Great storage location! The front office staff are always super kind and helpful, all the units are in one building which is so much nicer than some of the spread out storage unit locations. The prices are unbeatable for the area, I had a very large unit and i got it here for much less than other storage facilities. While it is less expensive they do not skimp on anything!

These guys are great! Very accomodating, low prices, excellent customer service and a very clean space. I moved from a smaller space to a larger space and they where able to give me a new customer discount on the new space while allowing me to move out of my old space on the same day, simply amazing. If there has ever been a problem (once my door code was not working after hours) they have been able to solve the problem on the spot. Always great at StorQuest in DTC! Thanks guys and gals!

I’d like to give a big shout out to the Greenwood Village/DTC team.Although I only stayed 21 months. I was in and out quite a bit. Great facility and great folks were always there to assist.

Ive had a unit at this location for almost 2 years for my business. They accept deliveries and are always super helpful when an issue comes up. Very clean storage facility and professionally run. I could move to a closer location but the service they provide is excellent so why bother!

Had a very interesting conversation with store quest customer service location rep today. When I called to make my monthly payment, I observed observed it went up significantly from my previous bill. I did not receive an email, nor did I receive anything in the mail regarding this change. I called to speak with a representative, who then informed me that yes, the current amount is correct and will continue moving forward. I highly recommend the specific customer service person to acquire more training or perhaps go back to grad school, as she clearly does not know how to speak with customers. When I was confused about the situation, I informed her that I had been a customer for almost 4 years and had never received a rate increase. I inquired as to why this happened and also why I was not notified. She proceeded to pitifully explain that they attempted to send out something in the mail, again, which I never received and that they do not send out emails to notify customers of price changes. First of all, what year are you living in?Everyone uses their email for notifications and should expect to be notified when changes specifically when it comes to payment situations with companies. The next thing she proceeded to tell me was “I should consider myself lucky that this is the first time I’ve had a rate increase”. This girl literally wins dumbest customer service rep of the day award. Next time you could politely apologize about me not receiving the information and move on from there, no need to tell me that I consider myself lucky . I then responded “I suppose maybe I shouldn’t have a storage unit at all then I would be really lucky wouldn’t I?? “ DO NOT ever tell your customer that they are lucky for some kind of ridiculous service, especially the kind that you provide. This pitiful child apparently never heard of the line the customer is always right and even when they are not you do your best to make them think so. I work in customer service myself and I’ve been doing so for over 17 years . I have never once spoken to any of my customers in that manner. Rude, disrespectful and to be quite frank I think I’ll be changing storage companies in the future . Don’t bother with these people, because to be quite fair every time you pull into the rear entrance there is either garbage or broken glass present in the parking lot, so nice for your car tires.Save yourself some time and look elsewhere or perhaps you could just put “consider yourself lucky”and pay their ridiculous rates. Buh byeee

Good price in a decent location, and with friendly staff. But maintenance has really gone downhill recently. Floors are not mopped or vacuumed, elevator gets dirtier every time I visit. There was trash scattered by one of the entrances that just sat there for over a month even though I told them about it. Eventually I picked it up myself or it would have never been done. If you dont mind that, its a good deal.

Got a good rate on my lease and the employees were nice, but check in was kind of a pain. They only had 1 employee on duty and when we showed up with 3 cars full of our stuff the building was closed because the employee was at lunch. There was no indication on their store hours that they would be closed at this time and there was no way to check in online or over the phone with the customer service line so we had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in before we could move our stuff to the new unit. One of the people helping us move had to leave for work with their car full of our stuff so it was kind of an inconvenience to not have anyone working the office at the time. When we finally got to our new unit there was a temporary lock on it and we had to wait again for the employee to come get the lock off. One other thing that I found to be inconvenient was we could only find 2 carts to haul our stuff up on. Finally, the door to the unit is a bit janky as well as the latch. It takes a bit of effort to open and close both the door and the latch to the unit.

Great promotional rate and space compared to other storage in the area. Easy access and great customer service. They called to remind me to cancel since they noticed my unit was emptied.

After looking at different rental places. Very happy I stopped here. office was very helpful. Great Customer Service. Spoke to a gentlemen on the phone Maden he was also extremely helpful.

I rarely leave reviews for anyone, much less a good one, but I just had to give this StorQuest 5 stars. I rented this storage unit a little under a month ago and from the beginning, I was well taken care of. I got a reminder call of my move in day, a tour and a walk through, and on move in day is was a seamless process. Jaden, the face of the company here made this such a smooth and stress free experience during my move (which nothing is stress free during a move) and I couldn’t be more grateful. Initially I was only planning to keep the unit for one month, but I’m definitely not opposed to keeping it longer. Thank you StorQuest, and thank you Jaden!

