke. I cannot wait to drop this car off at the dealership and let them deal with this incompetence.

Jeep Chrysler Dodge City is the best. I just leased my 6th Grand Cherokee Limited, and the last four were from this dealership. I have always worked with Debbie Sommers, who is very professional, listens to my needs and never tries to sell my more than I want to buy. I always get a great price, and Debbie and the rest of the team makes the process as smooth as possible. In this case, we were going out of in a couple of days, and they had my new Jeep ready early. I havent shopped around for my last three Grand Cherokees -- I just go to Jeep Chrysler Dodge City.

I called this morning to have my 2017 Jeep Compass serviced due to a humming noise that it’s been making. The guy who answered the phone for service was not friendly at all and sounded uninterested in my problem. I felt rushed off the phone and ultimately decided to take my car elsewhere.

Just picked up a Grand Cherokee with the help of their internet salesperson, Christina Granchelli. It was an effortless and efficient process, and in my view the only way to go. Christina gave us a great quote via E-mail, then sent us the forms required, which took about 15 minutes. The car was ready to go when we showed up at the dealership, requiring only that we sign the finance papers, which took 15 minutes. Everything about the car was explained, we grabbed the keys and drove away. This is how cars should be bought. Thanks to Christina and City for making it happen as we desired.

I leased, then later purchased a Grand Cherokee from Jeep Chrysler Dodge City. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them. Ed DelMonte was the sales guy for both deals, he is the primary reason I go to this dealership. He is very knowledgeable, and more important he takes care of all the details, and does the hard work to get the deals completed without any issues.I have not been pleased with the local Greenwich service location though. They have twice forgotten to make appointments they had confirmed on the phone. More important, they have told me some things regarding my vehicle service that proved to be untrue, that I had to catch them on, and the service manager had a bad attitude. I dont trust them, so I take my Jeep to White Plains for service where they have done an excellent job

I was looking for a used Jeep Liberty as we had owned two a 2005 and 2009. Jeep City had a very low mileage 2012 limited Jet for a great price. I hesitated as we were leaving in less than a week to spend our Summer in Prince Edward Island Canada. We live in Torrington but I decided to check out the Jeep. The vehicle was as close to new as it could have been and Christine assured me they could arrange delivery in two days. I decide to go ahead with the purchase even with our tight schedule. The deal came off without a hitch. Christine even arranged for our use of a dealer plate while the registration was received from the DMV. Christine sent the registration to Canada and provided a next day prepaid return envelope at no charge to us. I would not hesitate to buy me next vehicle from Jeep City. Exceptional Dealership.

We had to pre-order the minivan we wanted, and se wed waited for our custom vehicle to come with just the color scheme wed wanted. When it arrived, it was awful. Despite selecting a grey interior, it turns out that ALL the minivans have a hideously ugly brown dash (that doesnt match ANYTHING in a car with a grey interior). We were distraught. But, Christina Granchelli and the dealership really worked with us to make it right. They brought in other vehicles, showed us every thing we could go do, and ultimately helped us to get a Pacifica that were really happy with.

Im from Long Island, and all of our cars were totalled by Hurricane Sandy. One of them was an 07 Wrangler that I decided to replace first. I found one I liked on the net at JCDodge City, and called them. I told them of my situation, and negotiated a price over the phone with Christine. After my funds became available, JCDodge City sent an employee down from CT to get me, and bring me to the dealership. I thought this was definitely beyond the call of duty, and I was impressed. Everything was ready for me when I got to the store, and everything went smoothly. I was offered an extended warranty, but there was no pressure, and I didnt get one. I would recommend JCDodge City based on my limited experience.

The service department is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I brought my car in because of some damage. In their attempt to fix the problem (which took them twice as long as promised) they caused more damage to the car. Even though I had documentation showing that the damage was caused by them they wanted me to pay for not only the part but the inspection on the car as well. (which also took longer than promised) I would avoid this service department again and if you need to go, ask to work with the manager directly.
