The worst place to use for any kind of supplies or equipment and to work for. Their water has mold and fungus and roaches in the coffee machine. Run far away! So many more fish in the sea. They over work you (130 hours/ 2 weeks) and work you like mule. (Force you to work multiple on call days a week every week) No one ever stays here. Highest turnover rate in the country. The 5 star reviews are fake. Management is a joke. Trent is a coward and skyla (beetle juice) is in way over her head. Look at the photos! You want really want that? I doubt you want roaches and bed bugs crawling in your home. They keep having my comments removed because it’s the truth. They don’t want you to hear it.

Staff was nice enough to squeeze me in before I went on vacation for a new CPAP mask. However, I have asked repeatedly for a statement to show I have paid of my device and after a year still do not have it. I just received a refund check for all my over payments because they could not charge my insurance in a timely manner. The check was printed and held for 30 days judging by the issue date and the postage time stamp. I only have 30 more days to cash it. Are the betting I might not be able to deposit it and they will keep the money? Truly shady place.

Sleep Dr. told me I need a new CPAP because of the age of my current one. Order sent to Lincare. That was over 5 weeks ago. Have called Lincare and all I get is that someone will call me back.

Poor service needed water attachment never got it after several calls for weeks nothing. No longer need oxygen and can’t get rid of the tanks after a month. I think No one cares because insurance is paying. Sad

Im surprised they have a 2.5 rating, it should be 1. They lied from the beginning to the end. These people think your life is a joke! No one shows up for appointment for breathing test and when you call they say we dont make those appointments! REALLY, you called and made the appointment! After 3 missed appointment, the lady that came put down what numbers she wanted! THEY PLAY WITH YOUR LIFE! Thank God I found out that Medicaid and Medicare pays for a much better company!

Lincare is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with, Ive been waiting on supplies to help me get around and breath since the 23rd of September and all Ive been getting is the run around. Now Im stuck in my house until I can call my doctor to find another company. Please dont use this company, they dont care about your life or well being.

I have been very impressed with the entire staff at this location. Especially Pat Safstrom who came to my home, almost an hour away, to explain how the two different masks fit on the tubing. I brought a different mask home to try and couldn’t figure out how to attach it to the tubing. My error! I have felt they needed a bigger office and was so happy to hear they are moving to a larger location and Pat is planning to better organize the supplies. This is a very very busy office and I know they try very hard to keep on top of things.I have NEVER been disappointed in any of my visits or in the staff. Again, a shout out to Pat!

I wouldnt give this place a 1 star but its only way I can post a review.Ive gotten nothing but bad service on getting a hospital bed for my Mom.They kept telling me insurance and Orders were processed beginning Jan 21st and even as of today Feb 19 it still hasnt been done. I was moving her into an Assisted Living and had to cancel moving her in 3 times due to their negligence. Now I have the bed because I paid for Feb out of my own pocket. Ive called for 2 days now and keep getting put on hold. Last week billing told me they didnt even have her insurance/medicare in system.I called them today, hold again and no one comes back. I waited 17 minutes yesterday and today 5. So I called billing and lady was short with me and said insurance was finally in but was waiting on Order. The Order is sent is why we finally have the bed. I give up.Wish Id never used them. Wish I could switch out bed with different company.I would NOT recommend this Lincare in Greenwood.

Ann that works with the hospital beds lied to me many times about the calls she would make and how the truck driver was just wanting on infoTook 3 hours tho get bed to my mom at 8 at night.and will load bed and be on his way

MY PARENTS. BACK IN 2000 HAD USE THUS COMPANY FOR HER OXYGEN. THEY WHERE SO NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CURIOSITY. I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED . YOU CAN CALL THE OFFICE AND THEY DONT ANSWER THERE PHONES THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY BROUGHT ME THE WRONG SIZE WHEELCHAIR AND WHEN I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM ABOUT IT AND THE DELIVER GUY WAS IN MY FRONT ROOM THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO COME GET IT MYSELF THAT THEY WOULD NOT REDELIVER IT. I WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE. FOR ANYTHING.

