This is Morgan day an I came to Tech smart in grenada ms with a broke iPhone seven and I am fixing to walk out the store with a iPhone 11 Pro Max these guys have excellent customer service.

I cracked my phone screen and called several cell phone repair businesses before calling Tech Smart in Grenada, MS. I instantly know this was where I needed to go. Eric was very polite with excellent customer service. He explained the process and cost. I dropped by phone off while in a meeting and picked it up later that day. My phone looks brand new. If you value your time and money check Eric out at Tech Smart, he comes highly recommended by me.

MAJOR THANK YOU to Tech Smart and its professionalism!!! Let me tell you, weve been trying to get my sons PlayStation 4 back working for about 8 months now. Im no computer genius so i didnt know where to start, went to best buy and was told to get a hard drive and well due to his ps4 being under warranty apparently they could not fix it. So I kept searching and finally made a post on FB so a friend told me they could work on it for me...MAJOR fail so now im out of about a hundred bucks just guessing and then someone suggested Mr. Eric Armstrong at Tech Smart, so now Im thinking what more could I lose right? Great communication, professionalism, and they make you feel right at home!! They fixed my baby right on up, and just in time for Christmas!! Thanks sooo much TECH SMART!!!

Just wanted to tell everyone that if you need any kind of technical help, please go to Tech Smart in Grenada! I went there today thinking I needed my charge port replaced, which would have been $60 but after examining my phone, I only needed the port cleaned out good. Eric could have easily taken advantage of me, but he didnt. They offer all kinds of technical assistance...from phones, pads, laptops, home/work computers and even have phones to purchase. So if you find yourself in need, I highly recommend Smart Tech! (Just look them up online or via Facebook)
