I went there for an estimate but the scrape on my paint was really basic and Lamar fixed it on the spot. Like it never happened. Charity, the woman in the office, is great, and Lamar would not accept payment for his time. Good atmosphere and good people, please support this business!

I came here, because I read the reviews of this place. And they showed me why they have such a high rating. I needed some body work done to a bad scuff along my door and and back fender and they did a great job getting it all out and it looks brand new again! This body shop is amazing. I have a 2018 Toyota Camry that is blue streak color. They matched the color perfectly and buffed it to a mirror shine. The guys were very polite and professional. They helped me with my deductible and worked with my insurance and they walked me through everything because it was my first claim. I highly recommend them

This place is amazing! I was in an accident and my bumper was completely messed up on the back of my van. I dropped it off and not even 2 hours later I was called by Charity with my initial quote that she was sending to me and the insurance company. She took the time to follow up with the adjuster on my behalf. She went above and beyond to make sure they received everything they needed and she made sure to copy me in on everything she sent them via email. Her above and beyond service, and the quality of work Omar and Carlos did on my van was amazing! My van was ready earlier than expected. I dropped my rental van off at the shop and she made sure the rental agency picked it up from there too. The service I received here took so much pressure off of me and they made everything EASY for me!! Their price was great too!!! Check them out!!!

Decided to have my back bumper repaired here after getting rear-ended. They were able to give me an estimate 5 minutes after walking in at a reasonable price. The fixed up the damage nicely and even fixed up another scratch on the other side of the bumper that was totally unrelated. I really appreciate the service. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. They even washed my car for me. I would go here again

They have now repaired 2 newer Corvettes for me 1 through State Farm and one through myself. Both corvettes looked like new when I picked them up. The work was done right and as fast as the parts could be delivered to the body shop. Scott & Darcy kept in constant contact with me every step of the way. Gresham Collision Repair did an outstanding job of repairing the rear bumper on my late model Grand Cherokee. They staged the job and ordered parts beforehand so that my car was complete the day after I dropped it off! The paint job was really outstanding. The best part was that their bid was about 30% less than I found elsewhere, and they stuck to the price after completing the repair. I hope I dont need collision repair in the future, but if I ever do Ill be back to see Scott and Darcy!

I was treated like a person at GCC, NOT an insurance company like numerous other places in the area. Carlos actually listened to my situation & cared. He heard what I wanted/needed & delivered! All during a pandemic.....Carlos, Omar, & Charity were polite, professional, and beyond friendly. After receiving an astronomical estimate elsewhere, Carlos sat down with me and instead of treating me like I had copious amounts of money stashed away, he helped me! I was called once all damaged items were removed from my vehicle and asked if I’d like to come take a look... YES! Not often are you actually shown broken items that are needing repair. All parts needed were ordered the same day... again, YES! This place is awesome! Im so glad I decided to go with them for my collision repair. The estimate I got was really good compared to a couple other places I checked in Gresham. Repairs Only took about a week and the repairs came out great! they cleaned the inside of my car and took it to the car wash as well which was an awesome bonus i wasnt expecting! and one of the employees took extra time to clean my head light that wasnt in need of repair so that it matched the new headlight that WAS replaced which i thought was really nice! Great customer service. Every body should go here for repairs.

Scott went out of his way to offer me options and ways to save money. He even ended up throwing in a couple of parts off of one of his salvaged cars and didnt charge me. I dont find too many people like this any more. They did a fantastic job of bringing the laquor paint job back to life in my Mercedes 450SL. Great price. Quickly got my car back AND I marvel at how beautiful it is every time I walk past it in the garage. Cant say enough great about them.Just got a second car back from them. My wifes Scion tC travels Hwy 30 every day. The paint was looking tired. They got all of the tree sap out of the clear coat, buffed out some rock damage and repaired damage to the drivers side mirror. They stuck to their quote though I know they must have spent more time on labor than they expected to get the tree sap off. They are great people who care about doing a great job.

Scott did a great job helping to find alternatives to reduce the cost quoted from another shop from $4000 to $1900. This was out of pocket for two doors, and the work they did was great. I was pleased with the clean up they did inside the car and he also accommodated a Saturday pick up time, so 100% recommend his shop.

