My 97 year old mother bought hearing aids from Whisper’s southside office about five years ago and they have been great. We have them serviced annually and the staff is wonderful. Recently mom called us to say she could not hear and was terribly upset. I called the office and they got us right in…it was ‘operator error’, but they assured Mom they cleaned them to avoid embarrassment, and she left happy and hearing. We left very grateful for staff expertise and understanding. The service provided has been consistently above and beyond.

Top notch hearing center that genuinely really seems to try hard for their clients

Drove an hour from work for appointment only to learn all appointments canceled. No notice, and its impossible to reschedule. They never call back and when you call them, they take your info and say someone will call you to reschedule. Ive been calling for the past 4 days. Im not sure about the quality of their doctors, but their call center is horrible. I advise to look for someone else.

Going without the treatment I need for my ears because I refuse to deal with office staff attitude.

Dr is really nice but office is dirty drab. Elevator was out they didnt tell anybody or warn anybody that it was out so I got the carry a one-year-old and help a four-year-old with a diaper bag and all their paperwork up the stairs to the office.
