Most pleasant service this morning! Clean, fast & order was accurate. The guy at the window was professional & chatted with us and offered us waters as our order was being made.

First and LAST time I order here, I went through the drive through and the girl at the window seemed unsure how to help me and I stated I want a farmhouse with NO CHEESE, she stated the hash browns can have the cheese removed and didn’t put it on and of all things put it on a cheese bagel with cheese and no hash browns. She should be fired! I have severe allergies and could have died. Very disappointed.

I’ve always been a fan until my recent visit at the quebec/county line store. They’re no longer taking phone orders even though the store was empty with minimal cars in the drive thru. I ordered my quick and ready bagel box and they didn’t inform me that they were not selling cream cheese. Who would buy a box of bagels without the schmear?!

These guys are still living in the 1800’s- I swear they are churning the butter and schmear by hand and growing the coffee on a per-order basis.It took 25 minutes to go through the drive through. This place needs new management.

Literally the worse coffee Ive ever tasted. Ive ordered several times, first time I ordered with almond milk since Im sensitive to dairy and it tasted horrible. The next time I tried without still horrible next time tried again with almond milk same ol rancid taste.The drive through is insanely slow only had a few people ahead of me took them 20 minutes. Wont be coming back I couldnt even get past a few sips.

We’ve visited this location several times over the past 3 months, mainly due to convenience of location, each time hoping the experience would improve. Unfortunately it has been consistently bad, out of bagels, empty coffee, cold coffee, and a rude “lead” with long blonde hair. We understand having a bad day or occasionally being understaffed, but it is too consistent. Please help your team understand how important it is to greet and treat customers with kindness rather than an air of annoyance…drive through and counter. Also would suggest you train and resolve the coffee situation. All seem to be areas that could easily be resolved and your business would flourish. You have a good product.

I would have given zero stars if possible and Ive never thought about doing anything of the sort before!The past two times Ive been here Ive had a bad experience. The first time, they had already shut down their espresso machines (it was 2:30pm and they close at 3pm). I went ahead and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and a toasted bagel with cream cheese and chalked it up to them wanting to get out early. Ive been in retail management before and know how it can be on some days.Today I pulled up to the drive thru, didnt even get a chance to tell them what I may want to order and they immediately said, sorry, but were all out of bagels. Now how did they know that I didnt want something else because they didnt bother to ask? I didnt, but decided since they didnt bother to ask about my desire for anything else that I will not return to this location.I hope the management is able to find a staff that is capable of catering to their customers needs instead of their ability to close down the store as quickly as possible.

I have visited this store three Friday mornings in a row at about 8:30am. Every time, the coffee machines are all empty and if there is a some coffee...it is cold. How hard is it for a breakfast place to keep coffee stocked and warm?

Had just a simple toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese...simple but so fresh and delicious!!! Hubby had texas brisket breakfast which he savored and enjoyed!!! Yum!!!

Usually pretty solid, even as far as Einstein’s go, but today was a whole new experience. Even on weekdays they will be out of the chocolate chip bagels by 9:30 am. Also, does this bagel look like it has EXTRA plain shmear OR toasted?! Usually ok, but today was a big L.

I have tried this location several times but they continually disappoint and worsen. Sometimes the drive thru is open and sometimes its randomly closed in the middle of their business hours. They are always out of 80% of their bagels before 11AM and their coffee drinks are terrible! The staff appear to hate their work environment and will not make any effort to be friendly or courteous.

They get two stars because the bagel seemed fresh and its one of thefast food restaurants that serve real eggs, but I tried their Texas brisket sandwich the brisket was like shredded beef jerky wildly disappointing

I recently used to coupon there to give them a try and it was excellent I highly recommend it!

The food here is delicious but when I asked a simple question I was looked at like I shouldnt be asking questions I should just ordering get out of the way thats how it is at this place

I came in on Friday the 22nd. I ordered the farmhouse with 2 egg no cheese and a egg and ham on assiago with no cheese. The farmhouse was missing the sausage and extra egg the other had cheese on it. I was very disappointed with the service as well as they had to find my order. I will not return to this location.

Updated review on 08/09/18.I go to this shop most of the time for breakfast. The service irregular. Check the pic. I oordered my bagel with cream cheese and if you see the pic, the bagel is hardly covered in the cheese. Why would I lay extra money for so little cream cheese. They either need more training of they thing we all in hurry and will not just notice this.Nice place . always busy in the morning as it’s in dtc. Plenty of seating arrangements but so I have seen most people do drive throughs . They also accept the Einstein bro gift card for payments .

We got a very prompt and courteous service every time we were there. Great selection of bagels and coffee. Well maintained and nice ambience that makes this place a great choice to spend an hour or two on any weekend morning with friends or family.

My experience was Awesome! My wife and myself were in town from Loveland and I was starving for the All-Nighter Breakfast Bagel Sandwich. After we got done with our visit to Denver, I ordered ahead the sandwich through Einstein Bros. BAGEL App and picked it up through the Drive Thru when I arrived. Yep! Yep! My sandwich was ready and hot when I got it. And as usual, it was Quite Tasty and Bomb-Diggitty Fresh! Thank You & Have A Blessed Day!

