Had a good experience with everyone. Liked the fact they let me wear them around the fair to get a feeling for them before i said yes. Also I was 3-1/2 hours late for my follow up and they still got me in. After two weeks Im very happy with them.
Beltone was very helpful with adjusting my hearing aids. Michele was polite, patient, informative, and made sure she connected my hearing aids to my phone. She made sure sound was comfortable and adjusted to my individual needs.
Dustin was very helpful from getting the updates caught up to exchanging the leads for a more comfortable fit. The crew cleaned them and put on new earbuds. Very Good!
Evelyn and Jason were wonderful... very welcoming and caring. They listened to my problem and quickly and efficiently addressed it. Jason did a great job fixing my hearing aids... and they both took the time to make sure that I knew I. should not hesitate to call if I needed anything or had further problems. They are truly an asset to the company. Thank you
Always very receptive to helping me with my issues. I wish I did not have to call every month and travel to get service on my hearing aids that I have had for 11 months. If you ask me to rate the hearing aids it would not be 5 stars but the service at Community Hearing Health Centers has been great. I am so glad I did not buy them at a Costco because I would not have this wonderful staff of people to keep my hearing aids working if I have a problem they cant fix they give me a loaner pair and I am on my way until mine come back.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They knew right away what was wrong and corrected it immediately. Strongly recommend Michele and her staff.
After my hearing aid place went out of business I needed help with the hearing aids I had purchased. I went to Community Hearing and they took care of me as if Id purchased the hearing aids from them. Solved my problem under the hearing aid warranty and have helped me several times to date. With that kind of customer service, Ill always use them for my hearing needs and when it comes time to replace these hearing aids, I will definitely purchase them from Community Hearing.
Staff was polite, professional and prompt.
Hey hey!! My name is Teresa and I had an appointment today bc I have had no hearing in my left ear for about ten years!! Went to a ear throat doctor and had a MRI with no answer’s!!! Made an appointment with Bryan and his office to see about a hearing aid with my benefits that I now get from Anthem!! He was wonderful 😃 After doing the sound test he actually explained what all the graph showed about my ears!! That was a unexpected blessing!! He also went over my choices from no out of pocket money to other choices paying money!! The receptionist is totally great!! When I walked out I felt soooo blessed and excited about hearing with both my ears!! Thank you!! Thank you!! Need a great doctor for your ears look no more!!!!😃
Great service, friendly and professional staff.Product actually for my husband and seems to work fine!
Been here for sleep study, since I hate sleeping I’m a all nighter, sleeper in the afternoons, up around 3 pm until I go into work right, just joking.,,
Ive been a customer/ patient of Community Hearing for 10 years and have just purchased my 3rd set of hearing aids from their Greenwood office. They have always been prompt with appointments and little or no wait time. The housekeeping is excellent and so is the attentiveness and friendliness of the sales staff. The devices that Ive bought based on their recommendations have proven to be durable, at the front of technology and were still working after 5 years (2 separate times) when I chose to upgrade due to advances in processing and power. Its unlikely to hear anyone tell you that they love their hearing aids, but Im very excited about this newest pair and am hoping they preserve and even improve my quality of life.
I took our 86 year old mother in today for a regular hearing appointment and not one of the staff had a mask on. Very disappointed that they didnt care enough about their patients to wear a mask and no social distancing was happening. They have always taken such good care of our mother so I was shocked by their lack of care during Covid19.
Michele Vogel was so helpful and very knowledgeable in working and reprogramming my hearing aids! She is the best in my view and Beltone should be thankful to have her representing them! Loretta Head
This team is the best. I have worn hearing aids since I was in my 40s and have dealt with several companies. I always feel welcome when Im there and they get me in quickly when I call for an appt. After resolving a very annoying feedback problem with my left aid Jason took the time to walk me through the phone app features....some I was unaware of when the app was updated. Likewise for the Apple phone feature. Im not a tech geek but I can hold my own most of the time. But had no idea my current aids had the features he showed me. Ill be back soon for new aids since the technology has jumped ahead in the past three years. Jason listens to your concerns and addresses them quickly. He knows his stuff. = )
I. Bought the Resound Quatro hearing aids about a year ago. I had all kinds of issues from one hearing aid not picking up what I wanted to hear to whistling to the point that my daughter could hear it across the room. Eventually, the right one wouldn’t charge so it was sent in. After about 14 days I finally got it back.Liz was the one who is a high pressure sales person who convinced me to purchase..When I went to Greenwood to get the hearing aid that was repaired, Bryan was the one who programmed them. THEY ARE WORKING THE BEST NOW SINCE I GOT THEM!!! BRYAN DID AN AWESOME JOB PROGRAMMING!!!! I CAN HEAR THE BEST THAT i’VE HEARD IN YEARS.!!!!!BRYAN, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ❗️❗️❗️
Everyone was so helpful and shared the in and outs of different hearing aids which helped with my selection.