I had run out of portable oxygen. The staff in the office made me wait for 10 minuets to let me know there was no one in back to bring the oxygen up front to me and no one in front could lift it. I had a male with me and said he could lift it and they said they only had two of the larger tanks in the back anyway. Very rude. I asked to speak with the manager and they were not in the office. It was Thursday and the told me to pick it up Friday after 3pm. When you are out of oxygen, this is unacceptable.

I have had trouble making out of town arrangements with having the oxygen concentrator delivered to our hotel room, portable tanks being delivered in a timely fashion to our home and the customer service provided by the rude woman who answers the phone. The actual delivery people and the man in the office have always been polite. However, I cannot get the oxygen delivered due to someone having to sign paperwork and the delivery schedule being on a day that my mom has dialysis. I request having the oxygen delivered by the time my husband leaves for work at 2:00 p.m. so that a signature can be received, however, I still cannot get the oxygen delivered. The woman who works in the office is continuously rude and has absolutely no sympathy for the fact that there are very sick people who need this service. I will be looking for a new company!!!!

Terrible. Terrible, Terrible. Office is dirty,, disgusting and disorganized. Never received supplies or instructions on how to reorder supplies, so I called three times over two months - spoke to answering service and never received calls back until I called the corporate office to complain. By that time I was critically low on supplies. It was only after I called the corporate headquarters that I learned theres another number I needed to call to start getting my maintenance supplies. So, lack of good information, lack of follow-up, and overall just a bad experience with this company. I wish my insurance gave me a choice to go with another provider, I would in a heartbeat. Hear this Lincare? You need to get it together. Youre bordering on dangerous, neglectful treatment of your medically need customers.

I wish I could rate this at a zero. This place is an absolute joke. My mother passed away earlier this May & I have been calling Lincare to see if her sleep machine needed to be returned or if there was an outstanding balance. I continued to receive the same line someone will call you back and let you know if there is a balance. It is now August with no returned call or anything. Today I called again and was assisted by Angela who was very rude & informed me that they did not do billing and she doesnt see anything regarding a balance. Thank you lincare for wasting precious time & poor customer service. Could have donated the machine to someone else in need months ago!

Worst company ever I have had to switch several machine now this invacare isnt working and I cant even were it tired to say they gave me a new one in a box 4 weeks ago no they didnt I try to take the one I have back to get a different cause there something wrong when my oxygen lever 4 weeks ago was staying. 99 and 100. And I have never had problems before with lincare in the past but. This is not right to say they put. A oxygen in my friends car when they didnt cause the manger said mine tht brought frm my apartment was just like it and I tried to leave but she said I had to bring it back home my insurance pays for my oxygen and I was told by another person they would bring me one Monday I dont mean to complain but when something isnt making me feel right then there something wrong I have restricted lung dease and I have been on oxygen since 2012 i have high blood pressure heart trouble I cant call anymore cause it dont do no good this is so wrong wish I would never have went with this company. There a few of them tht r very rude.

Very upset with the level of customer service with respect to delivery. Delivery of our medical supplies was finally out the door 7.5 HOURS after the doctor ordered our product using Lincare. This was after repeated phone calls and offers to pick up the health products ourselves. The tardiness of this put my childs health at risk. I would suggest you have your health care provider go with another provider if you are expecting delivery of services which can affect the health of you or your children.

Horrible company, POOR customer service. Have waited for 2 weeks for someone to contact us back after promising us a call back before the end of the business day (multiple times) L. They have failed every time. They do not care about their patients as highlighted with their lack of compassion, follow through and overall customer service skills. HORRIBLE!!! If needing DME, I highly suggest a different provider!

I wish I could rate them a -5. This is my first time dealing with this company. The Rehabilitation Center that my Mom was in sent a referral to them for a lift since my Mom is bed bound. They delivered the lift with the wrong size sling, so the guy said they would bring the right one the following day. I waited for 2 days, & no sling. I called them every other day looking for the sling, then they tell me they have to order it. Remember, my Mom is bed bound, so I cant lift her without this equipment. First they said it will be delivered on the 27th of February, then they said Friday the 1st of March, then it was Monday the 4th, wich is today. I still havent heard from them. Im gonna have to call Coperate about this, not that it will make a difference. First impression is everything, & they failed horribly. Im gonna tell them to come & get the lift & have the Rehabilitation Center to go through another company, because this is ridiculous. They are so unprofessional.

