The employees at this location need to learn how to greet their guests when they walk in. We stood for 3 minutes at the register while no other customers were in the store and none of the 5 employees looked at us, acknowledged us, or greeted us. Two of the employees continued their gossip while two prepared Togo orders and one swept. Whoever is managing this location needs to get a new set of professional and courteous employees who will acknowledge and greet customers as they walk in the door and wait to order.

I hadnt been in a Starbucks for ages because Ive made my own cold brew for years, but Im traveling so I went in yesterday and had a salted caramel cream cold brew - Wow!! I tell you, thats the first time a serving of coffee ever blew my mind, it was soooo good!Im going back today for another and I encourage those of you with a bit of a sweet tooth to check it out.

Not sure whats going on here. This 2nd time was not happy about my drinks taste..very watered down. The just seem to be slacking. Take your chances.

I dont think Ive ever gotten my drink from this Starbucks in less than 15 minutes. The store can be empty, it will still take 10+ minutes.I get its a high volume store with mobile orders, but there are always 6+ people working, they just work slowly. Ive had plenty of time to observe standing there waiting for my drink to be ready. They just go really slow.

I waited about ten minutes for a Mocha Frappuccino. Would not recommend to anyone area

This Starbucks staff knows how to make amazing rich espresso every time. These guys care what they serve people. They are even friendly and kind. Wow ... thank you. Just take a look at that yummy foam in this picture.

I am a daily Starbucks drinker (Im not kidding, sometimes I even go there twice in one day) and I have been to many Starbucks locations and this is by far the best one I have been to.Especially thanks to one of the employees there, Joy, who went above and beyond. Working in customer service myself, I respect and admire this tremendously. She was extremely friendly and kind, and went out of her way to make sure not only I, but everyone there had the best experience possible. The overall staff was good, but Joy is the reason I would go out of my way to return to this location.I was ordering coffee for myself and my team at work had put in a mobile order for two drinks (accidentally sending it to the wrong location, the one on the Avenue). This was absolutely entirely our faults but I explained the situation to the staff at Starbucks, and Joy was quick to say to not even worry and she would just make the drinks for me. Being a regular customer at Starbucks, I was so happy to hear this and so relieved as I was already running a little late for work. She was happy to do this for me and go out of her way, when she could have just simply told me she couldnt do anything as we sent the order to the wrong location. She even apologized for my situation, even though it was entirely my fault. This simple act of kindness this morning made me realize why I (and my entire team at my job) order from Starbucks daily.I normally never write reviews, but I felt this was necessary and Joy absolutely deserves getting the recognition for her hard work that she deserves.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Couldnt be more pleased with this location (especially thanks to Joy)The Starbucks on the Avenue is closer to my work, but I will be making the trip to go out of my way to get my coffee at this location!If I can put in any feedback to corporate, or any other channel, please let me know. Remodeled Starbucks in the Whole Foods shopping center. Service was a bit slow but drinks were expertly prepared. Busy parking lot ... lucky to find a space.

Small and tons of clutter in the back near the restrooms. Otherwise a normal version of the chain. Has a Clover. Parking challenging due to the Whole Foods on the other end of the strip mall (but fine off hours)

For a Starbucks it gets:Parking: 5/5. Never had troubleStore: 4/5. Sometimes clutter in back room, trash frequently over full. Can find seating most of the time.Staff: 4/5. Most are friendly and make effort to remember your name. Some seem a little stand-offish at timesWait: 3/5. Not terrible but during high traffic areas it can definitely get congested. At these times I order ahead on the appFood preparation: 4.5/5. Usually en pointe but there are a few baristas who do not consistently use same amount of ice, milk, etc. so Ive noticed some variation in the drinks at times.

My latte was sour. The milk was bad. Staff was great but I didnt notice my latte was bad until I pulled away in my work truck. Sadly Im giving 1 star for this experience. I was late for my delivery or else I would have gone back in.

If you dont want to pay for, or struggle to find a spot on Greenwich ave, this location is great. A bit smaller, not much seating, but you will be in-n-out a bit faster. Order ahead to really speed up the process :)

Great location, the staff is always nice, never had any issues with my order here, clean, easy parking.

Annoying..went here two days in a row and both days..no staff was marking cups with customers names or some ways to identify. They just filled orders and set all cups on counter together. Customers having to guess which one was which. When asked which one was mine I did not get an answer. I come to Starbucks because they offer soy, due to a milk allergy.. Mixing up cups where I would end up with milk could be disasterous. Please tell your employees to mark cups.

Great staff, cozy atmosphere, and low wait times in the evenings. Nothing more to say other than all the experiences Ive had here have been positive.

They dont really care about the security of the personal information of thru clients.After months and mine of every card they gave me was hacked and used by other people I just stopped patronizing them.
