Service was not good at all!! New CD player ($350 plus) came out sounding worse than the old cd player that I had in there. Was then told I would have to pay for them to fix the problem that they should have fixed from the get go. Was also going to be charged again for a fee that I had already paid. Never again!

David was awesome. He took the time to share what products he had and was very informative. He explained how certian things worked with the specific item I purchased and how to connect the with my diy experience. Awesome buying experience. After 3 conversations, 2 with the owner himself, I was told the price would be just under 400 dollars with tax. I told him my dealership had given me a check for 400 dollars. He assured me it wouldnt be over 400. I get the product installed on my car and they throw out a 425 dollar total, the excuse was taxes. The owner told me it would be just under 400 with taxes. Its not the 25 dollars that ticks me off, it was the fact that I WAS LIED TO MULTIPLE TIMES. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND EVERY TIME IT WAS JUST UNDER 400, THEY HAD EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO SAY 425 OR OVER 400 BUT THEY DIDNT. Then tried to say its because the dealer normally pays for it and because I had the check the dealer gave me they had to charge me more. Thats fine but you couldve told me that when I told you Quality had given me the check for 400. If I could go back and do it again Id go somewhere else but I went here because my dealership suggested them. Never again.

Had to get some wiring fixed on my boat stereo. They did a great job and worked with me to stay within my budget.

Would stay away by all means very dishonest and does not honor warranty and always tryin to squeeze another dollar out of customers sold me two bad Memphis amps and told me it would take 25 days to warranty out the last one for a new replacement one but he could give me my money back for the amp but give me only 300 back for the used amp when I paid him 400 for it also I confirmed with Memphis audio rep: that he was lying about the 25 day on wait on a new replacement amp I will never do business with him ever again and would advise anyone else not to unless u wanna get scammed out of money