StorQuest was the BEST storage facility I have ever used. My storage units were VERY reasonably priced, it was right around the corner from where I was living, it is amazingly clean, and they called me within hours of me removing everything to ask if I was moving out of the storage units. They have their units very organized. I also did not have to check out carts (they are sitting there), nor did I have to type in an access code more than 1 time as other storage facilities require. Love Love Love them, and I highly recommend them!

I moved from Dallas to Denver and needed a storage unit. I first met the manager Mike when I called to secure a unit before I left Dallas. Mike was so professional and kind so I knew I found the right place. I called another place before this one and the people were not friendly. I arrived and Mike was there and was so helpful. I was able to get checked in quickly which was great as my movers were coming to unload my truck in 15 min. We even got a tour in that time frame. Mike came to check on me to ensure I knew how to use the lock. I didn’t, but he showed me twice. It was a great experience. Oh, and this place is brand new and very clean! Thank you, Mike!

Weve been using storquest for over a year now, and they have been awesome. The rates are really reasonable (especially considering that theyre in the heart of the DTC) and the facility is very nice and clean. They were able to lock in our rate and give us a discount for paying for a year in advance, which most other places didnt do. They also made the move to a smaller unit VERY easy. My only complaint is that you can only get into the building to access the storage units during the day. The doors lock at 10 pm.

Great Experience! Diane started two days ago and was very helpful. While waiting for the manager to finish with another customer she asked if she could show me the units. She was very helpful. Appreciated that they did not pressure sell additional things, but did show me the options. They closed at 6pm and serviced customers well after. I apologized for keeping them and they expressed nothing but courtesy and friendliness. They did not mind servicing customers even after hours. That is excellent customer service.

Moved out of my storage in Lakewood and moved here instead. The prices were very reasonable and the units and the entire facility was immaculate. The moving carts are also very easy to grab at anytime for convenience of moving everything in and out. Alisa was also very kind and knowledgeable when she went through the new customer/ lease signing process. Thank you very much!

My husband and I started with a 2 large storage units then, then 6 month later we reduced it to 1 large unit, then several months later we were able to reduce it to one medium size unit and just last month we reduced it to one small unit. Each step of the way, the DTC StorQuest staff helped us find the closest units for ease of moving our remaining items and made the process of changing units easy and smooth. The facility itself is immaculate and easy to access. Thank you very much for meeting our storage needs.

Drew made finding the right storage unit for my particular needs effortless. He really took the time to go through all the policies and insurance options with me. He never acted as if he were in a rush or disinterested as some people can be who work in these types of settings. He also explained policies with respect to package delivery and acceptance which was especially helpful. Lastly I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this facility and the very comfortable cool settings which older storage facilities are often lacking. This company seems to be on the ball and Drew was a terrific ambassador for their services. Happy I’ll be storing with them.

Rick Smith, the Team Lead at StorQuest, was very courteous upon my arrival. He was occupied with a customer when I first came in, but was quick to greet me and offer me a water while waiting. He got my paper work squared away and expedited very quickly, which was actually paperwork for myself and a transfer of the unit to my ex, who I came in on behalf of as she could not be here before close. Given the nature of the situation, Rick was understanding and extremely helpful in making this process as simple and safe as could be. I am both impressed and happy using the services of this location. The security and customer service are worth the price paid without a doubt! In a beautiful and locationa, service is not lacking. This storage facility is great! I got a 5x10 unit online and was immediately called by Rick to ask if I had questions, needed any help, and/or to make sure I knew his office hours. Once there, he walked me through everything and was concise, but thorough. He was extremely kind and made the pricesp painless. The facility is clean, organized, and even had bathrooms available for tenants when the office is open. Im so glad I chose this location!

Store Quest Dtc is a very nice and clean facility, with friendly staff. The pricing is affordable and fair. I am very satisfied with my experience. The Property manager Rick even keep ice cold water, because he understands that people moving always need cold water! Would recommend Store Quest anytime.

Great location with excellent customer service. I was helped by the sweetest girl named Kara. I had asked her how long she had been working there as I didnt see her the first time I came in to make a reservation. She informed me that it was only her 2nd day!! I couldnt believe it! She was amazing and happily answered my questions, and the ones she couldnt rick was right there to help her out. They made a amazing team and got me a great unit! Couldnt of had a better experience.

Dan did a great job. He followed-up with us after we had already decided to go somewhere else based incorrect information we had received. He was willing to match the price we got from a competitor, and he made sure we we were completely satisfied with the space and pricing. He was able to answer all of our questions, and was very professional. We appreciate having had Dan manage our rental of a space at StorQuest - we highly recommend him and the company.

Several weeks ago I approached Amy to ask about storage unit rental. She was extremely helpful in explaining procedures and showing me a unit. Although I wasnt ready then to rent the unit, she made sure a reservation was recorded for that exact unit for me, to be held for later in the month. Today I returned to actually finish the rental and was pleasantly surprised that indeed the reservation and my information was correctly in place. Im already impressed with the professionalism Ive experienced with both Amy and Rick.

