Ran in on my lunch break. Been looking for somewhere other than once upon a child. And this place was so nice. Organized and everything was displayed. The ladies working were great and so helpful. Will definitely be going back often !

Ran in for some clothing for my grandson to have at my house. Shopkeeper was friendly and engaging. She enjoyed seeing my grandson as hes younger than 2. Lots of toys and bulk purchase shoes at what I feel are great prices for the brands. More girl clothes than boys. Nice place.

They have nice 2nd hand items, as well as new. The new shoes they carry are awesome, if you can find the right size!

Good selection, very well organized! Prices are pretty good, but certain things can be high. They have a 7 day return policy, however they treat you like you are stealing their kids lunch money if you return something!

Simply put. Never going back & wont find an advocate with this shopper/review.Read the reviews because theyre ALL on point & consistent experiences. You take in loads of non-stained, great condition clothes to walk out with $3. Staff is friendly except the uppety, grayed haired woman. Hours are designed around their convenience, not the shoppers.Shop/sell at Once Upon A Child. MUCH better experience, price, condition, efficiency & no judgement. My son wouldnt even take his shoes off in the dressing room. He said it was gross.

Will never be going back, all my stuff was brand new with tags or lightly worn. ABSOLUTELY NO STAINS. And the woman lied saying there were substantial amounts of stains on my stuff. And the stuff that had tags, THEY TOOK THEM OFF! They NEVER answered my calls, I called 9 times today and no one answered. They were all rude and are going to lose business due to this. It dumbfounded how nasty these women were towards me. And when they kept saying everything had stains I said several times, NO they dont. Because I just washed the ones that had been lightly worn and the ones with tags were always in a bag. AND after picking my bag of clothes up they just shoved everything in the bag, but I had neatly folded everything before giving it to them. I highly recommend never going here!!! I wish Childrens Replay was still open in Columbus!

The selection is limited, but it the store is organized and neat. If you go frequently you can find a few things. I only attempted to sell items one time here about three years ago, and I most likely will not again. I dont mind dropping off and waiting for an offer, however, I dont feel they really look through the items that are dropped off (most of mine were next to new) and they do not offer much for what they do take.As for customer service, I feel the staff is discriminatory and base customer service on looks. I have read the other negative reviews and I have seen, heard and experienced what the other shoppers are referring to.

More a comment on policy instead of staff. I had about a dozen barely worn toddler Easter girl dresses I brought in to sell (Macys/Von Mar brands). They wanted me to just drop them off and said they would call me in a day or two with an offer. I gave them the, are you nuts? look and politely declined. I cant imagine anyone just handing over items and walking away with no agreements or pre-approved sell amounts. Too bad.

Incredibly rude staff!!! Was my first and last time trying to shop there. Store has very unusual layout. Couldn’t find anything at all in my sons size. Could buy brand new for same price as they ask for in there. -rude staff- no selection- overpriced- don’t waste your time.

Amazing service great shoe selection

This place is a joke they dont actually look at your clothes. theyre based on how you look when you walk in. And I can say that with 100% certainty. Because they is also $1 for anything we brought in they said all of it was winter clothes. Yeah the whole box we brought in was summer clothes with a winter hoodie on top and a winter jacket. I am OCD so I fold clothes weird. That being said the clothes were folded the exact same way I brought it in in the exact same order that I brought it in. Now heres the best part is they were over 19 items in there with the tags still on. Three of them being listed at 40 something dollars seems weird that they would say that we didnt bring anything in yet it was mostly new stuff. They also requested that you donate in Boots which I dont need repair all in the age range of 9 to 12 months my child is to young to walk so all in great condition. If you dont want to do your job and actually look through the clothes then dont do it but dont lie to customers and say that you did. When I was in there shopping I watch them pick up a womans box look at it for 2 minutes and put it down they probably picked up three things out of the whole box. When i took it to once upon a child the offered me 87$. And took alot of items. And if you ever actually look at their shelves they really dont have any nice clothes on there. theyre all over price to. Theyre damn near charging what you would pay in the store brand new for it.

I Had a few things to sell and they were very helpful and polite. I saw Many nice used clothes to choose from.

Do not give this place your business. Worst customer service ever! Horrible Associates. Cant say it enough how awful this place is - when I dropped off my kids clothing on Wednesday, the person working was too busy chatting on a personal phone call, laughing and giggling to someone the entire time I was there- to even bother talking to me. I was finally given a second of attention where she told me what to fill out, didnt tell me where to put the clothes. Called a day later where the person I spoke with said the bags were in the finished pile (since no one told me where to put the clothes) so they werent ready. The Buyer I spoke with was the only associate who treated me like a person. Called the next day, an older woman answered the phone- and rudely asked if I received a call, no I hadnt and I explained what happened she found my bags and told me they were ready. Go in after work tonight to pick up the clothes and I walk in and the older woman ( not sure if its the owner or not) answers the phone instead of helping me. Proceeds to carry on a conversation after telling me to wait while took the call- she chats on the phone the entire time I was there. At this point Im over this store and go back to where I left the bags, grabbed them- the said woman is still on the phone- as I was leaving I told her that I had on 2 occasions now received terrible customer service and that I wouldnt be back. That her store had the worst customer service ever. She then begins to scream at me as Im leaving - scream - and all I said was this is why Ill never be back. Terrible store, terrible associates, terrible experience. I will tell anyone looking to buy or sell childrens clothing to never go to Kids Kloset in Greenwood.

Rude people answering the phone asked my clothes were done and she goes did we call you ? In a smart ass tone .I politely said no its under my bf number. Im just checking Im headed that way today she got completely irrated . Will take my business elsewhere when it comes Christmas time!!!!!! Will never donate to people that dont know how to do customer service.

Overcrowded, overpriced, smells terrible, and staff was rude. Not exactly what I expected.

I had brand new toys and because it had a scratch on it they wouldnt take it and they informed me they dont clean their items before they go on the floor either.

Terrible place went in to drop off some clothes and it took them forever to call me back. When I went back they told me that they couldnt find anything they needed. They did not even check the clothes everything was left in the same spot. They also have bad customer service.

Do not take your clothes there to sell. They take forever to check your stuff. I dropped my stuff off at 10am then came back the next day at same time still not done they said there system had been down but they still didnt even going thru anything. Also there store is way to pack you really cant see anything. They really need to deciliter the store.

The manager told me to bring in my bags didnt even look at them and told me to carry them right back out. It was brand new clothes and toys not even out of the box on some of them. Very rude. Never will go back there.
