Everything was fine and MB Greenwich is an efficient store. My only complaint is that the loaner they gave me smelled like smoke and some cleaning agent probably meant to mask the smoke smell. I have allergies to smoke and so that was very unpleasant. MB should make sure that they have smoke free cars. Otherwise, great.

For the second time after a few months My wife and I bought our second vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Greenwich. Of course our sales representative Matthew Buyer took care of us purchasing our second car. He did an excellent job picking the right vehicle for us. Claudio our finance representative got us approved with a great rate that makes us happy and satisfied. To make a story short My wife and I went home with a smile on our face. We had a wonderful experience at M-B of Greenwich all thanks to Anthony Polisena and Matthew Bayer. After losing our car from hurricane Ida we needed a new one asap. One call in to Anthony and we were on the lot next day. Theyd found a perfect car for us exactly in our price range - just what we needed. And I couldnt believe how fast & easy it was to take it for a quick test drive, sign the paperwork & return the next day to drive it home. I have purchased several cars in Greenwich across many different luxury brands.Can I just say, if it wasnt for Lou my family and I wouldnt have purchased a car for my youngest sister from Mercedes.He is the nicest, most welcoming, warm, REAL person; Contrary to your typical car sales person. He has years of experience and it clearly shows. I would recommend him to anyone to help you if you are interested in purchasing any car there. He is so caring, and really does all he can to make sure you are happy and well taken care of.Vince was also very nice and accommodating. I am disappointed for the service. I would give 4-5 stars if the service can make me feel as an important customer.Firstly, I dropped a car on Thursday noon and was told that if the car would need to stay overnight, the service representative that I scheduled with will call me and he didn’t.Secondly on next day, I was waiting for his call until 3-4 pm. I called and couldn’t reach him. So I left 2 voicemails. He call me back and apologized for not calling me back yesterday and today he was busy. He also doesn’t have any update status for my car as my car doesn’t get diagnosed yet!I asked the reason and he said today they short of Technician guys. I said, but I dropped the car since Thu noon. Anyway, he promised to call me at 4.30 for status. He called me around 5 ish that my car is ready for pickup.However, what I like is the service from his coworker name Elissa (if I remember correctly) who helped me since Thu (as the guy I scheduled with was busy) and on the day I came to picked up the car. She is helpful. And the service that Benz wash car inside and outside for us is good.Note. On the day I came to pickup my car, it took me about an hour for it to be ready. I am not sure if this is normal waiting time.

My car was flooded after the remnants of Hurricane Ida came through. After having my car towed to the dealer, I soon realized that I was in great hands. John was our contact and he was excellent. Direct and honest. I must have called him 10 times but he was courteous and helpful every time. Car was returned to me yesterday and is running just as I remembered. Satisfied customer!!Please note: the lady at the front was not welcoming and borderline rude however that did not alter my overall satisfaction with the service I received.

I purchased a 2018 SLC-300 vehicle on 8/31/21. Great experience with the personal. However, I have yet to receive any information regarding the financing that I signed up for. Unless you are taking over financing my vehicle, I expected to have heard from the financing establishment long before now. I hope there are no late charging levied against my loan. I have already asked my sales consultant, Matt Bayer, to have the finance person, Vinnie, contact me but no response in over a week!!!

MB of Greenwich is extraordinary. The service is excellent and all personnel from the finance department to the valet parking attendant were top rate and extremely responsive. Gilbert Castelion is very knowledgeable and highly responsive. I have been buying cars for over fifty years and have never had as great an experience. Gil knew all the answers and clearly had a superior grasp of the mechanics of the vehicles and procedures. His commitment to service is extraordinary. In all my years I have never known a representative to take the time and make the effort to see to my knowing how to operate my new vehicle. The reception was not only friendly, but also knowledgeable and very helpful. Gil made the whole experience a delight and I can’t imagine buying a car in the future from any other dealership.

My husband and I were highly satisfied with our car shopping experience at the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Greenwich - we worked with Gilbert C. and his attentive service made our first car purchase such a positive experience!First of all, Gilbert took great care in understanding our needs and finding the best model for our family - we actually ended up going with a smaller vehicle compared to what we thought we needed based on online research. Once we settled on the model, Gilbert was super helpful with: 1) reserving us a specific vehicle based on our preferences for features while we were on vacation, 2) calling the insurance company on our behalf to get the necessary documentation, and 3) helping indentify discounts we were eligible for. The delivery day was impeccable as well, he explained everything in great detail and even offered to store the vehicle for us for a short period of time, given we are in the middle of relocating.

