I was having difficulty locating a lock for a sliding door. Called up and got in touch with Matt. He took the info I had, and said he would look around and call me the next day.Here’s the thing, he did exactly what he said he would do, and I now have a functioning door lock. I thought that this kind of customer service went away with the 3 wheel atv. Thankfully I was wrong

Unresponsive.............Im planning a new home build in Greenwood and was trying to avoid the big box stores. I spoke to someone on the phone about figuring up structural materials based on my blueprints. He had me email the prints. That was two months ago. Ive emailed several times since then and cant even get a response. Last Saturday I took the prints to Home Depot.