Where do I start...Wednesday: My initial BiPAP order was sent to their Columbus office by mistake, but was then faxed to the Lincare Indianapolis the same day.Thursday: I followed up leaving a VM for my rep Stephanie in their Indianapolis office. No return call. When I tried her again (about noon), she stated that my order was never received and that she would contact the other office. She promised to call me back. 3:00 ... 4:00 came and went so I called back and left a second message. Again no call back.Friday: I called first thing Friday morning to only find out that they have a morning meeting until 10:00a. I left a third message. She actually calls back this time but states that they dont have any BiPAP units available and that it could be a couple of days. I asked if that meant a couple of days or a couple of weeks. She stated It could be either... its the same. I asked if the Columbus office had one, which she countered that she would check. Guess what... no call back. I then called the Columbus office directly (by the way they are real nice there) and stated that I could drive the 45 minutes if I could get the unit any faster. She said she would overnight their unit to the Indy office saving me the trip. Great, now were getting somewhere.Monday: I called the Columbus office just to verify that it was shipped. Thats when I learned that Stephanie had cancelled the shipment. When I called her she stated that they (Lincare) would need to verify the sleep study results before ordering the device. Understandable, but why not receive the unit first while the study was being reviewed? Then again, they had the order for three days, why didnt they review it then?Tuesday: I had a scheduled visit to my local Family Physician and told him of my difficulties with Lincare. He stated that his nurse would work on it. Evidently, later that day, Lincare called his office and said they would take care of everything. Not knowing this, and completely at wits end, I called Lincare and left a message with their office Manager, Angela.Wednesday: Early Wednesday I spoke with Angela. She was very professional and friendly, and boy was she on it! After several calls, she stated that she had a unit in, that she was getting the pre-approval, but she was awaiting the test results. Now its 4:40p and I stated that I would call the sleep department manager, get the ball rolling, and call her right back. I called at 4:45p and their staff had already turned the phones over to the answering service. Now their operating hours are from 9:00a till 5:00p. Well we already know that they have a one hour morning meeting, so they really dont get going until 10:00a, and now I find that they turn their phone off early. With breaks and a lunch hour, its no wonder nothing gets done.Thursday: I called Lincare first thing, well first thing for them, meaning 10:00a but was informed that they were still in their meeting. Really? So I waited another ½ hour just to find that Angela was out for the day. Strike three.After hanging up I stared reviewing online CPAP/BiPAP sales companies and found that not only could I get the unit I wanted (same of which is in the hospital), but it was nearly ½ the price, and I will have it tomorrow. They set it up at their office and ship the unit directly to my home. The unit is brand new, 2 year warrantee, and is covered by my insurance company. The company has a very nice customer service department, and that any instructions can be viewed online. My feeling is that if I can earn an online Masters Degree from Dartmouth University, I can surely figure out how to clean a mask and tubing online.

Unreliable, bordering dangerous! Weve had mixed feelings about LinCare over the past 4 years. We initially went with them as they were recommended in the Castleton area when our mother moved and her O2 equipment/needs with her from East Indy. Now weve moved her to Greenwood and have not seen the rep for liquid refills for 5 weeks now. My sister called several days ago and it took two days for a return call, now I called today, the call rolled to their Terre Haute Office and the girl there agreed the wait was ridiculous and promised someone would call us before 2 pm today. I just got off the phone with Rodney who answered on first ring this afternoon at 2:15 and is sending a rep out today. I explained to him but he was not sympathetic but stated again the rep was on the way. Yes, Mom uses a regulator in the house, but she also has a life outside of here and we need oxygen for trips to doctor, etc. Unless they shape up we really may need to go with a different company soon.

WORST COMPANY EVER. My grandmother recently moved to assisted living and uses lincare oxygen and they are the most disrespectful company I have ever come in contact with. They talk you on the phone and are extremely rude saying things like it must be her and being extremely uncaring. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

My mother received oxygen from Lincare. She passed away nearly two month ago and I notified Lincare right away. They refuse to pick up the equipment and they continue to bill her insurance despite knowing that she is deceased. It is really frustrating to have to deal with this headache on top of losing my mom.