The team at this office work very well together. Always quick to resolve any issues. Staff very friendly.
Best place ever, very friendly and listen to your concerns. Glad I got hearing aids, nowI can go out in public places and can carry on a conversation. Just great
Recently discovered a need for help with my hearing. CHHC has been great! Thoroughly explained everything. Made sure that my comfort with and understanding of the hearing aids was job number 1. Each follow up was just as great as the first visit.Anyone that is in need of hearing help, go to CHHC. It will be well worth your time.
Bob is always goes above and beyond to resolve my hearing aid issues. Great to work with.
All staff was very helpful. Michelle is wonderful.
Service is outstanding. When I have had problems they have been resolved very quickly. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Everyone is great to work with.
I cannot say enough good about the people at this place! They show genuine concern and care for the people they help! I would not be able to function without these hearing Angels! They are the best you will ever find!
Always helpful and knowledgeable. Supplied me with the right hearing aid and adjusted it for the best hearing. I really feel good recommending Community Hearing to my friends.
Very helpful and caring Sasha was very caring
Glad to have a place that is caring, knowledgeable, and customer focused. Love my new hearing aids!
Wonderful staff, very helpful with all my hearing needs. Would recommend to anyone!
Friendly and caring staff. Did, however, put my mother with significant dementia in high tech hearing aids costing $5000.00. These were so complicated that she would not use them. More consideration should have been given to her forgetfulness and she should have been fitted with hearing aids commensurate with her ability to use and therefore to benefit from them. Wasted money.
Had a hearing test at a health fair at LiUNA #120, which showed hearing loss. The audiologist set me up with an appointment for another test and said if I needed hearing aids, my insurance would pay for them, and I would go home with them THAT DAY. I let them set me up with an appointment at their Greenwood office for a week later. I arrived, and just as fast as I could fill out the new patient paperwork, the audiologist had me back and started my test. The results were the same and again, he explained the results thoroughly, and I did leave THAT DAY with a great set of hearing aids. My insurance did indeed pay for a huge chunk of the cost. The staff even helped me find a way to swing the part the insurance didnt pay, which was a blessing! The audiologist set up my new ears and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He made sure they were what I needed, what I wanted, and that they were comfortable and something I would actually WANT to wear. He connected them via bluetooth to my phone and taught me how to use an app so I can adjust my hearing aids to whatever situation I find myself in so I have every opportunity to have the absolute best hearing no matter what situation I find myself in while going through my day. Everyone in that office was kind and understanding and even though my appointment didnt even start until closing time. Not once did I feel rushed, or like they wished I would just hurry up so they could go home (I had requested an appointment as late in the day as possible because of work and, honestly, I didnt even realize my appointment was so late in their day until right this exact moment so they really DID take their time with me, and I DIDNT feel rushed in the slightest!) They set me up with a follow up in 2 wks to see how I was adjusting. The initial appointment was on a Tues, I believe. Three days later, I dropped my right hearing aids on the floor at the exact time my husband was vacuuming around me and even though I screamed, No! at the top of my lungs, it was too late. He sucked it up in the vacuum! He took the vacuum apart and got it out, but the dome was mutilated and so was the wire. I called the office and if I had been able, they wouldve helped me that day, but I was out of town at my husbands parents so the lady told me to come in at my earliest convenience. I got there and handed it to the lady at the window and in 10 minutes, she had replaced the necessary parts for no charge, and I was out the door--me with tears of joy/relief/gratitude! Because I got receiver in the ear hearing aids, my only real complaint with them was Im a nurse and was having a lot of trouble using my stethoscope because it was pushing the receiver into my eardrum and causing pain so I had take them out to listen to my patients lungs. At my first follow up appointment, the audiologist called the hearing aid company, and they came up with a solution for me that will keep me using them, solve the pain problem, and did cost me an arm and a leg for something I didnt need. I know this is really long, but if you bothered to read it this far, you also realize how important your hearing is and finding the right people to help you take care of it when losing it is a very real possibility, is HUGE. THESE ARE THOSE PEOPLE! Other than the fact that Im getting old, have damaged my hearing (my loss is probably from trauma), and need hearing aids, there wasnt one bad thing about this entire experience. I would recommend the folks in the Greenwood office of Community Hearing Health Centers to anyone needing audiological services, and I would do it from the very bottom of my heart and by the way, if youre worried about having those big tan things in your ears and about how they will look, until the day my husband sucked mine up in the vacuum cleaner, he didnt even know I had actually gotten them, and I wear my hair up in a messy bun everyday because its long and gets in the way, AND I wore them faithfully!
