Everything seemed to be going well until the sale was final. Set up left a lot to be desired and I had to call to get the outside AC unit which still took another 2 weeks to deliver to us only to discover it was not the right one (a smaller one that would not work with what was in the mobile home). After it was insisted my installer call the owner (which then tried to convince my installer that that unit came with the mobile home - which it did not), I was told the correct unit would be delivered to me but finally had to pick it up at 5:30 am myself only to have my installer inform me there was a large, irreparable hole in the side of it causing it to be useless! Lying to and taking advantage of customers is not the way a business that has been in existence for 20+ years should operate! Definitely do not recommend! Have been left feeling violated, insulted and deceived!

Its a wonderful place to visit and the staff( Mrs. Traci) makes you feel welcome, appreciate, and eager to help you acquire the home of your dream.