I took my car to two auto body shops for estimates on a minor door problem. One came in at $1400, the other at $1700. They wanted to replace the door, paint, etc., etc., and they said it would need the car for 1 or 2 weeks. I then took the car to Scott at Gresham Collision Center. I told him I just wanted the door fixed so it would not leak in the rain. He fixed it perfectly in about an hour, for $52. These folks are skilled, honest, and super reasonable. I highly recommend them to anybody needing auto body repair.

We are very particular about our vehicles and Gresham Collision returned my truck in perfect condition. They even drove me when I dropped the truck off. No one wants to end up in an accident, but when you do Gresham Collision makes the experience pain free. A+Update: Well, embarrassed to say we are back for a little touch up. We didnt consider another shop as Gresham Collision Center is just that good.

My son got into his first accident last week and we had to research quickly to try and find someone in the area to get the car towed to. Scott took great care of us. Sent pictures and an estimate. When I checked with several mechanic friends, they said it was a great deal. I just remember when I was freaking out about my only child having been in his first accident, he told me well take of this for you. He did. It looks way better than we could have hoped.He got it safe, running, legal in less in a few days and came in just under the estimate. You can trust this guy - 5 stars

After driving the same car without an accident for 18 years, you can imagine how upset I was to get broadsided after having a newer car for only 6 months. I needed both driver-side doors replaced, and since it took me awhile to find a used car within my budget that was in as good of shape as mine, I didn’t really want it to be totaled. Well, Scott’s estimate at Gresham Collision was $2000 less than the first place I took it to! Not only was he much more reasonably priced, but he also kindly worked with the insurance appraiser on my behalf to try to keep it from getting totaled. After all this I was hoping that the results would measure up, and they absolutely did. I couldn’t be happier; both interior and exterior matches perfectly, no water leaks, and all the electronic controls are working as normal. I will be going here again in the event I ever need more body work.

I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop to others!I went in to the Gresham Collision Center early this morning. I had a small dent in my front bumper. I was promptly greeted upon arrival, and Dylan assisted me with an estimation. I was told it would be about an hour to complete the work but was surprised when they called a short time after and said the dent had been fixed. The front bumper looked good as new.

Straightforward, no BS. Very happy with a complete paint job on my new (to me) used car. Minimal masking with a lifetime warranty for what I thought was a reasonable price -$2500. Did everything they said they would, WHEN they said they would. It looks like a brand new car now. I highly recommend them!

Scott is very straight forward and honest and gave me a quote for 300 less than another shop. I hate shops for the most part and hesitate leaving my car for days with someone i dont know but trust me this shop is legitimate and does great work you wont be disappointed. I Had my Jeep worked on here after an auto accident. They used U-Pull-It parts, (they told us they did and it was on the bill) and now here just a few months later, everything they touched is falling apart. When I brought it back in the first time after noticing that they had done the work wrong to have them fix it correctly, they still did it wrong then charged my insurance again for them fixing their own mistakes. Dont go here unless you want your car to fall apart after they touch it

By accident I ended up here at Gresham Collision, but am happy I did. I thought I was showing up at my Fiances dads friends place but she gave me the wrong number which lead to the wrong address. Regardless I dropped my Volks Passat off on a Monday and told them I needed it back by Friday. I had been side swiped on the freeway and there was a huge scrapped from the front to the back of my car. Throughout the week they called me to update me on their conversations with insurance, how far along the car was, and answering any questions I had. Darcy, Scott, and Noor put more than enough time on my car, continually told me if anything comes up with my car to call them right away, and made me happy my fiance had given me the wrong number. If I need repairs in the future I intend to utilize them again because of how they made me feel during the process; important and valued. If yall are reading this then thank you.

The new owner Scott, and His son Dillon, repaired my 2014 Jetta TDI. I had to pay cash for the repair as the car had been totaled by the insurance Co. In the end,Scott saved me a ton of money, and my car looks and drives like new again.Two months after the repair, I discovered that the windshield wiper fluid was draining onto the ground.