WORST EVER. Got my car serviced today and was promised a loaner. Called me today and told me no loaner, ok…not an issue as long as I can have my car back the same day. They promised to return my car to me this evening. It’s 10PM and they still haven’t delivered my car. It’s sitting in the dealership. No one contacted me and I can’t get in contact with anyone. Now I’m left without a car. Service opens @ 7:30am and my newborn has a dr.’s appointment @ 8:00am. Great. Wanted to upgrade our lease to an SUV with the arrival of our little one. Definitely not sticking with MB after such an awful customer experience.

NEVER have a business here.The sales manager was no more than a scammer. He gave me the total price via phone and increased in dramatically when I visited there adding unreasonable fees. They also procrastinated the DMV processes, and I havent got my plate (its been three months). He barely responded to my phone calls, and when always hang up saying he will call me back, which never happened.The WORST experience.

Customer service is horrendous. They say they will call back and they dont. No one seems to know anything about what is going on. Ridiculously bad experience for a Mercedes Dealer. Not only did Mercedes Benz of Greenwich have stock of the exact truck that I wanted (I was very specific about the exterior and interior colors), but also the sales and trade-in teams were very professional and friendly! If you are an out-of-state buyer, do not waste your time with this dealership. I called to put a deposit on a vehicle the day it was listed, and within 15 minutes filled out the deposit form. I was told the car would be held for me until after it went through their shop for inspection the following morning. I was fine waiting to complete the deal until the following day, since I had the vehicle on deposit.After it went through their shop, I was happy with the results and I wanted to buy the car. I was not able to contact my salesman all day (went to voicemail), and he finally returned my calls that evening only to say he had to transfer me to the sales manager, Anthony.Anthony told me he had sold the car that day to someone local who came in and drove it. He told me my salesman should never have taken a deposit on it, nor should it have been run through their workshop - - as if that was my fault! My salesman sounded like a sharp guy, and Ive never known a dealer to not do a safety inspection on a car, so this seems like a scapegoat to me.Anthony made me feel as though my business was an inconvenience. He absolutely undermined his sales staff. He came across as a stereotypical car lot vulture over the phone. It was nearly 7pm (their close of business) when we spoke, so he hurried me off the phone and promised to call back the following day to make it right. Well, that never happened. (Color me surprised!) It has been 5 days now and he hasnt made any effort to contact me, nor to make things right.MB of Greenwichs word is worth nothing -- and apparently they feel the same way about out-of-state customers as well. I would recommend avoiding this dealership, especially if youre out-of-state. I would have expected better from a Penske group dealer.I was really disappointed to have been robbed of an enthusiast car that Id longed to own, but I also feel bad for my salesman who had a sale stolen from him. Anthony, if you are reading this, feel free to contact me like you said you would. Nothing will get me that car back - - Im just curious to see if youre a man of your word or not.

The usual European service company (Speedsport Tuning) I bring my car to in Danbury, CT is fully booked for the month. Came into contact with Robidio and he was able to work with me even with my car being a VW. As most car owners know, as soon as you get that notification on the dash saying it’s time to get your car serviced, you get it serviced ASAP! Due to a tight schedule, I have been driving with my check engine light on for a day now (couple weeks since I got the service notification) and nowhere to turn to that’s convenient for me. Upon meeting Robidio, within moments he had already made my frustration with finding the right place to service my car fly out the window. He was able to work around my tight schedule and find an open slot to get what I need to get done DONE. Even said that he could do a headlight swap for me, which I have been patiently waiting to do for months now. Speedsport is great, just didn’t work with my crazy schedule. I recently worked with Paul Rudovic at Mercedes-Benz of Greenwich. Paul was an excellent sales person and addressed all my needs for a new family car thoroughly. Paul is professional, personable, and polite. Paul overcame a couple timing obstacles during my new car process that I was very pleased with his performance on. Paul was extremely efficient in his process to get our new family car delivered to us within one weeks time. Paul listened carefully to my family and even went above and beyond and recommended a book for us and paid special attention to my 2 year old son; my son was talking about Paul for the next few days after picking up our new car at the dealership!In the time that we live in where customer service is often a lost art Paul is a breath of fresh air with respect to his level of attention to his customer. Benny B for mayor!!!! The whole team was great!! We traded in 2 cars, great trade in prices, no questions asked, BOOM! The Dude who hooked us up on all the paper work was lovely and professional, and the whole deal took what felt like 3 minutes, I could not believe it!! Even the guy who walked us through how the cars system works was awesome, a total gentleman (and handsome too dont tell my husband!!). Ben you made my holiday, you really were perfect! The car is pretty good too, but the experience was 10/10. Your boss better give you a huge XMAS bonus so you can put in that pool you ordered, if not let us know and we will have Cousin Eddie hand deliver him to you so you can kick him in the buns!
