I had one really good experience with these guys but this time they just dont seem all that interested in helping me. I was told I would be called back same day I visited store. I gave them two days lee-way and I had to call them back and I was treated like I was bothering them. I guess I will find a new store to deal with.

I had an upgraded inverter and audio system installed in my 2020 Ford Transit van in late Feb 21 by an unqualified 1 person Indy mobil audio installation business. It never worked right and after his multiple revisits to try to fix his poor job and taking my money, he ghosted me and refuses to fix his mess-up. Qualified electronics businesses have been over-booked since the covid lockdown has eased up some and its been pure hell trying to get the mobil installers cancer removed from my van. After several visits Tillmans Van & Truck was able to undo and fix the precious installer-created problem with the inverter and nearly with the audio. Tillmans recommended I take the van to Audio Source. The Tillman tech said that Audio Source was a genius with audio electronics and gave me an example of an audio-fix job Audio Source had done for them. At Audio Source, Brian knew what the van probably needed when setting up my appointment. I brought the van in and Tory must have sprinkled some sort of magic dust on the entire system .... he increased wire size and understood how the 2020 Ford electronics worked... they charged me for 1 hour labor and materials. My jaw is still on the ground. The inverter/audio plays to a very sweet harmony now. Thanks guys!!!I

I came in here September 14th 2020 to get back into the car audio scene! I was welcomed and not rushed with my 200 questions I had about car audio and equipment. I got a quote really nice btw so I called my nephew that was wanting some subs.My nephew came in liked it as well and scheduled a system for that Friday! I am getting stuff done aswell.When it came time to pay it was actually CHEAPER than the original quote wich was excellent! I also got a free rockford Fosgate shirt from the owner him self!Had a punch 1200.1 amp I stalled with 2 Fosgate p3s wich shake things up very well!THANKS AUDIO SORCE FOR THE SERVICE AND MEMORIES!

I called the Greenwood location 4 times attempting to get work with them for a solution for my car. I told them I was willing to pay up to $1,000 for what I wanted. The last time I called they told me the problem was they didn’t have any stock in and would call me back when they did. I even offered to pay a down payment if they wanted to order something in, but never received a call back.

We couldn’t recommend this place more! We walked in to get a quote for a remote start for my car. Tory was super friendly and showed us what they offer and prices. He didn’t try to up sell us or trick us into something we didn’t need. I scheduled my appointment and it was done quickly and efficiently by Tory. Upon picking up my car, he showed me how to work everything before leaving. Prices are reasonable and competitive. We will be back!

VERY helpful staff. I went in for a subwoofer and was not disappointed by the selection or price. The staff was happy to answer all my questions and provide helpful advice. I came here after a friend of mine upgraded the system in his Jeep, and Im glad I did.

Went in for help troubleshooting my 2 front doors speakers ran to my amp, no sound. First he helps someone who came in after me. With me at the front counter. Comes back, tells me my amp is shot. Pretty sure he was trying to sell me a amp. Took the car back home, and the problem was when I rolled my window down it would pull out the speaker wire, and it would touch the inside of the door and put it in protect mode. Charged good money for bad info. Very disappointed!!

These guys are awesome. ..Brian gave me 3 different options ..He went through everything I was going 2 need for installation...I drop it off and when I picked it up he showed me how 2 use the new unit and some of the awesome features it has built into it ..thanks for all your help..I have referred others to this Company 1 has already put in new speakers and loves them just like I do..keep up the good work and I will be back. ..

I would have recommended these guys but he made a racial comment on how he doesnt like a particular nationality/race/breed of people and theyre pricing is pretty high and this wasnt said about the pricing because of the nationality thing this is just speaking the truth hope this helps

Didnt buy anything but the sales people were nice and helpful.

They double charged me, then argues they didnt, I talked to one who said he was owner and would take care of it. He didnt and after 6 weeks I finally got my money back from my credit card company after paperwork fed and some back and forth. The owner and or manager never did call back to apologize . I tried going local with them and even got my friend who runs a car lot to use them but now that business is gone, and they could care less...

I went on a spur of the moment trip. I told the sales man exactly what I had to spend and asked for suggestions. He gave me two options but didnt really say much after that. He didnt really give me any other helpful ideas. I asked about a different option and he didnt say anything of use. Luckily I knew what I needed. First timers beware. Make sure you know your stuff before entering.

Got a new stereo installed but they didn’t bother to connect my subwoofer. Now I have to pay for them to fix their mistake and wait for the correct wiring harnesses to come in.

The guys were friendly and professional. They didnt try to sell me on upgrades or stuff I didnt need. Tory was especially helpful and nice. He helped me synch the bluetooth with my phone.

Always treated more than fairly and very helpful after the sale.