I was Helped out today by Amy, who works at a variety of stores. She made the whole process really simple and professional. I was able to get all set up between 5 o’clock when my emergency happened and 6 o’clock when they close. She made it very painless and was polite and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable. I definitely recommend store quest after this experience

As expected, the office area and facility were very clean as was my unit upon receiving it. Amy was very pleasant, cheerful and friendly. She explained everything including costs, insurance, access times, security and all the rules required when renting a unit. She was not flustered at the fact that she had a couple customers at once and maintained a great positive attitude and still was very helpful. I recommend this storage facility even if that means its a bit more out of your way.

Had a unit here for a year, found it on sparefoot. The office staff are very friendly and good at explaining things. Its very clean and good lighting and easy to use, best storage experience Ive ever had. Reasonable prices, big elevators, push carts for moving things.

I cannot say enough about the service here. Specifically, Alisa has been EXTREMELY helpful in ensuring that I got what I needed and precisely nothing I didnt. She was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about the options available to me. The facility is clean, well laid out, and feels extremely secure. I sincerely recommend this facility and would not consider looking elsewhere for my storage needs... At any price.Good luck beating the price though anyhow. I cannot fathom how you plan to accomplish that.

Rented a space which is very nice but pricey. The rate was $55 a month but they charge you insurance of $12, plus an admin fee of another $35 up front. I asked for the code because I needed to move things that same evening. When I got there the code didnt work. I called the after hours number but they are not local. No one called back with the code. I called again as it began raining all over my things. They did the same thing and no one called back. Finally after an hour in the pouring rain, another tenant came and opened the doors and I got my stuff unloaded. Nice facility but poor customer support.

We worked with Mike on Saturday. He showed us around and helped us set up an account. Mike got us into a reasonably priced unit and the whole process was made easy. Facility is clean, safe and well maintained.

I cant say enough good things about this place. The renting process is simple and straight forward and the staff is willing to help you get exactly what you need space-wise. Rick is beyond fantastic and really cares about his customers. I had several unfortunate instances happen that lead to me needing the storage unit and Rick took such great care of me. He even recognized me a few days later when I had lost my key and he drilled the lock out and got me set up with a new one, all with a smile on his face! I so appreciate the customer service here, and you can really tell that these guys love their jobs and take pride in their location.UPDATE 6/1: Went in the other day to downsize my unit. Im very pleased with this location. Lisa is a breath of fresh air! She is friendly and professional. Lisa showed me the unit I was renting and made sure I had everything I needed, additional boxes, tape and wrapping supplies. Most places make you feel like just a number, Lisa and Dan made me feel like a valued client. I definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a clean, secure and friendly place to store your belongings.

We worked with Zack who was exceptionally helpful - we were not sure what size unit to rent. Zack showed us a number of storage units by size and location providing us with insights and pros and cons of each unit. The facility was clean and in a convenient and safe location. We signed up to lease a rent a 5x15 with Zack who made the who process very easy. He even scheduled a truck to collect our items to be stored.

The entire process was very simple. Dan and Lisa are both awesome, very informative and extremely patient. They show you every unit you want to see - even if you want to see it more than once! Everything was laid out clearly, they offer some AWESOME additional extra services (like delivering packages to your unit, providing a truck/driver for move in). Highly recommend this brand new facility!

I found this place online and came in to view a unit. Rick was great. He explained everything upfront and helped me out since I only needed a unit for a couple weeks while between houses. I would highly recommend this place as its clean, well lit, lay out is great, and Rick was awesome!

Reserved online and then was called next day to follow up. The first units door didnt work with my items so I was shown another option. Contract was digitally signed so no extra paperwork to keep track of during move.The access hours are included with monthly fee instead of an extra charge to access outside of office hours. Love the facility and the great online special I got. All workers I have met have been friendly and helpful.

Great self storage. Organized and clean. But they charge an extra $20 to start, an extra $10 per month for insurance (no matter what), and they make you buy a lock from them. That said, its still better than most others.

Was helped by Mike at Storquest to lease a new unit. He showed me different locations to choose from and ultimately helped me arrive at the most convenient option. Ultimately, I wish every customer service experience was like this one. I’m one of those people that hardly ever leaves positive reviews but Mike and Storquest deserve this.

Rick was extremely helpful and friendly in assisting me to rent a unit. He even stayed an hour late on Friday to ensure I was able to get a unit on the day I need. Would highly recommend this place. Very clean and tidy.

Came here after having some “interesting” experiences with storage companies in the past. Rick was beyond helpful and walked me through everything I needed to know. Only downside to the facility is that the elevators are standard freight elevators and won’t be able to fit larger furniture pieces such as large tables... but that’s not ricks fault. Would be 5/5 if they had larger elevators.
