Got tired of my grandmother not being able to hear me. Went to Costco and a couple other places but I was surprised by Accuquest. The woman was young but more experienced than I expected. I’m glad to be able to have an actual conversation with my grandmother now. They really worked with me and her as we had tons of questions. That’s hard to find now a days.

Insurance fraud at its finest! Insurance stated my wife was NOT to be charged for ANY level.of hearing aids. They refused to follow that and would only negotiate for the cheapest aids they made. They would not sell any product UNLESS my wife signed away her insurance rights - basically told her she had to go against her insurance policy - or they would not sell her ANYTHING!! This is how they make thousands of dollars off of people. If you want hearing aids that actually help, youre forced to go against your insurance policy. The government needs to regulate these thieves!!

Returned hearing aids 1-29-19 and six weeks later dont have refund to purchase aids from a different company. talked to corp and got the run-a-round with no answer on what is taking so long or when I would have the refund. save yourself the pain and look elsewhere as service with this outfit is painful
