This is what i got when i ordered raspberry blizzard. Its just plain ice cream. Never going to this place again. Rather drive a little further to a different dairy queen. I am very disappointed. There are so many negative reviews here and still no improvement. This is the third time they screwed up. Do not recommend this place.

Our favorite. Well mixed old school blizzards that arent just slush. Makes Georgias mud fudge for us a discontinued flavor. The best!

Never answer the phone and have their prices at least $2 above other dairy queen

I order raspberry fudge bliss every time I go to a Dairy Queen and this is the only location I’ve been to who can’t seem to figure out how to make this blizzard right… I literally just taste like vanilla ice cream and this time they did t out the chocolate chip chunks in and instead of looking and making sure they’re making it right they’re just standing around waiting for the blizzard to be put in their hand…

While I like dairy Queen, for being the long-standing ice cream shop that it is... it seems that the prices just keep going up and the selection stays the same. The store was clean and the service while not overly friendly was quick and accurate. This location has been here for many many years and does a fairly brisk business.

It was great to get a nice cool treat on a hot day. Everything was good except, I ordered brownie pieces in my blast and I paid extra for something I didnt get. I will have to seek out another DQ for my cool treats and get my brownie pieces added to my blast as I requested.

So I had to choose at least 1 star .,I’ve been coming here basically my entire life. Never has there been an issue until yesterday when I went and ordered two small blizzards: one with brownies, and one Heath.Well they f-d up and gave me 2 Heath blizzards - which I didn’t notice till I got home even though they were completely melted.The next day I went back to ask for the brownie one- and the guy working asked me what time I had come in for it. I said around 6pm- to which he replied he was working all day and never made one mistake. I said well you did make a mistake because I didn’t receive any brownies. He then said well he could make me another one but he would charge me; I asked to talk to the manager and he told me he was the manager. I asked him why he was arguing with me and then he told me he was the owner. I questioned him about his business ethics - and He continued arguing with me over the loudspeaker which I thought was not only completely unprofessional, but pathetic. I then stated that I was too nervous to order from him anyways, and that I didn’t want to continue with the order- he said “good” and to “get off the premises”- in a very angry tone.I am mortified. I know it’s stupid because it’s just ice cream but how shallow have businesses stooped to, to treat their customers this way??! I will never go back there again, and I will tell everyone I know to also never visit there !

Every time I get a blizzard here it’s not fully mixed. The top half has mix-ins and the bottom is plain. 🤷🏼‍♂️ The soft serve is meh.

What’re your hours? And why doesn’t anyone pick the phone up? Tried getting in line and they turned the lights off.

They overcharged my credit card, then tried to lie to me about what the prices are, despite lower prices being listed on their menu. Looks from other reviewers that this seems to be a habit of the employees at this location!

Great DQ location. Fast, friendly, and I cannot resist a blizzard.

This location has held strong in the area for decades. I enjoyed it as a young child and it is nice to be able to take my child there now. An especially small store but well-kept inside. The exterior could use some cleaning, but I know this is extremely challenging to keep up with while ice cream is melting everywhere in the summertime.

Owner is rude doesnt care to hear the customer out ..... Seems greedy and just to care about money ..... He doesnt lead an example for his employees as far as customer service comes . And he not willing to correct the mistakes he as a business makes . He is dragging the dq name down sad that this is the only one near here .... Guess that is why it is hidden

I guess they dont do the deal where if they dont turn it upside down its free cuz they handed them to us without turning it upside down. They werent mixed very well and one was half empty.

I had an amazing experience. I ordered my blizzard and once I was waiting to pay I had realized I forgot my card and all I had was a couple dollars cash. I told that to the gentleman and I gave him the two dollars and without hesitation he reached in his pocket to grab cash just to pay the rest of what I owed him. This was a true example of an act of kindness and a reminder of the good people we have and how we should take care of each other. He was kind, compassionate and giving. Once I had found some more cash I returned to give the man what I had owed for the blizzard. I will forever remember this moment.

I ordered a large vanilla cone dipped in chocolate, and a pup cup for my doggie, who was with me.Got to the window and the total was almost $8.00. The cone was very dinky in size and I was made aware that the pup is NOT complimentary. The cone alone cost over $5.All other dairy queens, like Parker, and other metro area ones charge $3 and change for the dipped cone and give out pup cups for free.Thos run down shack is overpriced and looks pretty bad from the outside.AVOID this one.

