Interesting flavors, tilted toward Asian or Vietnamese tastes, but a still a wonderful unique roll of frozen milk, flavors and toppings for anyone.
The place was absolutely adorable. Very well decorated and instagram-worthy. The mural (pictured below) is fantastic, I really love it.However, the staff were all very bored looking, very non-sociable, and uninterested in customers. They looked like they were annoyed at all of us for being there. Also, there is something to be said about how loud the place is. The scraping and banging from the ice cream rolling cant be helped, but it is worth noting that it was not the quietest place to be. And this was made worse by an employee using a mop and bucket that was incredibly loud. Not sure if she was using it wrong but there was some foot petal she was using and it was impossible to ignore or talk over it.The ice cream itself was about a 4/10 unfortunately. Im a bit of a ice cream enthusiast, and so were the two people I brought with me. We all got rolled ice cream, all 3 of us got different flavors and combinations of toppings, and none of us were impressed. The presentation is amazing, very pretty looking. But the ice cream itself is extremely watery, not creamy at all, and is more like a slushy than ice cream if that makes sense. Of note to me personally was that the Nutella ice cream wasnt really Nutella either, its just vanilla with some Nutella dotted about. I think it could be saved by making the ice cream chocolate and having the Nutella increased and mixed in more. Just a thought! We didnt try the tea or anything else, which makes me feel bad to give this place a low rating, but it was a place I wouldnt really give a second chance just because of the other issues we experienced, so its still a fair rating. I think this place has potential, but I guess theres a reason Ive lived in the area for 22 years and havent ever heard of it.
This is a place where you find deliciousness. We three chose vastly different rolled ice cream, but they were ALL good. Well be back!
Groovy place. All of their flavors can be made dairy free because you choose the base. Excellent gluten free options as well. Delicious flavors and so fun to watch them make it.
Totally LOVED IT! This is the first rolled ice cream Ive had and Milkit was AWESOME.. So much to choose from on the menu, I will be going back to try more. I had the Halo Halo rolled ice cream. So so good.
Fantastic!! Great atmosphere! Even better food!. The rolled ice cream was fantastic and fun to watch. The smoothies and milkshakes are creamy and delicious there is so much to choose from me and my family cant wait to come back!
Great ice cream. Unique flavors. Very fun to watch employees roll it up. Cute little shop.
Awesome taste. Great service. Wish they would have a horchata based option but all-in-all, worth going again
Fun, small, unique take on ice cream! They make your treat where you can watch - its a very cool process. And yummy!
Its fun to watch the make the rolled ice cream in front of you, but the ice cream itself was just okay.
We went close to closing time and was incredibly nice! The kids had been wanting to try rolled ice cream and it was well worth it!
Great ice cream, wait was short for how busy they were!
Enjoyed the chocolate milkshake.Niece got the Boba tea 🍵 and said it was very good
First time and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had the rolled ice cream which was delicious! We also had a cotton candy milkshake, pomegranate slush with bobas, tropical pineapple green tea with bobas and a brown sugar milkshake with bobas. Everything is flavorful and refreshing. The pomegranate slush is tart and true to the pomegranate flavor and the brown sugar milkshake is beautiful and tasty. The green tea and cotton candy milkshake are also yummy. We will definitely be back and look forward to watching the ice cream rolling. Great way to end 2020!
Love their rolled up ice cream and milk tea with lychee jelly.
I came at the right time, 5pm which I though would be very busy but it wasnt. It was pretty slow, which was nice. I ordered the strawberry rolled ice cream, toasted coconut and chocolate syrup. They have some nice couches where you can sit and wait and they had iSpy books which I thought was pretty clever. The ice cream was really good, not too sweet and I personally liked their extensive selection of ice cream. It was a pleasant surprise that they had avocado rolled ice cream Ill have to try that soon. Had a fun quick date here we left at about 5:45 and thats when it was starting to get busy
Great ice cream selection, little bit of a wait but definitely worth it.
This place is great! I’m excited to have a dedicated boba tea place in DTC :) I love the green tea with boba! In addition to tea, milk tea, slush/snow offerings they also have rolled ice cream. I haven’t tried it yet but it looks like fun so I’ll have to give it a try on an upcoming visit. This will definitely be a regular stop for me from now on!
The most charming ice cream joint I have been in. The staff all seem like family. Really nice. I am not crazy about rolled ice cream it turns out. Still liked the place.