The food here is good, but the time it takes to get it makes it hard to justify. This establishment is in need of either more employees or better management. Ive been here multiple times and it always takes very very long, and Ive been overcharged for drinks. The last time it took 15 minutes to get a latte. There was no one in the drive through and only one other customer inside but still took 15 minutes.

Service was fairly quick for the late breakfast rush on a Monday morning. There was a small line(3-4 customers) to place orders inside, at most only a 5min wait. The dining area was clean and well kept. Most of all, my sandwich was ready promptly, exactly as ordered. Overall, an excellent experience, I will certainly be back in the future!

Can never make it through the drive thru in less than 10 minutes. It’s coffee and bagels, what could possibly take so long? Then I get my coffee, drive away, only to realize the coffee is stone cold. Not with the $9 for coffee and a bagel. I think I’ll stick to My Favorite Muffin to where I can get a better bagel and coffee for half the price

We come here regularly because my son loves the chocolate chip bagels. Unfortunately they always mess up the order and it is consistently under toasted even though I always ask for double toasted.

I have been in twice and always get great service and well presented product. I dont remember the gentlemans name that served me but he has been there both times I came through and he is helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Today I ordered the Albacore tuna on an ancient grain bagel and it was awesome. Overall excellent experience and a clean space with well trained staff!

Normally I wouldnt give a place like this 3 stars because its like fast food right, you get what you pay for. However, 3 times I have gone to this location and received the wrong order. They have the best hot chocolate and I go there specifically for the hot chocolate and all 3 times I was given black hazelnut coffee. All 3 times I left disappointed.

Always fast service and the prices are amazing low compared to most other places you could go for a meal. And the bagels are delicious!

Im surprised by the mixed reviews! I come here all the time for coffee, and Ive always had a good experience. For staff meetings (like today) I actively chose to go to this location to get a couple dozen bagels and coffee. Theyre always so helpful and usually even offer to carry my bags to my car. Really great service!

It gets busy early morning, but once the order is taken their speedy service makes it all better in the end. First time visit and was very pleased. Will definitely return for more great bagel breakfast sandwiches ...

Good value for a sandwich and bag of chips or fruit for $8. I would say if your gonna offer avocado on the sandwich it should be thicker than a light spread of butter though.

I ordered an avocado, bacon bagel and it literally had no avocado super sad pregnant and unsatisfied... my OJ was super watered down too.

The line in the drive through was ten deep, and it took 12 minutes to have someone take my order. They bed to find a way to make getting through the line faster.

Will. Never. Stop. Eating here. I love love love this place. Its national and huge, but some how still one of a kind. Coupon or no coupon, I will eat here. Their smears are amazing as are their fresh bagels and staff is usually on par or better.

Don’t waste your time dealing with this location. Speed is not their focus during morning. Regardless if you’re going through the drive through or inside expect to wait 15 minutes.

Coffee is great. And the bagels are awesome. Sandwich not so. They are not good both from quality and quantity perspective for the content of their sandwiches. It feels like you are eating bread.

This was one of my favorite places to come for quite a while. Recently, however, Caribou Coffee remodeled and replaced the Einstein Brothers coffee with their own. Bagels are still the ones we know and love but the coffee leaves MUCH to be desired.

This store is a great place to grab fresh baked goods, they need a little more support during the A.M rush on their drink station because coffee did run dry on the self serve and the fresh made were left waiting on multiple visits. But over all a good choice with pleasant staff even in the hardest times.

I have went to this place multiple times and each time they have given me others peoples orders or forgotten to give me everything I ordered. This place used to be good, now this location sucks.

This used to be our favorite spot but we have been when they are busy and slow and the quality is not the same as it used to be. The past two times, what we order on the screen is not what comes back to us. They changed it from just Einstein’s to having caribou drinks, which has been very successful in other locations, however, it has not been the same since.

They have such a great selection of bagels to choose from. They are a little heavy on the cream cheese but that is way better than not having enough. I didnt get to try the coffee, maybe next time.

Great bagels. Need to speed up their service to accommodate the people that come in. Took FOREVER..20-30 MIN for 6 bagels and a tub of cream cheese. The wait is a deterrent for not going more often. Go early as they run out of bagels.

Einsteins is one of my favorite places to visit for breakfast and I really enjoy their food but AVOID this location! Upon one occasion I took one bite of my sandwich after getting back to the office and the bagel was stale. After having high hopes, I decided to give it a second try in an attempt for them to redeem themselves but I was disappointed again. I recommend Einsteins but stay clear away from this location to avoid disappointment.

Bagel we ordered was just terrible. Zero attention to detail there was like 1 tsp of avocado on the bagel. Terrible service. Went back to get our money back and there was a carton of eggs with cracked eggs SITTING RIGHT ON THE MAKE LINE. Where they are making your bagel...

Einsteins is a good chain bagel restaurant. I live in Colorado where there are very few options for bagels other than Einsteins. They do offer a wide variety of bagels, sweet and savory, as well as breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Einsteins has partnered with Caribou Coffee, so they have a full coffee/espresso drink selection.

