Only had two spots reserved for a first floor storage unit. Reserved early in the morning around 7:30 . Segen had called me as soon as they opened letting me know they had it ready and available for me. Suggested I come in soon as possible since first floor units are hard to come by nowadays and it was perfect for my needs! She was very kind and thorough through the whole process. A true asset to the team that does her job well and cares about having good customer service. A nice little gesture and being respectful goes a long way. Got accommodated same day! Couldn’t be happier about it. 10/10 experience and all kudos to Segen; she was fantastic!

The staff here is very communicative and helpful. The company I work for has two storage units in this facility and we have never experienced a problem. We get packages sent here almost daily and the employees are always very careful and very efficient when handling our deliveries. I know all of my coworkers (as well as myself) are very satisfied with our experience!

Environment is well lit and clean. Easy access to all the units and the bay garage makes moving big objects easy. Rachelle was very nice and helped me with al my questions and concerns! Would recommend to anyone.

Doug helped us at the Greenwood location with Ericas referral because we got online pricing and first month special on a unit which was too small she was able to conveniently transfer us over for Doug to take over and keep our discounts. they were both awesome as a team and excellent customer service. We appreciate all the help on such short notice.

Friendly very helpful property manager. Kayla was there to provide advice to solve our dilemma when switching from a large unit 10x30 to a smaller one. She advocated for us with the district manager (Aaron) to solve our problem. Facility is very clean, air conditioned, with ample parking and good security.

Wow. Ive stored at Public Storage before, but this experience went above and beyond. Weve been very happy with Shannon, she has been super responsive, friendly and helpful. She was able to get us two units right next to each other and has made the experience painless from the start. After working with Shannon theres no doubt I would recommend this specific location of PS to anyone! Awesome!

Shannon was excellent...called me right after I put in my inquiry. She researched a few options for me before I arrived. She was friendly, knowledgeable and even liked my dog! Walked me through the entire process (it was my first time renting a storage unit). I felt that Shannon was upfront with me and it turned out to be a wonderful experience.

So I’ve never used a storage unit before, and I needed to store my things for a few months while traveling. A friend recommended public storage to me, and I went to check them out. The place is so clean and everything is pretty simple and straight forward. Shannon was incredibly helpful, nice, and super informative when I asked questions. I definitely recommend using this public storage for your first time!

This is a very convenient location in DTC for storage and moving needs. The manager deserves mention. Grace is an exceptional manager, shes helpful, thorough, and personable. She gave me options and suggestions that made my weekend move easier. The facilities are secure, well-maintained, and the elevators are large. The units are somewhat pricey, but hey this is DTC. Overall, 2 thumbs up for this operation.

This property has to be one of the best in the city. Ive stored my things there for years. The environment is clean and quiet whenever Im there. The staff has always been nice and helpful. Keep up the good work.

The units themselves seem very decent. Tall ceilings make for a lot of storage space and its indoors and climate controlled. The staff (Zach) seems eager to please, and the office is well organized. The building exterior belies the condition inside. The 3rd floor reeks of pot at the dock elevator exit and has broken brackets on exit signs hanging from electrical wires. The overall lighting is a bit dingy and the corridors are narrow so cart navigation is a bit tough. The dock elevator is dirty, and the keypad to access the dock side door isnt working so youll have to walk all the way around the building right now. The facility, overall, is fairly clean. Having to enter an 8 digit access code to use the elevators on the basement and first floor seems a little tedious. The very small lot in front means parking is totally unsuitable for midsize and large moving trucks, but they do have a dock area at the back of the facility. Its too bad it doesnt appear to be lighted (it became dark and the light never came on) and there arent obvious security measures in place so it feels very risky if youre moving in solo as youll be away from your valuables for 5+ minutes at a time or if youre concerned with your personal safety as it feels isolated. Mediocre is how Id describe this facility. You might want to shop around if you have time.

Reserved space via the website - received a phone call in minutes. Process was simple, and the attendant Zack was courteous and very helpful. Rates were less than what I expected. Very positive experience.

The location is very convenient for our needs, and we have to go often. The manager Grace is supremely helpful and nice. She makes it feel like you are at home. It is so much better than any other storage facility because of her. I know that if I have any questions or need any help that she will be there. In the past with other storage companies I have felt like somehow I was inconveniencing them, but I have never felt that way here and know that my business is valued.

Shannon is awesome. She is so helpful. Shes always smiling and upbeat. Shes is also very help. She is patient and goes above and beyond to be sure you receive the best customer service possible.

Jennifer was so friendly and helpful. We were worried about the security features of the storage complex and she took the time to walk us around and show us everything we were curious about. She showed us our unit and made the whole process incredibly simple. Looking forward to using our new storage!

Grace is awesome! She just took over the facility and is easy to deal with and helpful. She also has a bunny that lives in the water drain just outside the front door. Sometimes it is just nice to deal with good people.

I have used several storage facilities for business needs and this one is by far the best to work with. They always let me know whats going on with my packages if they arent placed in my unit, are helpful if I ever have any issues and are always friendly. Margaret specifically has been very friendly and helpful, going out of her way to help me discard of trash without me even asking. I moved further away and still kept this unit despite an extra 15 minutes of driving just because they are so helpful!

The facility is safe and secure. Grace was amazing at helping me get oriented and took time to make sure I knew what I was doing! It was as easy as it could have been. Grace was very professional, pleasant and focused on making certain my needs were met. I will recommend to others!

If you live in the DTC area, or just moved to Denver and in need storage, stop in at the DTC Public Storage and see Grace. She was awesome..she knew exactly what I needed, she was personable and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A great person all around. Simply a super person and a great Ambassador for the city.

The property is clean and the ease of access is pretty good as well if you find a good time when there are enough carts to load in and load out. District Manager doesnt get back to you in a timely manner (its been 1 week already) with concerns regarding the property security. The front door access code has been broken for nearly a month and still hasnt been fixed. Anyone can walk in and this should be priority #1 with any property. After all, security and location were the top reasons I decided to rent here.

Grace (property mgr) was great throughout the process. She knew exactly the type & size of storage unit I needed and spent plenty of time reviewing the agreement documents and answering all my questions. When my movers arrived about 10 minutes before me, Grace had already called me to let me know. The facility is clean and updated with easy but secure access.

We are moving close to our previous home and needed a place to store some things. My husband checked several storage facilities in the area and found this one to be most accommodating.I went back with him when this one was almost closing, but instead of asking us to come back the next day, Sherrie couldnt have been nicer. She told us the units that were available and held one for the next day (with no credit card). She explained all of the pricing and although it isnt as inexpensive as one might be led to believe, it isnt bad. When we returned the next day with a car filled with items, she even came outside and held our dog for me so that I could help my husband unload! She walked us to our unit to make sure it was what we wanted (the facility is clean, secure and convenient), and helped us choose packing material. We both highly recommend this facility and Sherrie in particular!

We had a great experience today at the Public Storage in DTC. Sherrie was extremely friendly & patient showing us the various storage unit sizes & explaining all the costs involved. We felt she truly cared that we get the best price possible too.