Staff at Community Hearing Health are always pleasant and helpful. Service is always prompt and if I have a problem Michelle always has a solution.
I bought hearing aids. (ReSound LiNX Quattro). My hearing loss was making me feel left out, and my friends had been after me for some time to get hearing aids. When I saw that Community Hearing Health Centers had a vending booth at this years Indiana State Fair I decided to stop for the free hearing test they were offering. As expected I have a profound hearing loss, so they provided me with a set of hearing aids to test while I walked around the fairgrounds. I was amazed at the difference they made! I heard things I havent heard in years. Birds chirping. Conversations of strangers passing by. Most importantly, I was able to understand the words of my friends. Previously I was able to hear that words were being spoken, but I was having a lot of trouble understanding them. Consonants were missed...like b, d, and v. I frequently missed the meaning of whole conversations. With the hearing aids I was picking up 75 percent of what I had missed. (That has improved even more as I wear them.) I still miss a word here and there, and some tv shows (especially movies) are a bit muddled, but the improvement in my hearing is wonderful overall. I never expect to have 20/20 hearing (ok, thats about eyesight - but you catch my drift) but Im loving being able to understand most of whats being said around me.A word about the Community Hearing Health staff: Everyone has been great. My technician is Dillon. He has guided me through the whole process. Dillon is knowledgable...and more importantly, he is patient. Ive had a ton of questions, and also one or two minor issues, all answered and resolved quickly and professionally. One other important person is Evelyn who runs the Greenwood, IN office. She has been great in scheduling appointments, taking care of finances, and making sure everything runs smoothly. One last personal note: Hearing aids are expensive. My only other experience with them was 15 years ago when I bought a pair (again, very expensive), but I stopped using them because they amplified everything and drowned out vocal tones. They were worthless to me. Boy has technology changed since then! The new hearing aids work with an app on my smartphone where I can adjust bass, middle, and treble tones, as well as the volume. The app has a pre-programed setting for restaurants, or I can create my own program to accommodate my own needs. Also I can stream telephone calls (via bluetooth) right to the hearing aids. Or stream music or radio to the aids. Or audiobooks. Oh, did I mention that the hearing aids are rechargeable? They come with their own charging case. Bottom line: Im a senior citizen, so there has been a learning curve, but Dillon has been there the whole way. Like I said above, Ive had a ton of questions...all answered. Yes, hearing aids are expensive, but they are, in fact, tiny computers.
We were well taken care of us
Poorest customer service!! Been waiting since July 2018 to get my new earmolds. Come to find out they ‘LOST MY FILES’. No courtesy phone call whatsoever! I went back to find out why I haven’t gotten a call in August, they couldn’t give me an answer other than they lost my files and give them another chance, so I did that. Went back in September still nothing! So then they said give me the seria numbers off my molds, still have not heard or a simple phone call from that place! Trust me I am calling the NEWS!!! Needless to say I STILL don’t have my molds. Can’t stand shady business!!
I could not be more pleased with the staff, my hearing aids, and the service I have received. Ive been dealing with Community for almost two years now. I would recommend them to anyone who has a hearing issue.
Michelle and the girls are always so helpful and always willing to work me in... sometimes even on their days off. Highly recommend them!!
I have had a great experience at Community Hearing.