Worthless!!! Spent a ton money in this store over the years...I work for one of the biggest car dealers in Indiana...sent tons of customers there...I go in to have them install GPS and a new head unit because my other one stopped working...get home and my subwoofers dont work...they worked perfectly before...go in talk to Bryan or however you spell it...trys to charge me $35 more dollars after just spending $425...to check all my speakers that I already asked him to check, to see if they were all working working...he goes I didnt even know you had sub woofers told him how could you have checked all my speakers then they worked fine before I brought my truck in to have a new radio put in...leaves tools in my truck, so I ask him how sure can he be if they did what they say they did if they cant remember to take their tools with them or check all my speakers ..absolutely the worst customer service...work ethic...and I will never spend a dime in that store nor will I have vet recommend them to anyone...we work hard enough for our money...we dont need ripped off by stores we pay to do a job right the first time...

Step one, would not provide a generalized for install over the phone, sounds like a potential T&M scam, Best Buy provides standard costs for each part so you know the price upfront. Step two, you have to purchase over priced products from them before they will even install it for you. No wonder when I asked how there install schedule was they were not busy....avoid these guys.

Great! I got a remote start a month ago and Ive had a warm car in the morning ever since.

I returned to audio source today to have a 6.5 alpine component set installed in place of the stock 6.5 pioneer component set in the front doors of my chevy cruze as Best Buy said they were booked on car audio installations for 2-3 weeks, and I wanted my installation taken care of more timely.THE GOODThe tech at Audio Source had the new component set installed in about an hour, and I am very happy with the new speaker installation**EDIT: New 6.5 alpine component set began making bad noise after only a few hours of total play time while playing music at the same volume or lower than I would have with my stock speakers which lasted for about 4 years before needing replaced. Will update again after speaking to Audio Source as I know they are able to do warranty replacements in store for Alpine products.**UPDATE** Audio Source took care of the issue with the Alpine component and adjusted my mono amplifier for no additional charge. They also threw in an Alpine lanyard and decal as a bonus even though I didnt spend any money in the store during my visit today.NEUTRALIf Audio Source carried more brands like Crescendo, Sundown, Skar, Ampere, PSI, etc or if they were willing to do installations on equipment that they werent able to provide I would consider Audio Source for all of my car audio needs before anyone else. Not to say that companies like Alpine, Kenwood, Rockford Fosgate, etc dont make fine equipment for SQ just not as much for SPL.

ALMOST terribleI went to audio source to purchase 2 Alpine 6x9 speakers, 2 alpine subwoofers, and a kenwood 2000 watt amplifier. The equipment was a little expensive in comparison with some other retailers however the installation fee was less so I went with audio source. Within a few hours of play time the rear 6x9 speakers, which were higher power rating than my stock speakers, were already blown.. Returned to audio source immediately and was charged $20 to have speakers replaced through manufacturer warranty, which is fair, and I cant recall being charged labor fees for the replacement either. The following day both of my subwoofers blew before even hardly beginning to play music (Didnt make it 30 seconds out of my apartment complex before giving out). Audio Source replaced the subwoofers as well at no additional charge. This is something that could have been an almost $1,500 loss for me that was taken care of promptly and for only $20 in total fees for replacements.**UPDATE** Amplifier was readjusted at the Columbus location for no charge and they even took a video when they metered the amp to show me the exact Voltage and Amperage so I could know that my RMS power is set at exactly 928 watts which is essentially perfect for my 1,000 watt RMS rating. Great work and excellent customer service.

Got my wife a remote start for our Accord because shes been wanting one for those cold winter mornings...had my car back same day with no issues....

675$ on a 12 alpine type r model # 1223D, 500 watt alpine amp model # MRP-M500, 0 gauge power wire kit, and install. online the amp is $150, the sub $150, wire kit $35. they over charged. I HAD A 1 YEAR warranty. its been 1 YEAR 4 MONThs sub is blown. never altered what they had setup. Called Alpine for reasons. The rep said i had been given the wrong sub for this amp. i was given a dual 2 ohm sub when i should have got another type r the model # 1243D a dual 4ohm sub. WHICH MEANS THE AMP WAS ONLY PUTTING 300 WATTS OF POWER TO THE SUB, CAUSING THE SUB TO MALFUNCTION DUE TO DISTORTION FOR LACK OF POWER. Audio source inc recomended the sub i recieved so i gave my trust to these so called experts in audio to put together and install a system that would last. they let me down and i called to see if their was anything they could do to fix the problem they said buy another sub. which i would do if i was at fault. the guy who installed this system they said no longer works their and i bet this is why. GUESS i should have paid $350 and purchased the products from the real audio source ALPINE and installed it myself.

Getting 1500 worth of equipment installed Monday. That includes 4 new speakers, amp, dual 10inch subs, and Bluetooth handsfree set.

Has everything you need but prices are very high