Even when it’s busy it’s great! Reasonably priced too. Of course it’s mesmerizing to watch them do their craft with the rolled ice cream. I got cookies and cream based— it was so delicious. I was afraid rolled ice cream would be too icy. But it was actually creamy & delicious & extra cold. The rolls held their shape until I had finished the cup & I am slower than most, haha. Please stop in and try it! There are so many amazing things to choose from— check their Instagram @milkit_co if you need ideas on what to try! Can’t wait to go back!
Great rolled ice cream and passion fruit slush with assorted jelly!
Milkit is a great stop for boba, rolled ice cream, and other tea beverages. They have many kinds and flavors. You can order a premade drink or customize it and make your own! If you order rolled ice cream, they make it right in front of you! I recommend the original black milk tea with boba since it is made with brown sugar. Enjoy!
Best ice cream ever. Worth the wait! An art, rolled ice cream.
The coconut green tea is so good!! Love it 💖❤️🧋
2021- MarchMask is required.Love this place. Staff are all nice. Had some rolled up ice cream, Taro milk tea, yummy
The food was good, but incredibly overpriced. “One size”’ equivalent to a medium sized ice cream for $8. Now, that includes a few mix-ins and a topping. We had a matcha desert, and it included red bean, mochi chunks, whipped cream and pocky sticks, otherwise we may not have been able to make up our mind. The method of making the desert was interesting, so I’d suggest visiting just to watch, but after you have seen it once, you may not need to go back.Staff was nice.
Love this place, so yummy. The service is good and the ice cream entertainment is great.
Ive been to other places like this and its just a different presentation for basic flavors. NOT HERE! The rolled ice cream has unique taste and toppings. The menu has options for sweet and savory blends or you can pick your own toppings. Highly recommend.
The rolled ice cream was flavorless, the wait was ridiculously long, and the staff was completely unpleasant. Overpriced! There’s way better options in the area!
I love this ice cream place! The most delicious and fresh ice cream that I have tried in Denver. The staff have been very friendly with smiling faces all the time.
Very busy. The halo halo was delicious.
Took my daughter in here recently and they were great. Put on a show with the rolled ice cream and she said it tasted great. A little pricey but it is a specialty shop so I understand. Thanks for a great experience!
Love visiting this place, rolled ice cream are my favorites!
Uniquely enjoyable product with fresh tasting ingredients across the board.
Super cute place! The kids enjoyed watching the ice cream being made
Rolled ice cream is my new favorite. 10/10
Really good boba tea and taro bubble waffle.
The flavor of the ice cream was delicious, however, I would not go back as it was way overpriced and my “rolled” ice cream did not seem rolled properly and I was very excited to try it for the first time. It was more like a few long and dense pieces of ice cream. Pretty disappointing. My topping was just a few small pieces of strawberry and a light drizzle of condensed milk. For almost $7 I was hoping for something waaayy better. Maybe the boba would’ve been a better choice
Super delicious Ice Cream, literally made right in front of you. If youve never had rolled ice cream, its an experience. They pour the ice cream base on to the super chilled steel counter, and start mixing. Once it begins to firm up, they start spreading it as thin as they can. Then when its frozen enough, they scrape it into rolls. You pick your toppings. I loved the base flavors they offered here. Toffee-Coffee and Nutella were our choices and they didnt disappoint.
Was really excited to go here, as it was the first time, and unfortunately ended up really disappointed. We placed our order and was given a table alarm for when our order was complete. We waited for 30 mins (paid at 7:50, left at 8:30) and watched multiple customers who came in and ordered after us, be served first. We waited, to give the benefit of the doubt, but after the last couple came in and was again served before us, is finally when we asked about our order. The employees seemingly had no idea where our order was, probably because they were busy chatting so much with each other, and didn’t understand why it was frustrating that they helped multiple people, who came in after us, first and that our order wasn’t even started or thought about. Very bad customer service. The attitudes were not appropriate given the situation, either.
Ordered a large black boba tea with extra boba. I was charged $6.75 for that. I got it with just regular amount of boba, not that extra boba they charged me for. I understand that there is shortage of boba, but it doesnt mean to charge extra for extra boba and not to put it at all. The location lost my business. Will never go there again. All I want to say is to make sure to get exactly what you paid for.
Our number one milk tea place in Denver. Plenty of tea and add on flavors to choose from. Did I mention the rolled ice cream? Its satisfying to watch how they are made and they are delicious!
Love this place! I always either get rolled ice cream or boba they’re both delicious! Will definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a sweet dessert!
I live super far away but always spend time to come here for the avocado ice cream. Love it!
Best boba in denver!
