My tenants called and said the garage door and spring fell apart. I came in and ordered a new door replacement. Upon the tech arriving for the repair. I discovered that the door just needed a cable repair and 2 new hinges. The tech did a great job with the repair and honesty. So sorry for you guys having to load the door and returning it.You have done service with me before and will continue to do all my service. I highly recommend you. Thanks you.

One of your drivers was driving crazy and kept flying up behind others and cutting infront of other people. His car smelled and was loud and obnoxious. In my opinion if you are going to have your company name on the side of your car, you need to represent it well and that was the worst. That made me not want to contact you for service because of your drivers lack of consideration for other drivers. Honestly one star is being generous.

From my first call to the end! Amazing. Angela was so helpful in giving me ideas for the perfect door to match our exterior. Install was two weeks early and the guys were amazing. They had it done in a few hours and took all the old scrap away. We love our door and we love Midwest.

The staff at Midwest went above and beyond to install our garage door in Broad Ripple. Angela came out the next day after my call in to get a quote on a new garage door and their price was just below two other companies that provided estimates. One month later her crew came by and worked very hard to get the new door installed perfectly. I strongly recommend contacting Midwest if you need servicing or a new door installed. They are fantastic.

Angela came out to measure my doors and show me options at 1pm and by 5pm I had a quote to make a decision on. About 2 weeks later my doors were in and we set up a time for installation the following week. Charles was my installer and he was AWESOME. He called as they had promised and let me know he was about 40 minutes out when he left the shop that morning with my doors. He was on time and quickly assessed my current set up and let me know about a few things that would need to be done in order to have my new doors mounted onto the existing tracks -- this mostly consisted of a few cut-outs in the drywall over the door for brackets that were different and such, and he made those cleanly and only as big as required, and checked with me to make sure I knew he would need to do that and that I was ok with it. I was surprised that he was installing 2 doors alone, but he clearly knows his stuff. While it took him most of the day at my house he was working efficiently and smartly to get it done in a quality manner. He ensured everything was working properly, cleaned up and did final paperwork with me before he left. He did a phenomenal job and I couldnt be more pleased with the quality and look of my new doors! My entire experience with Midwest was so positive - everyone from the front office to reception to scheduling to install was incredibly professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them!

I used this company at the recommendation of my parents. Everything went well with my door install. I had an older door that had chipping paint, never had any issue mechanically with my old door the entire 5 years I lived here. They came out and did the install, still no complaints. A month later my wife came home to the door wide open. Upon further inspection, she realized it was getting to about 2 ft from closing and reopening. After trying to open it again a cable completely snapped. We called them out and were charged a service fee because it was a Friday night and they couldnt verify it was still under warranty until Monday. Even though the same guy that came out to install it was the guy on the phone and the guy who showed up. They refunded my money but tried to say it was probably our fault because something probably was in the way. Nothing was in the way. Fast forward 2 months and I wake up to it broken again. Same spot, same issue. I havent called yet because I am so fuming mad. We also noticed nails and screws coming loose already. The work and quality of doors is majorly lacking. Just pay the extra and go with a bigger company. A $1000 door should not be breaking and falling apart only a couple of months after buying it.

I had an appointment on Friday 4/24 with a different company to come out and install a new garage door and opening system. There ended up being a scheduling error and we were told they couldnt come out until Monday. This was unacceptable for we had our non-working door open (which was barley hanging onto the tracks) and contents moved into the drive way for easy access. I called Midwest around noon on 4/24 and they were able to have a new door and opener installed within a few hours and even gave me a better price than the competitor. Midwest knows how to take care of their customers in a time of need. Much appreciated and will tell others. Thank you all!!!

