Customer service is very poor if your skin is Black/Brown. You definitely know you are indeed in Mississippi. This is 2018. When will it end??.

Neki is the best every time i have a issue she fixes it. Today they did not run my coupon so my co pay was 100$ well took it back and she fixed me up only payed 25$. you have a problem talk to her shes the best.

CVSthis is a piss poor excuse of a store ! Seriously, all the bad reviews mean nothing to you? As CVS customers from Iowa we are appalled at the lack of professionalism and any resemblance of customer service! You need to listen to your patronage and bring these clowns up to the standards of your other pharmacies. P.S. we have no claims of of possible discrimination ...your employees here are just SAD!

I would give the pharmacy 0 stars but it’s not an option. The lady with the red hair was rude and didn’t even put my prescription in the system. It took me two hours of waiting to receive my meds. I had just gotten out of surgery. Not only did she have a short attitude with us, she “greeted” other brown customers with a “what” rather than “may I help you?” I will never fill any prescription at this CVS again.

Very nice people and service. I go here from time to time when I need something in this area.

The pharmacy is rude n dont know what they are doing give u hard time about your medicine dont make much sense