I love this place sooooo much!! Their bobas are on point...and dont even get me started on the nutella rolled ice cream!!!sooooo yummy !!
Had the Pistachio Milk Tea with brown sugar boba. I asked what brown sugar boba were and if they were different from tapioca boba. The young girl said they were still tapioca but a little different texture and sweeter. They were actually more of a hard jelly texture and were pretty gross. The green tea pistachio milk tea had good flavor, very nutty but still sweet. If you go, and you want real boba order the tapioca boba and not brown sugar boba!
I love getting strawberry Nutella mix ins then topped with real strawberries, Pocky sticks, and sweet condensed milk! So good!
When my daughter and I walked in, we weren’t greeted. There were 3 young ladies working and not one stopped and said “we will be right with you” while 2 seemed to be standing there and the other cleaning or something. I was going to order 4 ice creams, instead I ordered 2, just for my kids because I honestly got frustrated at the fact that customer service was poorly provided. I think that one of the staff ladies, (Manager I think) was Not too friendly either. She placed the chairs to not trespass as if my daughter and I were going to be passing to the waiting area. We know there is no dining allowed, why would we try to wait? Clearly it says “orders to go only”
I’m seriously obsessed with the halo-halo ice cream (inspired by the Philippines halo halo dessert)! Such a perfect combination of flavors! My 2 year old and I go here every once in awhile for mama and daughter dates 💕
My daughter says its delicious.
Went for the 1st time ever on a date. Enjoyed it very much. We definitely go back. Good ice cream and food company. Staff was very helpful.
Everyone is friendly and nice. Great service
Unique flavor combinations are just the start for this ice cream venue. Prices were very reasonable for what you get, and the presentation is great, especially when you can watch the staff create your selection. Only wish wed found it sooner!
Love bobas and milk teas. Only issue is the wait times
Great rolled ice cream and boba! Nice customer service too!
Love this place!! So many Vegan and dairy free options! The slushes and snows are my favorite! Boba too chewy for ya? Try the black sugar boba!! Way more jelly like! My favorite combo is the passion fruit slush with mango popping boba or the dairy free avocado smoothie with black sugar boba!!! So fetching yummy!!
The ice cream here tastes excellent but the attitudes of some of the staff, more specifically the cashier (09/13/2020, ~4PM), is absolutely awful. Loud music, masks, and a plexiglass divider make it difficult to hear voices and when she got my order wrong, I politely asked for things to be changed and she complained to me. Made me feel so uncomfortable that I was going to just leave the ice cream and walk out, had it not been the fact that the ice cream was for my son and not myself. However, the nice lady who was doing the fixing was very kind about it.
What a great place to go. Definitely recommend it
Great place! The wait was a little long, but they were really busy, so it was understandable. The employees are really friendly and you can see they work really hard, especially when its packed. The ice cream tasted really good and the boba was great as well! Will definitely come back!
Loved the rolled ice creams.
My husband and I stopped here while on vacation and loved it! There are so many options for rolled ice cream and tea. It was busy, but I can see why.. still worth the wait. The lady that helped us was beyond nice. The only down point is that there isnt one closer to where we live..if they built one in Wisconsin Id go weekly. Dont visit Denver without trying it!
Excellent rolled ice cream.
Absolutely wonderful ice cream 🍦
They had what they call rolled ice cream it tasted alot better then ice cream in a box or the ice cream from dairy qieen
One of the rare few places that has orange flavor
Pistachio milk tea. That is all.
They have lots of different flavors of boba drinks, tea, and ice cream. Theres lots of combinations to choose from as well.
Love this place. Great tasting ice cream and delicious teas and coffees.
So good! Wonderful milk tea, tons of flavors, soft boba, great customer service, clean, and plenty of room to move around safely. Recommended.
Great spot to go for rolled ice cream creations, milk tea, boba, and several other delectables. We ordered a variety of things and were impressed by the quality. The Taro Snow is a must for taro fans. The folks are friendly and watching the process is enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Great ice cream, but try the smoothies. Theyre awesome.
The variety of ice cream, mix-in and, toppings were fantastic! If Im in that neighborhood again, I would return. Our only hick-up, the server gave us an order that belonged to the customer before us in line. Fortunately, my husband and this customer ordered the same thing. The employee realized his mistake. He tried to give it to the person who placed the original order, after handing it to my husband. During normal times, no biggie...now, a bit of a faux-pas.😳🤪💗 All together a good experience with a great product!
Girl up front was very rude.
Very tasty ice cream, and fun to watch them make it. I got the fruity pebbles, and it was awesome.
