Robert is very very helpful. He greets each customer as they come in the door and takes each in turn. He goes above and beyond. They need more service people like him. Only one person working most of the time.

I came in with a crashed phone, Patricia helped me with paying my phone off and getting a new one. The longest part of the process was downloading and updating the phone.

Verizon and I havent gotten along for the past year or so. There have been discrepancies with my bill left and right. The only person that cared about my billing issues, and showed interest in helping me instead of turning me away because I didnt want to buy anything was Wesly. He doesnt make anyone feel like a dollar sign like youd expect when you walk into any store where the employees rely on sales to make a living. The only reason I shop here is because of this young mans knowledge and patience. From billing issues to pure phone ignorance, the helpfulness of this young man is always above and beyond. This is how future business in ensured.

Worst service ever, sat in the store for almost an hour waiting for service while the customer service representative sat in his chair having a personal discussion. He never once said Ill be right with you or good day how may I help you. He just watched me and continued on with his conversation as if I didnt exist. Needless to say I would never go back to that place.

Robert was not very customer savy. Could not get into my account on his computer because I did not know my pin, which I have never used. I had a simple question about an optional plan and he could not just simply answer it. Told me to call customer service and they could help me. Really?! Told him I would, that they were always nice, he said, yes, if you can ever get them to answer. I wont be using this store any more.

The service at this store was garbage. Assistant Manger: Porsha was disrespectful and showed no professionalism towards a loyal Verizon customer. I will no longer be doing business with Verizon due to the agents ignorance. I dont recommend anyone going in this store. Save yourself the time and order online.
