Beware...I took a mower in under warranty repair with a case number from craftsman. They determined it to be water in gas/carb (NOT Covered by Warranty), but rather than calling to proceed with repair (at MY cost) they chose to repair without permission. Now I am 89.00 into something that I would NOT have approved. ---Be sure to get in writing NO repair(s) without consent.

I gave these folks three chances to get it right and provide good Customer service, they suck. I went to pick up my chain saw blades two days after he said they would be done and he hadnt started on them. Ok, minor oversite. Went back to pick them up in another three days as instructed. No Im sorry, anything. Called typo get parts for a mower, ball park figures, put off etc. There attitude is like I owe them my patronage or something and I was bothering them. Good luck fellows, Ill never darken your doorstep again!!!!
