Great selection always friendly staff good prices

I decided to get my lashes done today for the first time and I was so happy about my results. Kelsey was so pleasant to talk to and she did an amazing job! I will definitely be back.

Was greeted when I first walked thru the door. A salesperson asked if i needed assistance almost instantly as well. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

My wife got this facial scrub here that works great on my skin. She goes there with my money like twice a week man.

Stopped in wasnt sure if the color foundation I needed. Not sure what the gaps name is, but she was so helpful. Never had someone help me as much as her. Will return.

Was able to find what I wanted & also had recommendations on what to get.

Went into ultra tonight to find some things with my mom and sister. Mom asked a sales associate if they had a certain item. Sale associate took her to where it may have been and said they never had any in of that’s item. My mom had bought it there before so she simply said “I’ve bought it here about a month ago”. Sales associate said that their products have been down and didn’t have some of the sameness. So mom said okay thank you and left. Well said associate went to a manager who was extremely loud and told her that my mom gave her a “look” manager began to talk about the situation very loudly and unprofessionally. If you were going to speak about a customer, you do not do it on the floor with other customers around, first of all. Second of all, if you cannot handle a supposed “look”, you do not need to work any kind of sales associate or retail. Very disappointed in the management and will not be going back. Lost 3 customers that have been going for years.

The people working there are super nice and knowledgeable. They also have some great deals and you can earn points and get special products on your birthday or if you buy certain products at different times throughout the year. I also really enjoy their clearance sections, you can find some great products there.

Great selection of product. Took a bit to get waited on, but there were a good many customers checking out. Only saw 2 employees in the entire store. When I was helped the employee was very helpful.

Arielle Jones Clinique Consultant is awesome. She did color match for my foundation and lipstick. It has been a week and have gotten so many compliments. She was both patient and professional but had a touch of personal care just for me. I recommend this store to anyone. Prices are very reasonable and often cheaper than other stores everyday prices. I basically love this store, however the dark haired older lady (65-ish) needs a refresher in manners and customer service. Very rude, and is the only person in that store that is, as th other girls are very friendly.I will go back, but I will not deal with her again.

AJ is such an attentive and excellent hair stylist. The only thing my that is as close in comparison or even better is as a colorist. She also always takes the time to shows me additional products at the store that is great for my hair like brushes and styling gel and the newest hairspray. I never leave the store without spending over $100 to $ 150 dollars. Most everyone is courteous and knowlegable. I highly recommend the Greenwood location and AJ specifically. In fact I am moving an hour away, but I am still commuting to my Ulta store that I love!

Friendly workers at this Greenwood SC location. Each time Ive gone its been different ladies but every single one has been very helpful. And the two ladies working today went out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

I was in Ulta for the first time about a month ago. A lady named Carol helped me . She seamed to know what she was talking about.. I was back today a seen Carol she was a big help today. I will go back. And if I need any help I will ask for Carol.. thanks Carol.

I have been in several Ulta stores with my wife. The Greenwood store is kept very orderly & clean, the staff is super friendly & helpful. Always a great selection.

I know that Im not spelling her name correctly, but Aryan is the most AWESOME sales rep at ULTA. My best friend and I walked in to browse and just the description of a lipstick color of Honey...not only did she take us right to the product...but our browsing ended up with purchase of over $200 in a 2 day back to back trip....and I must admit, Im going back again today!!!!

I was Christmas Shopping for my wife and daughters. This place is expensive but a little cheaper for salon products than you would pay in the salon. Even so, $25 for a bottle of shampoo obviously shows I have no idea whats in this stuff. I am a Suave budget kind of guy. But they do have a large section of make up and shampoos and conditioners by lots of different brands and if you are in the know you probably know what you want and they probably have it. I did find some reasonable stuff near the registers that made great stocking stuffers. Hint: Have an idea what your significant other likes before you go in there and you can get out a lot quicker.

Great selection, prices are on high end

Some of the makeup is good quality, but EVERYTHING is severely overpriced, and the employees are unbelievably unprofessional, constantly laughing, yelling across the store, and carrying on conversations among themselves. They clearly were annoyed by having to ring me up at the register, and didnt seem to know what they were doing. Wouldnt recommend this store to anyone!!

Ladies & Gentlemen, just know you will be judged ruthlessly the moment you set foot. And depending on your attire, will determine the service you recieve. So dress in your Sunday best and dont look them directly in the eyes or youll turn to stone! I made the mistake of dressing in regular clothes and was watched like a hawk does a wounded squirrel. These girls are vicious, smiling to your face but the second you step out...they were mocking a poor girls handbag and maybe I was eavesdropping but I was bored. Dont bother speaking to the manager because she was in on the laughter too lol. Sheesh but what can ya do.

Im furious. Just got my hair done at their salon. My appointment was at 1, got there on time, and ended up waiting a whole hour. Finally got started on my hair. The whole process took FOUR HOURS and my hair looks the same. I WONT COME BACK THERE BECAUSE THATS REDONKULOUS.

Great place for gifts

Just spent 200.00 on wife buying her a couplele of gifts and while purchasing one item that came with a large tote bag as an insentive gift and while watching the casher plunder thru a large assortment of these bags she returns with a small black pouch.....SMH...poor experience...