Good food as long as you want everything on a bagel. If they offered a non bagel substitute itd be a 5 but I guess that goes against brand. Unfortunately that means some items here are dominated in calories and flavor by the bagel itself.

I have two closer Einsteins to me but travel to this one. It appears that there is no consistant requirements for Einsteins, this one is an exception. Newly remodeled and a amazing staff. I will say that the coffee was better before the change to Caribou coffee but its tolerable. But then I dont like Starbucks either.

This place used to be awesome, over the last month Ive had 3 incorrect orders. Two times I ordered 2 egg whites on the sandwiches and only got one on both, the other occasion I received a cinnamon sugar bagel instead of the french toast bagel. The schmear quantity hasnt been consistent either.

Terrible, slow service, overpriced for a bs egg sandwich. Lower prices or learn how to serve a quick good sandwich.

This location is AWFUL. Used to come here multiple times a week for a quick breakfast and recently Ive learned to steer clear and spend my money elsewhere. The other week I sat in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes (maybe even more) before all of us in line realized their equipment was having issues...no one came on the speaker and they have a typed sign taped to it that lists their hours of operations. Took my business elsewhere.Assuming the issue had been fixed, I visited again this morning. Sign still taped on the speaker, a recording came on and stated they were closed and then an employee came on to take my order. Ordered my food, waited to get to the window, got to the window. I waited at the window and watched everyone inside the restaurant give their orders and receive their orders and watched employees walk past the drive-thru window with not one glance...I could see the customers in line looking at me with concern seemingly wondering if anyone was going to give me my order and take my payment. AGAIN, I ended up sitting at the window for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to give me my order and take my payment. Nothing. So I drove off AGAIN.This is absurd! Absolutely no excuses...this is not how you run a business and this is a disgusting example of a lack of customer service. This place is a total waste of time at such a hectic, already stressful time during the day. From now on, I will be supporting other companies that value and provide excellent customer service. Good riddance!

Took 20 mins in the drive thru to get just a bagel. Seriously? Disappointed.

Most of the time they are good but today I pulled up to the drive threw window at 540 well after they opened and my order wasnt taken for 10 minutes despite no one else being in the drive threw we are now approacing 20 minutes and still dont have the food that I already paid for management at this location appears non existant

Not sure what’s going on with the staff recently but the last 2 times I have been here I have had the worst service. Got the wrong food and then they made me come in to change the order instead of prepping the order when I called. The 2nd time, I waited 25 minutes for a latte because they were cleaning the machine at 7:30am. They said were going to bring it out to me “2 minutes later”...After getting impatient, I went inside and everyone working was just joking around with no sense of urgency.

Sadly horrible place even though the staff is pleasant. Slow is an understatement. The drive-up in the morning barely moves. Unless you have 15 minutes to wait keep driving. It just seems horribly managed as the place is in disarray most of the time.

Place is nice. Staff always super friendly. If it wasnt for the prices, Id come here more often.

Fast drive thru

Decent bagels at an OK price. Nothing out of the ordinary here as far as Einstein Bros. goes. I have never been inside. Drive-through only for me so far. The drive-through can slow down and get backed up at times, but the staff is always very friendly and the coffee hot.

I’ll be sticking to the food and get my coffee needs elsewhere. Latte I ordered was burnt. Not the first time I’ve been unsatisfied with their coffee.

I live right down the street from this location so the convenience of going there was great. That fact that they get my order wrong almost every single time...not so much. I hadnt been to this location for a month due to what I just described but I thought I would give them another shot. This morning, Friday, September 5, 2014 I ordered a sesame bagel toasted with medium smear plain cream cheese and a medium white chocolate mocha. I pull up to the window to pay and get my order and the woman hands me my drink. I noticed that a little spilled and it was dark colored. I asked her if this was a white chocolate mocha and she said yes. I took her word that maybe it was something else. I received my bagel and was on my way.I get to work and after opening the office I sat at my desk to take the first drink and what do I get...regular black coffee! I pull out my bagel to see if was correct and what do I get...my sesame bagel with NOTHING on it!I am 4 months pregnant and all I wanted was a bagel and something warm to drink today on this chilly day. Why is that so hard? Never again. Im done with at least this location.

This place is so much friendlier than the one on Arapahoe! Plus, they have enough of their product to withstand the morning rush!

Bagels are good, coffee sucks. Ive tried a few different blends and specialty coffee. They either taste watered down so much or they taste burnt.Second visit. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and asked them specifically go easy on the cream cheese they proceeded to lop on a very generous portion on cream cheese. I asked them kindly to change it. They did so, but as I was waiting a teenager behind the countered proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because I didnt word it correctly. I didnt give him the courtesy of a response because I knew the lady taking my order was barely listening to my order. I changed my rating from a 3 to a 2 star. They keep getting worse.

Multiple items were sold out by 8 AM and then after I ordered something that was in stock, I received entirely the wrong order in the drive thru. When I called the location, they wouldnt give me a refund for the incorrect order. Definitely wont be going to this location ever again.

Sometimes it can get crazy busy and takes awhile to get your order, but thats not their fault. They do a great job!
