Poor customer service! I walked past 2 associates and neither one greeted me upon entering the store. The pictures posted online are not reflective of the selection available in the store. The clothes and shoes are out of date. Although, they do have a good selection of name brand purses. I would check another used clothing store for more stylish attire and better pricing.

Love All the clothes shoes and purses that I have received everything comes packaged nice and neat the host are great at what they do and Vena works hard to add more things to the store and her online shopping is how I get to shop select seconds

Nice people but purchased a brand new jacket with tags and a stamp. Took it our of the bag at home ink from stamp leaked all over my new jacket. While spraying it with shout. Found a huge slit down my right side of jacket. Pleaee check out out 3x before purchasing

Had a lot of good stuff at really good prices. The only problem was there was so much to choose from. And not enough money in my bank account. 😉

My first visit was cool, went with my aunt and spent more than I wanted. But got great buys. You must visit. Very nice clothing and houseware. Go see for yourself...

I bought a Michael Kors purse here and I can tell from the way it’s holding up that it is a fake (cracking fake leather etc). Very sad, the staff was nice I really didn’t think they were trying to pass off fakes like that. Plus I paid $85 for it.. 😩

Selective Seconds is a waste of time. I took in a new Coach bag with the price tag still on, a Rebecca Minkoff crossbody bag and a Movado watch, only for them to offer me $60 total. Staff needs to do research before they offer prices. I refused to sell my items. This is the second time that I have gone to Selective Seconds and I dont plan on returning ever again.

The selection of summer wear was low. The counter help was nice.

If you have claustrophobia or anxiety I do not recommend. Far too much merchandise shoved into one small area making it very difficult to shop. The prices are far too expensive for thrift store prices. Staff are nice. I walked in and immediately was turned off, I tried to look through a few racks but it was just too congested. I will not go back.

Love this store and their staff. I am always greeted when I come in. They get to know their customers by name. The staff does out of their way to help you out in anyway they can. I can say if there is ever an issue, they are on top of it.

Very overpriced and disorganized. I saw they were selling dollar tree mugs for $5. The owner is very rude. Dont waste your time or money here.

Nice upscale consignment shop. Great brands at lower prices. I got 2 pair of capris and 1 pair dress slacks for $28! Easy to shop there with good spacing and continual cleaner of areas and items . I will definitely be back!

They have an amazing selection of quality and name brand clothes. Wonderful accessories too. They also offer discounts regularly. My family and I make it a Girls Day when we go shopping here. Definitely spend a few hours in the store

Since they moved, I cant find my plus size jeans. All jeans use to be together but are not now. Its really nice inside and Im happy for the owners.

Great consignment shop. They have a little bit of everything. The also pay you cash for your used clothing and shoes. The store was laid out nicely and easily for your eye to find exactly what you were it even werent looking for. I will definitely be visiting this store again and highly recommend it.

I love the live shows on fb. Nice quality clothing. Have only bought 1x, had Nike shorts (shopped online, cute shorts & said size Sm) & a found a Nike top to match. Had items shipped & S&H cost is flat rate of 7.99, pricey, so recommend buying several items if u are using shipping. When outfit arrived the shorts were XL!! Although I had to give the shorts away I still plan to browse online & make a trip to their new store soon!! Find it strange that ppl say staff is rude as my experience has been very experienced, professional, & friendly staff!! See ya soon SS!

Where do I start? When it comes to shopping resale, Selective Seconds is always in my top go-to places for clothes at amazing prices! (*Ex: Just bought an Aqua dress a few days ago via online from their Facebook group for $17.50, when I looked online at other resale sites the lowest price I could find for the same dress was $85!*) when I first inquired about it one of the wonderful staff members took time to see if it was still in stock for me and even offered a similar jacket the dress had been modeled with as well since the original jacket hadnt been the size I needed, and she absolutely made my day for it! Their customer service has always been fantastic, the Selective Seconds ladies are so friendly and their live shows are always fun to watch. Could not recommend this store enough! :)

The employees greeted me as soon as I walked in and checked up on me a couple of times. I ended up getting a really nice pair of work pants. If there was a better top selection for people my age I would be visiting here regularly. Overall my experience was great thanks to the staff!

First of all, I had never consigned here and the intake person was extremely rude. I didn’t know consignment hours were limited and she so rudely pointed that out to me and another person that came in after me. I had a lot of shoes that were almost new and certainly a lot nicer than a lot of the shoes that I saw in the store. I don’t know if it was because she was mad or what about me coming in on Saturday but she gave me a whole bunch of excuses about how she could only take 1 pair for the bargain price of $3 for BOC brand shoes. I didn’t even cash in the $3 and walked out. What a joke and I will never go back as well as pass the word about the terrible service I received. When you own a business of this nature, customer service should be key and it was severely lacking!

They dont even deserve a 1. Such a rip off. They sell used ready to throw out dresses for $30 + YET, they want to give people that have NEW designer dresses & outfits, $15 for 10 outfits total. Cheaters of cheaters. I would NEVER shop there EVER. I guess they think they are in Beverly Hills; NOT! I doubt they know a good designer outfit if it hit them in the face. Lots of other fine used consignment shops. Good Will has better than this store and also much better prices.

I had left a review on Facebook, but recently discovered that they have removed the review section from their page. I find this very unprofessional. Not everyone will like your shop. Deal with it appropriately. Consumers have a right to know what to expect.My original review was basically this:They employees were not friendly. Mostly snobby. The clothes selection wad overpriced, worn out, and very dated styles. Buying designer dresses from 10 years ago doesnt cut it.I have tried selling with them twice and their offers on my like-new, name brand, high quality costume jewelry was insulting, especially after I saw what they resell it for. Didnt even offer me 1/4 of the floor price.I have been taking items to Style Encore and love it. They dont buy everything, of course, but they pay well and the employees are awesome. I recommend going there instead.

Selective Seconds is my FAVORITE consignment shop! They have the best customer service Ive ever seen, and so many cute clothes! AND they have lots of sales 💕

A lot of clothes to select from but the customer service isnt the best. I have been in here multiple times (just went on Dec 9th 2015) and I entered the store, tried on clothing and no one had said one word to me. If they were busy, I understand but there were only 2 other individuals in the store. This has happened to me many times and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth at their lack if customer service.

Clearly, this place is a rip off if you go to sell. I received, as a gift, a Michael Kors bag that was purchased from Macys a year and a half ago with the tags that cost $385. It was like brand new, I didnt care for the satchel style. Along with other name-brand items, they offered me $30 for the Michael Kors bag and $40 for the other name-brand items that they offered to purchase. Obviously, they are only willing,to give you garage sale prices. I would recommend to look at other consignment shops before setting your eye on this one. Last visit for me.

Took in some apparel and shoes to consign. I had several large boxes. The clerk behind the Drop offcounter explains you must drop everything off and what we do not want we will donate to charity. I said I want to drop off and not donate. Clerk stated its not possible. You drop off the entire bundle and they will buy the items they want and they will donate the rest. So you are not able tomonitor what they actually buy and sell, and what they toss to the donate bind.She said this is the only way for a Drop off. Otherwise you have to wait tilllate September for a appointment to show the clothes and shoes. Total SCAM for us, the people that keep them in business. While I was there I noticed that it is much too expensive. They are priced as if you had bought items brand new. STAY AWAY! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!