We had such a bad experience with this company. The entire company is disorganized and lacks communication internally. When they first came to the house for an estimate, the employee lacked professionalism and never asked us what color we would like the garage door to be. He went ahead and picked the color, which was wrong, by himself without asking us. The second time they came to the house, to install the garage door, a different employee installed the door and realized the color was clearly not what we wanted. He also installed the door incorrectly and it did not operate correctly, which was the issue in the very first place. He stated they would fix the issue by coming out, yet again, to change the color of the door. We scheduled an appointment for when they would come out next. Not only did they not call, but they never showed up for the agreed day and time. We attempted to get ahold of the company to find out why they never showed up and the boss stated someone apparently stored our phone number incorrectly and had tried to call a different number to get ahold of us. Mind you, they still were never going to come out that day, the day we scheduled an appointment with them, to fix the door - to fix the mistakes THEY had made. We had to reschedule an appointment because of their mistake and the same employee from installation came back out to fix the issues they made. When he came to the house, he was also unprofessional by talking with us, the clients/customers, about his personal matters. Also, he asked, while he was in the middle of the job, if he could leave and run up the road. The request was unprofessional by all means, inconveniencing us even more, and was for his personal life. The company having to come back out for a third time, to fix their mistakes, is already a huge inconvenience, let alone us having to let their employee leave mid-job to attend to a non-emergent personal matter. After such a bad experience, the company made NO efforts to reconcile the issues they made. Not only will we never use their company again, but we will never recommend this company to anyone. We will make sure if anyone asks, they know this company is horrible.

AMAZING customer service. Had a horrible experience with Indianapolis Garage Repair and Midwest went above and beyond. Extremely kind on the phone and in person. I was charged no hidden crooked fees. Very honest business. I was quoted $586 on site by IGR(after they took it upon themselves to come out anyway after I told them I would call back if I decided to use them) and was told between $100-$212max over the phone. Midwest did it for $220 which was exactly what I was originally quoted since there were no other unexpected issues after they inspected it on site. Thank you thank you thank you. Paul was quick and friendly. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Great integral company. 10⭐s in my book. Cant give them enough praise. You guys are fantastic!

Called midwest garage door when my door would not open due to a bent frame on the opener which twisted a hinge. Charles got out the next day and had the repairs finished and the door like new. Just found the only company I will use for garage door related work in the future.

My coils in the garage opener busted, both of them. I immediately called my handyman and he explained he couldnt do that kind of work and that it would require special tools but told me to call Midwest Garage as they were the best and they had worked together before. It was on a holiday too. They came out and got it all fixed and the estimate I got on the phone was exactly what they said it would be... didnt go up on me. I had called some other repair people before my handyman had called me back and they all gave similar or more expensive quotes. They are fair and fast.

This past Saturday our garage door broke. We called Midwest Garage Door around 9AM. They said theyd have someone out by Noon. It was earlier then that! Less then 2 hours after we called Larry showed up. He was very personable & professional & spotted it as a spring issue right away. Long story short less then 3 hours after calling on a Saturday we were operational again. Larry replaced the springs and also did some preventive maintenance as well.We definitely made the right decision when we called Midwest Garage Doors!

It froze last night and my garage door jumped off of its tracks and bent some of the aluminum a little bit. Since i bought the house, it had never really closed properly before. Its a newer house (2007), so i called Midwest Garage Door to come out. They came out within 1 hour and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Now it opens and closes properly and I only got charged the basic service call price since they didnt need to use any parts. I had a Valpack coupon from one of their competitors, but chose them because of the other good reviews here on Google, Im glad I did.

Depended on this company.for several years while working downtown Indy. They were always there to help me out no matter what day, time or what the weather was like. Phil and Glen made dealing with parking garage doors so much less of a headache and in the 17 years I worked there I always used Midwest Door. Glen was there at 2 a.m. and it was 32 below and took a motor from one door and put it on another for me because it was a main entry door that had to be used.

They could back their products and try and help customers. The door business must be booming to not care about customers- especially ones with $1500 doors not even 2 years old that wont lock from the outside on their business allowing anyone to waltz right on in. Oh wait- you can pay $350/ hour to have them come out after 4pm just to look at it! No thanks...we will take our business, doors and all, to any of the dozens of other door places that value existing customers AND back their own doors. Otherwise whats the point?
