I’ve been really impressed with advantage! I bought one of they’re smaller entry level temperature control units for our single molding machine we use to mold test specimens. I purchase all different types of processing equipment, and the design of this unit is really impressive. Tech support was extremely helpful as well when I had a couple questions, both before and after sale.
Working with Advantage Engineering Inc. is a great experience, customer service is excellent always willing to help as same as the technical staff, I am pretty satisfied with their equipment and service and they are mi first option when I need auxiliary equipment for the molding department.

I work at Blichmann Engineering and we have worked with Advantage Engineering for years on hundreds of chillers. They are incredibly helpful to deal with both when sizing a chiller and if you should need any customer support. I highly recommend reaching out to Advantage if you want a high quality glycol chiller from a great company.
I called this place in need of tech support as the chiller at my job was not functioning properly and I must say, WOW what horrible customer service. The “operator” answered and she just sounded miserable like she didn’t want to be there, I said I would like to speak with customer service and she simply transferred me without a “please hold” or “one moment”, pretty much just rude. Then I spoke with a guy from tech support and when I told him that I couldn’t hear him that well he got an attitude and started yelling. Does he not understand that phone signals and quality vary throughout the nation not to mention the world? Jesus, get y’all people on check.
Our initial sales experience went very well. After that, things went down hill quickly. The unit has broken down on us multiple times for multiple reasons and cost us over a month of production and lost product. Advantage contracted a local service company to come out and take care of us. Initially, Advantage seemed interested in fixing our issue. However, as the problems kept coming, they became less and less responsive, until finally we received a very short response from a manager telling us that the unit was out of warranty. We understand that things happen, but we were sold a faulty piece of equipment and they let us suffer through until they could quote warranty terms and brush us off. This is very poor customer service. We would not recommend using this company.
We have had nothing but excellent service and communication from Advantage Engineering. There was one small issue and they bent over backwards to see that it was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. We cant say enough good things about Sharon T. and the parts department and truly all of Advantage Engineering.