Completely unacceptable customer service from the manager at this store. Told us they were closed a full 10 minutes before the sign said they should be, without any reason why. When we kindly requested to be served, as it was well within hours, we were rudely dismissed, and were fairly disrespectfully asked to leave. To add insult to injury, one of my friends was a good friend of someone working there, and asked to greet him, at the very least. Instead, he was completely shut down.I myself work in customer service, and am told that each individual in a corporation, especially a manager of a franchise, is representative of the culture that corporation wants to portray towards its clients. Is this behavior representative of how Dairy Queen feels about its customer base?

This place should be closed down,the most filthiest place I have ever been to, the guys behind the counter didnt wash there hands after touching the money,there were hot dogs sitting out with flys on them,floor was very dirty and it looks like the guy behind the counter hadnt showers in days, health department should pay them a visit.Will never go back again.

Love a great shake? Here. Love a banana split like you used to get back in the day? Here. Want a chocolate dipped cone like the ones you had when you were little and you had to really focus on what you were doing or it might drip on that hot summer day? Here. You can still get those things here!

A mini Blizzard (3oz) for $4.79 after tax? You have to be kidding me. That is ridiculous. No wonder the Dairy Queen’s are going out of business! That is a rip off.

I have always went to Dairy Queen since I was a child for a treat. I went again after many years and I was not disappointed by the quality and the service was great. The place is a bit run down maybe, but it has been there for years so that does not bother me. Ot tasted like old times 👍

Id like to buy this location, i believe I can turn it around! The personnel and service is horrendous, so please reach out to me! Currently there are employees smoking right out the service door, the drive thru attendant isnt even grateful to have a job, his voice is over whatever you Want and asks what else, thanks Eor! The whole vibe hasnt changed in the 5 years weve reluctantly frequented it. Until management changes, dont give this anti-customer friendly biz any biz!

This DQ has inflated prices. I was charged $7.09 for a Heath and pecan blizzard. I called the DQ down the street and it was $2 less. Its late I plan to go tomorrow to speak with someone because the individual working at the DQ makes me feel nervous. I would suggest going to a different location.

Absolutely wretched service lately. Not clean inside and the workers look dirty as well. Not coming back to this location anytime soon.

Dairy Queen is one of my guilty pleasures. From time to time, I crave a soft serve cone or a peanut buster parfait.

I ordered 3 Blizzards and what I received was more like 3 cups of milk. Clearly the ice cream machines were not working properly yet they were still selling the ice cream. I would have liked to see them try to turn these upside down, it would have required a mop and a bucket to clean it up.We have had issues in the past with this franchisee not caring so I didnt even bother going back to the store. I will just have to head to another one from now on.

Something about Dairy Queens soft serve ice cream that makes me happy, I almost always would get the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Waffle bowl, last time I went I didnt see it on the menu so dont know if its gone or what but if they have it thats my favorite. Their blizzards are great too!

I really dont think this place should only offer only half of its menu, it was disappointing. Also, the place looked very unclean the only time I went there. What doesnt help is the fact that the parking also has holes and is unclean as well.

The blizzards hardly had any oreos in them, literally I might as well have ordered a vanilla ice cream. The Jurassic blizzard (which is one we order on a regular at another DQ location, hardly had any of the ingredients and the ones that were present, were stale and the wrong ones. If you see this DQ, do yourself a favor and keep driving until you find a different location.

Dont bother, theres an Arbys next door. Manager messed my order up then blamed me for his mistake. Bad leadership is a flag for deep concern.... in any profession.

By far, the best location compared to the terrible Littleton Ken Caryl locations.

Worst service ever waited around for 10 min to watch the guy walk back and forth ignored whole time. Didnt even get to try the food but I assume it tastes like there service.

Closed 2 hours early due to 2 inches of snow Im sure the service is matching to the work ethic of this ridiculous closure wont be recommending this DQ anytime soon

Start with the dip cones. The medium was smaller than another stores small. Then, the fact that one blizzard had fewer cookie bits than a whole oreo deposits mixed into a medium blizzard, and another blizzard was missing one of the two listed ingredients. The cookie:ice cream ratio was worse than McDonalds!

Its a decent Dairy Queen in a good location.

Unlike some dairy queens, this one has a full menu. If your going through the drive through, expect slow service.

My boyfriend and I both got large blizzards from this location. His was hollow in the center from the machine and when he collapsed it in his cup was only half full. We will not be going to this location again.
